So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Other international flights offer an alcoholic drink with your meal free of charge and I appreciate that. I have a bit of anxiety when I fly and that helps take the edge off. I was really disappointed in this. Heck, Air Berlin comes around and refills your wine glass multiple times."

Minusy: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"
Minusy: "Tiny, tiny seats. Charged 80 euro for a bag that was only 4 kilos over the weight limit. Did not tell me how much that charge would be and there was plenty of space in the overheads for that bag. This is a BUDGET airline and will charge you for anything. Never flying again."

Minusy: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Minusy: "Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me."

Minusy: "Be prepared to bring out your credit card for a crappy cup of coffee, and again for water, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed, then delayed again. I realize this is part of flying, but the care provided for passengers was awful. I received a text message again, that the flight would be delayed further and meal vouchers would be given out. No one came to the desk for literally-hours and hours and hours. People were calling, but no one to get ahold of. When the meal vouchers did come, it was hardly a meal rate, but snack rate. I could literally get water and a bag of chips without spending more money. Aside from that-the only place to get food at that time had VERY little to offer. Then-as the flight was delayed, I was stranded in New York City as the busses were no longer running. I had bought 2 seats, only to not make either of them. I had to book a train-wait another 3.45 hours into the morning hours, and pay for the entire train. All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. Minusy: "In first class: Seats were as hard as wooden benchs and seating area was minimal. Food did not meet the quality of fast food. Sound system was staticky and basically unusable. In economy: The seating area is sufficient for small children only. Nothing is provided for passenger comfort, not even water."

Plusy: "The new plane was amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity. The experience was streamlined and the technology state-of-the-art, accessible, and extremely useful. The impressive crew looked flawless and performed their duties very well. It was all quite a spectacle!"
Minusy: "It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future."

Plusy: "The price was awesome, the Dreamliner was shiny and new, the crew was pleasant enough. Any shortcomings of the flight were minor compared to the price and overall experience, which was fine. I was prepared for a discount flight experience and thought it was all okay."
Minusy: "The in-seat entertainment system was busted - but then I hadn't expected anything, so didn't really miss it. The charger did work. The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."

The entertainment system broke down which on a 7 hour flight is not a trivial loss. The flight was one hour delayed in departing, although it did make up some of that time over the Atlantic."

Minusy: "My wife is 5'4" tall. She had a hard time getting comfortable because the seat "cut" into her calves. She ended up being able to modify by putting her carry on suitcase under her feet"

Minusy: "There was a mechanical issue which delayed boarding and since we were quarantined to a small area without enough seating, no restrooms or food services which made me very upset. Once we were on the plane there was a possible terrorist threat which delayed us even longer and scared everyone on the plane after police entered the cabin. We were not given any services for the 12+ hours we had no access to purchase food. The food service system was no working on the plane. It also took us 20 minutes to find a gate. The plane was very warm and everyone was angry. The check in process was also horrible with the staff being rude. The flight attendants were also not very nice and after experiencing the scare of something going on they should've been a bit more accommodating. I will never fly Norwegian again or fly out or into Gatwick Airport."

Minusy: "While certain individual crew members were friendly, the lot as a whole seemed to have some internal conflicts with communication and organization. Additionally, the frequency of announcements was disruptive. They could be more efficient with timing and delivery of information shared with passengers. The proximity of the bathrooms was convenient but they need better deodorizers in there -- it was a little stinky during the 2nd half of the trip."

Plusy: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Minusy: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Minusy: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Plusy: "The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that."
Minusy: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Minusy: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Minusy: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."
