Minusy: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Minusy: "Flight was canceled one hour before departure. There was no explanation except that the crew decided not to fly from Boston to Washington DC. We waited for two hours in a line to get rebooked. We lost our tickets on another flight connecting us to our final destination. Therefore, we had to re-book that flight and incur charges. Lufthansa Considers this consequential loss not responsible for fees incurred. This service is unacceptable and will make us reconsider ever flying this airline again."

Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"

Minusy: "They seated us apart because we wouldn’t pay extra. Seats are cheap, uncomfortable, and don’t recline. Baggage policies were ridiculous but weren’t enforced. Very little legroom. We had to walk up the stairs and down on arrival. Apparently a proper gate costs extra."

Minusy: "My husband and I flew with RyanAir 3 times in two weeks. This was the third time, and it was the worst! When we were about to board, a staff person approached us and said that out carryon bags (which RyanAir tags and checks, anyway) were too large. We'd carried the same bags with the same items in them for all of our flights with RyanAir with no issues. But this time, the staff insisted that we had to pay to check the bags. We removed items from our luggage and put them in our backpacks, which only made the staff upset because they were unable to charge us. One of the staff members began yelling at me and told me she was doing us a favor by not making us pay (though our bags were the right size and met the airline's standards). She told me to be quiet and not argue with the staff, otherwise she'd charge me. If this were in America, I would have spoken to her manage and filed a complaint. I don't know the process in Germany, so I let it be. I felt disrespected and angered. During the flight, I asked a crew member for a fork or spoon. He said he'd bring it to me in a minute. After 15 minutes, he had not returned with it, so I asked another crew member, who told me that there were no spoons or forks. I replied that the airline serves hot meals that require utensils and asked if I could have one of those. He insisted that the airline accounts for every utensil and refused to provide me with one. The woman sitting behind me leaned forward and handed me a spoon. She explained that another crew member had given her the spoon, though she had not asked for it. She was confused and now realized that the spoon was intended for me-- he'd handed it to the wrong passenger. This made it obvious that the other crew member had lied to me. Overall, this was one of the worst flight experiences I'd ever had. I would not recommend RyanAir to anyone, and would actively dissuade people from flying with this airline if asked for my opinion."
