Minusy: "The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it."

We did get some sort of unspecific voucher for something for the entertainment system not working... have to log onto their site to even find out what it's for."

We were hopeful that my son could watch a couple of movies, but they tried to reset it... at least we got a voucher. One seat back was missing the USB outlet and one didn't work in our row of three. Regular power (of which there are two... why don't the window seat get one?) was half working... so luckily everything was charged. The gate agent threatened to boot anyone off the plane to the next day if you tried to board before your zone was called... that seemed questionable."

Minusy: "My wife was denied boarding the flight because of some confusion with her documentation. This "kid" that was an Air Canada representative took it upon himself to deny her boarding because of what he claims as documentation not good enough to travel through Canada into the United States. My wife, who's green card is pending has travel authorization by USCIS that expires in Oct. 2018 that permits her to travel back and fourth from Peru to the US. She also has a special stamp from USCIS in her Peruvian passport. We tried our best to make this guy understand. He clearly did not understand the rules regarding her situation. He didn't even bother to get a manager. Furthermore, we were treated terribly by the Air Canada staff at the Lima Airport. They could see I was visibly furious. I had to leave my wife there at the airport not knowing for sure if she was ever going to get out of Peru. When I went to check in my bags, they tried to charge me $250 because both my bags were overweight. One of the gate agents tried to coax me into a fight just so they could call security. The whole thing left me shaken. Not only that, I had to make another reservation for my wife on United Airlines which costs me $1700. She had no problem boarding that flight with her documentation. I find that interesting don't you?"

Plusy: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."
Minusy: "Spacing between seats continues to be a problem especially for disabled clients. Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."

Minusy: "Hey there good Air Canada folks. I'm a full-time, working, touring musician. I enjoy flying your airline overall, but touring with an acoustic guitar and/or a banjo is constantly stressful. There are clear guidelines about your policies for musical instruments posted on your website, yet your employees never seem to know them. Please have something posted for them at the gates, so I don't have to convince them EVERY TIME that it's okay for me to carry on my instrument in a soft case. A side note: Since airlines started charging for baggage, people are desperate to carry on as much as possible. This means there is always a struggle now against people with a bunch of clothing and personal items in their rolling luggage, to fit the instrument that is my LIVELIHOOD on the plane. Please find a way to make touring with Air Canada easier for musicians. At least return to gate check policies."

Minusy: "At first, due to condensation issue, a lot of water was dripping from ceiling to passenger seats and crews were just passing tissues and saying its natural and they cannot avoid this issue... I fly a lot through out the year and never seen this happening before. Okay, this can happen but how crews dealt with the issue was so unprofessional. Also, on my way back from ICN-YVR, my seat was right beside the washroom and the door of this washroom was not fully closed when it was not in use. Therefore, it lighted up all the time and smelled all the time as well. I complained this to one of crews and told her to close the door at least whenever she was passing by. She didn't do at all haha. Cannot believe this is one of Canada's major flight companies..."

They were disorganized and even though the food was for sell, the selection was very very limited. It was not like "I would like this", it was more like "well, what do you have"?. Finally, the landing was pretty rough."

I could never get through to anyone and there is no info on your tickets about the cost of a third bag. I was charged an extra $500.00 for two extra bags that were carrying donated supplies to help the animals. But your airline made it a useless endeavor because they ended up costing more than they were worth. The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Minusy: "Check in was incredibly slow and staff seemed grumpy. People stood checking in for ages. Sometimes it seems that additional security needed has just enabled airlines to slow everything somehow by cutting costs."

Plusy: "Nothing. Simply don't buy off of kayak"
Minusy: "Liars. Flight lost my baggage. Left gate late as usual. Awful flight with shitty crew"

Plusy: "The flight left on time, and arrived on time."
Minusy: "While seating in the seats I booked months in advance, my partner and I were presumptively requested to change seats to accommodate a 5 year old and their parent. What frustrated me was the negligence displayed by the flight attendants who didn't ask if my partner and I were traveling together to accommodate a passenger who clearly booked at the gate. Although it was not ideal for the attendants, flight attendants should always as if folks are traveling together "before" assuming a passenger is okay with relocating from their loved ones. It display respects for everyone flying."

