Zero interest by the airline helping. We found a flight on Turkish but paid an extra $500. Zero interest in helping. Last time sensitive ever on Emirates."

Unfortunately we could not afford to upgrade to business, but because we let the Agent know it was our honeymoon he put my wife and I in a window and aisle seat so that we would have nobody between us. This gave us the extra room and comfort we needed. Also, they are a bit roomier than most planes with better leg room. They have a TON of free movies, tv shows, games, music and more on the plane. Food was decent for airplane food and they gave lots of snacks in between."

Minusy: "The A/C was on full blast. Before take off the flight attendant took away my pillow from my lap?? No blanke was provided upon asking and my pillow was noy returned either. Considering this flight took off from CMB at 3:00 AM, both items would have been a great help. I skipped my meal."

The service is good and the flights are always in time and well clean. There ia flat seats between Doha to Colombo and from there to Kerala is normal flight but its fine. Business class lounge in Colombo is good with free feet and head massage. When there is a five hour plus transit, free hotel is provided by UL. Overall i like their flights and service and food."

"Boarding was NOT good enough. Our cabin luggage was pushed back to check-in in the pretext of packed flight. But eventually there were empty seats on the flight. Also, we booked seats on exit rows... But seems something got changed and we got same seats alright, but they were no longer on exit row (& that was empty eventually). Flight claimed to have a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes, but it took around 2:20 minutes (seems Indigo has a different clock). 😂"

We were charged 3000rps each for overweight luggage and the staff at the check in counter in Jaipur were really rude about it. After having paid an extra 3000 rps which was almost like buying another flight ticket to new Delhi for just a 35 min flight, our flight was 1 hour delayed!! Definitely we will NEVER fly with indigo again!!!"

I was left doing nothing in the plane, neither watch entertainment on monitor nor read a book on a very long flight. This is a very poor service, I am considering not to fly on air India anymore."

Plusy: "Steward repeatedly woke me up on a red eye flight to offer me water when I was clearly sleeping and had a blanket over my head-- didn't seem to understand when I explained I'd "just like to sleep and didn't need anything, thank you." screens and headphone jack broken. Very difficult to understand folks on the hotline when I called to see if I could change my flight due to illness. Nice people, certainly-- super kind-- just really not up to snuff for a long haul."

Minusy: "The flight attendants in this particular flight made it a point to act coldly towards the people in economy - I don't care too much for that - a simple smile goes a long way, but there were none. The plane was doing "final call" for boarding 50 minutes prior to the departure time so we rushed to the gate. Once on the plane, we waited uncomfortably for roughly an hour before taking off."

I checked in as a aisle seat and made sure that I am getting one but even then in the connecting flight I was given a middle seat. If I had an option I would have never traveled with air india. Please avoid!"

Plusy: "Since my lasr travel inn Air India 6-7 years ago, it has improved a lot. I travelled from chicago to Delhi (non-stop) in May 2017 with my family. Flight is on time. Crew is younger and energetic unlike my last trip. Food is fine. Toilets are clean. Couple of times, They were asking to provide feedback by filling some form which tells me they are genuinely trying to listen and improve further."

They didn't let us know that it was late until we realized we weren't boarding, they didn't offer us anything while we were waiting at the airport for 4 hours, and personally I was so tired because I had to wake up at 3 am to get there by 4:30 and take the 6:50 am plane. If they had sent an email earlier people could have spent the night sleeping instead."

Minusy: "the check in and boarding took almost 2 hours of waiting in line... the flight itself, you had to pay for everything including water... nothing was included... and it was an extremely rough flight... I thought the pilot was going to crash twice once when we started our decent and once when we landed"

Minusy: "I was NOT impressed with this airline. I have never been on a transcontinental flight that did not provide on board entertainment or food. I thought the absence of both was ridiculous. Plus I went to try to read the news option- which was actually free and the papers were from 2014!!!! WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

Minusy: "We stood on a bus for 15+ minutes waiting to board. We boarded, crowded plane with small space, and now my luggage is lost. I paid a lot of money for my business class ticket on Emirates only to have a second flight that was terrible in every way. No one seems to care where my bag may be- I am trekking in 2 days and I have NOTHING to use!! I’ve called every number I can find and emailed fly dubai- each person had shown very little care and not one person can even tell me if my bag left Dallas. Unreal."

Plusy: "The crew is incredibly professional and you do feel bad for them."
Minusy: "It's the other passengers that are the problem (and that's consistent). The cabin stinks (due to the passengers), they generally don't listen to crew instructions, and it's the only place that every time you land there is someone who is standing up immediately after touchdown and the crew is yelling at them."

Minusy: "You have to even pay for a bottle of water. No food. No curtesy. Made a man pay for giving his seat to someone else. Would not let him sit in the bulkhead seat without paying EXTRA. Even business/first class had to PAY FOR FOOD!!! I regret having chosen that group of Emirates and FlyDubai. Do yourself a favor and stick to Qatar Air."

Minusy: "Passive agressive crew Entertainment system did not work and the screens do not turn off which made sleep impossible and the glare was a great discomfort when the lights dimmed."

Minusy: "Absolutely nothing was provided. For a 5 hour flight everything cost, including the water ($2). I bought a terrible, nearly inedible, sandwich for $6. No entertainment. No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"

Plusy: "The staff at Dubai were very helpful and efficient at arranging for overnight hotel accommodation and meals at the airlines expense. I suspect they have had a lot of practice with delayed flights!"
Minusy: "1. Fly Dubai flight from Kathmandu was 5 hours late in departing, so I missed my connection in Dubai, had to stay overnight and was ultimately 18 hours late in reaching my final destination. 2. Paying for food and drink (even water!) on a 5+ hour international flight is ridiculous. I don't know any other airline that does this. US airlines on domestic flights at least provide soft drinks, water, tea and coffee and the odd snack free. 3. No entertainment. A big minus on such a long flight."

Plusy: "The crews were great on both legs of the flight. Seating was not too bad. When boarding finally started, it was fast."
Minusy: "Both of my flights were delayed, and in both situations no one would tell anyone what was going on. Leaving passengers in the dark about their travels is a terrible experience."

Plusy: "Option to buy food. 30 mins only from Dubai to Doha"
Minusy: "Delay in take off by about 30 mins. Ground services in Dubai sucks and you are treated like low/no class passengers if you fly with other airlines apart from emirates. Transport bus from Term 3 to Term 2 via Term 1 make extra stops as per driver pleases. This would be last time I go via Dubai on other airlines non Emirates. Toilets in Term 2 also sucks and would rather go on the plane...."

Plusy: "I asked one of the flight attendants to let me sit closer to the bathroom as I needed to use restroom often and didn't wanted to bother other people. Once we took of she provided and open seat. That was really helpful"
Minusy: "The checking in desk representatives had no authority to change or modify any seating arrangements. Also, the first row seats are left open so the flight attendants can charge 100 aed to anyone wants to seat on those seats. I found this to be silly. Also, their baggage policy is ridiculous. No baggage authorization for international travel! One have to buy it separately."