Minusy: "Polecam!!!"

Minusy: "They moved the flight forward 30 mins so that I only had 30 mins to switch planes at one of the biggest airports in Europe."

Plusy: "Food was okay. Fairly quick because they dont give options, everyone gets the same thing."
Minusy: "Only 2 movies available."

Plusy: "It wasn’t amazing. It did its job"
Minusy: "Too many ch of a charter flight focused on tourist going home from a week on the beach"

Minusy: "Would be nice to have access to WIFI for free to use communication apps like Whatsapp and Messenger, also a larger selection of free entertainment would be nice. I find it very disappointing that there is a fee to select a special meal such as vegan or kosher, the breakfast meal was also mediocre"

Plusy: "Aircraft was spacious and modern, food was the best I have had on any trans Atlantic flight in ten years."
Minusy: "Check in was a shambles one hour forty minutes this could be reduced right down too many repetitive questions , security was also awful the staff need a poke with a cattle prod to speed them up, boarding was poorly handled."

Plusy: "The crew provided enough drinking water."
Minusy: "Very high baggage fee of $120 for a single suitcase Extra cost for watching films"

Plusy: "The plane is very comfortable with wide seats."
Minusy: "My baggage didn't make it to Austin. I don't know when I will have it back. Not really professional baggage re clame handling... The food made my tummy hurt and no choices. Sucks to buy entertainment after a 1000 dollar ticket price and I could only pay with cash on the plane."

Minusy: "Only two movies to choose from, and the crew sat with their feet up blocking the area to get to the bathroom while everyone was sleeping, I had to say excuse me for them to move so I could get by."

Plusy: "Service on flight was second to none."
Minusy: "Check in at Frankfurt Germany was like Cattle. Very Poor"

Plusy: "The plane actually made it to Phoenix. Amazing they could figure out how much fuel to load given the fact that everything else was completely disorganized."
Minusy: "Had to go up to the gate counter - literally 3 times for "document checks". Rude gate personnel. Completely disorganized. Departed an hour late. Pilot made no attempt to adjust speed so we could arrive in Phoenix on time, which means we missed our scheduled gate departure so we were made even more late as the place sat on the tarmac in Phoenix waiting for another gate to deplane."

Minusy: "Does Condor only own 1 plane? They couldn't help with finding another flight and are waiting for a part to come on Icelandic air to fix the problem. So far, delayed 2 days."

Plusy: "Friendlier and much more helpful crew and decent though a bit lacking snack"
Minusy: "No free entertainment. No free headphones. Slow baggage claim operation at the final destination. Very Uncomfortable seats. Messy boarding"

Plusy: "Knowing they were going to miss my connection, they accepted the booking anyway, out of pure greed and complete disregard for my wellbeing. When I missed my connection in FRA they rebooked me on FRA-YVR-YYZ. That’s a day in a hotel then flying half way around the world to save them a buck. Terrible airline and I’ll never fly them again."

Minusy: "Getting off the plain in Dominican Republic and having to pass through migration control there!!"

Plusy: "food dinner good staff was wonderful"
Minusy: "the seats in economy are like a straight jacket ..i cant even bend over to pick something up if i drop it... i will not book with Condor again if i dont have to."

Minusy: "Condor needs to become faster with technology."

Minusy: "Impolite and poor checkin. arogant staff least legroom I have ever haad on any flight terrible food poor coffee I will never fly condor again unless no other choice I will pay more to tkae a different carrier."

Minusy: "Only 2 security check point gates, one for priority, one for economy class. Seat size is small, leg room is tight. Only 4 toilets for economy class."

Plusy: "crew spoke English well and was very friendly and helpful, good selection of new movies"
Minusy: "middle seat and real tight, no climate control, so was really warm whole trip, and kept interrupting our movies with pointless annoucements"

Minusy: "Vegan food wasn't actually vegan (yogurt is not vegan) and quality and taste were poor. Broken overhead compartment. Limited space to move about. More movies in economy (seriously ridiculous not to provide more entertainment to all classes on an overseas flight)."

Plusy: "Bypassing Athens was great but the very very early, extremely early departure was not good."
Minusy: "Low cost and not going through Athens. Also we flew condor from Seattle. We should have been able to check our bags all the way through to Samos"

Plusy: "Lufthansa experience was very good, all around. No problems, friendly staff, in flight smack. On a short flight...very pleasant experienxe. Staff were really great. Condor was a different experience. Boarding was unpleasant because specific rows were called to board after everyone had already lined up. It was very unclear where people from. Thyo stand, as no staff were guiding this process. Another passenger became very rude when he felt i stepped in front of him in the mess of a line. Have staff guide this process, or having clearly marked places to stand, would be helpful. It would be nice to have a little more leg room, food that wasn't extremely cold (like it was nearly frozen), & larger movie selection included."
Minusy: "Movie selection Cold fish patty for breakfast (an aquired taste, i believe) Food that was very cold (bread l, butter) Leg room challenges"

Plusy: "Nice they give you two meals. They aren't the best bit they are well rounded. Polite staff stsfd"
Minusy: "Movie selection is small. Delta's has a huge one this is like 30 movies. They are 8 euro each outside of the 2 they give you to choose from. Wish you had more options especially on a 11 he flight"

Plusy: "direct flt from Minneapolis to Frankfurt Friendly"

Plusy: "Great price for the flight, very nice plane with excellent service and amenities. You have to pay for many extras (Picking your seat, access to movies), but you can pay for ALL these things and still pay less than a typical flight, not to mention that the basic meals and check bag are included in the price tag."

Minusy: "Condor knew this flight would be delayed by at least 19 hours. They did not notify any passesngers ahead of them. On the contrary, 1.5 hours before takeoff we all received an email that everything was on time. after standing in line for 3 hours, we got a coupon for a hotel in Renton, that was extremely shabby and if poor standard. After calling condor directly in order to completely cancel my flight, as a 20 hour delay nullified the reason for my trip, I was told snarkily that there is nothing they can do, and I should contact the checking personnel. The checkin personnel had no access to computers and could also no help. Just terrible."

Minusy: "Discount airline that doesn't hide it. If you don't upgrade to premium or business class you have to pay for movies (absurd for a 11+ hr flight) and even then selection is pretty limited. No alcohol included with coach seats, credit card machine was down so any extra items you wanted to purchase had to be made with cash. Seats had little to no legroom, at 6'1" my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me the entire time and the seat was very stiff."

Plusy: "Long line through customs , which caused delays to boarding overall was nothing different during the process of the whole trans action of flight 2082."

Minusy: "Boarding was late due to airport staff not being available. Not enough legroom to be comfortable on a long haul flight. Baggage was lost."

Minusy: "Seats too narrow and too close to row in front for a 10 hour flight. Should make it clearer on website that meals are included. Everything I saw suggested they cost €15 and had to be preordered or pay even more."

Plusy: "The seats were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was pleasant."
Minusy: "The food was 80's style pasta and everyone got the same. The entertainment system, even if you pay, is lacking in decent content."

Plusy: "One of the flight attendants treated me like a human."
Minusy: "They over booked the flight and we were told we would have to miss our trip to Europe that we had planned for six months. They didn't communicate with us at all about what was happening until suddenly giving us two separated seats one minute before the cabin doors were shut. The flight attendants were disrespectful and demeaning to us, despite us having done nothing wrong. We ordered meals with dietary restrictions and those were ignored. In flight entertainment for the 10 hour flight was limited to two (old, terrible) movies and two TV shows. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and made it almost impossible to sleep. I will personally never fly Condor again and I would strongly suggest that you not either."

Plusy: "Direct flight from Frankfurt to Portland Oregon. Nice flight crew. Friendly and welcoming. Punctual . Efficient boarding and deplaning process."
Minusy: "Very uncomfortable seats. They do not conform to body shape for comfort. Ergonomically incorrect. Impossible to sleep during flight. Food was bland. No headphones and no access to entertainment."

Minusy: "paying for entertainment???? that is ridiculous. Seats are uncomfortable for everybody. Some of the staff is not very friendly, i think that condor is not not going to be an option in the future for me or my family."
