Minusy: "As with most airplanes, the air was quite cold, but the SAS blanket adequately made things a bit warmer. I'm always puzzled by the fact that once business class and SAS plus passengers board that SAS Go passengers can all then board. It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."

Plusy: "Not much to say on a positive note, I want to avoid this airline if I can."
Minusy: "Three and a half hour flight and all they offer free is coffee and soft drinks! The economy seats are small and the flight attendants are indifferent, until it's time to promote their duty free products. Find an airline with better customer service."

Plusy: "Outside camera view, update on airplane location and ETA, seats were nice."
Minusy: "Hate to sound entitled, but the movie selection was really poor. I flew on a connecting flight by Delta that had 10k+ movies and shows to choose from so that spoiled me."

Minusy: "We got moved twice and then to a middle seat. Why have checking at all?"

Plusy: "The food was excellent and the flight was smooth."
Minusy: "No entertainment. They didn't notify us that there was no wifi until 5 minutes before we boarded. Being older than the electronic age, I did not have movies or games on my phone. Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

Minusy: "Missed my flight due to weather east coast"

Plusy: "Everything was very good. I enjoyed the flight very much. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The cleanliness was good."

Plusy: "It was a clean plane and entertainment was good."
Minusy: "Crew wasn't nice unless you were Scandinavian. I asked questions about going into Stockholm for our long layover. How easy it was, etc. they were less than helpful. My daughter and I figured it out ourselves. Won't fly them on next trip. Air France or BA r better"

Minusy: "When we booked there was no mention of paying for the checked in luggage. When we showed up at the airport we were told to pay the inflated $75 for each bag. It was ironic since it was 6am flight and the plane was half empty. It left a bad taste for us and we are not sure if it was kayak fault or sas."

Plusy: "Entertainment selection was very nice and the actual plane ride was smooth"
Minusy: "Took over an hour delay for boarding due to air conditioning issues, then when we boarded we were told it was 35 Celsius until they start the engines. Then took an additional hour once boarded to take off due to traffic. Completely missed my connecting flight"

Minusy: "Food"

Plusy: "Modern plane, great entertainment system"
Minusy: "Paying for booze, vegetarian breakfast is awful."

Minusy: "Terrible service and they lost my sons car seat. Ruining my whole vacation here since we can't drive anywhere."

Plusy: "Movie selection/Entertainment choices were good. Food was ok. Overhead storage space was adequate."
Minusy: "Seats are awfully small and legroom is cramped. The crew was standoffish and inattentive. Beverage service is lacking."

Plusy: "Traveled business class after winning the upgrade bid. Really felt like there was little room for improvement. The physical set up, the service, the entertainment were all delightful. The privacy, the horizontal sleep option on a 9 hour flight were just special."
Minusy: "Felt the food choices needed an upgrade. Fresh is not the only important ingredient."

Plusy: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Minusy: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

Minusy: "my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Minusy: "Staff was not properly trained in flight protocols."

Plusy: "So far best flight I've ever experienced ! I was traveling to Europe and both ways I was pleasantly surprised, planes were on time , super nice crew and great food , Way to go SAS !!!"

Minusy: "90 min waiting in the plane withou ac in IAD 4 hs delay in Copenhagen airport. I missed flight back from Athens because a ferry delay from Santorini despite calling SAS being updated of my delay. When I arrived to Athens airport, SAS staff left and KAYAK was not supportive. My tickets were cancelled from Athens to IAD."

Plusy: "Crew was very pleasant. Short flight, so no food was served."
Minusy: "Seats are a little tight."

Minusy: "We were delayed before boarding, then delayed again upon landing. Hence, we missed our connection and had to fly to Copenhagen and not arrive in Helsinki until after midnight."

Plusy: "They had a kiosk, which was nice. In the US (Dulles) on my way out, I had no way to print a picket without waiting in line. I don't have a printer at home and the mobile ticket system was not working, so I had to wait in a very long line despite the fact that I had no luggage just to get my ticket. Every other airline had a Kiosk. In Gdansk, I was glad to see that they had a kiosk."
Minusy: "Although I could print my the ticket for the first leg at the kiosk, I could not print the second. I asked the woman at the desk, and she could not print either. I had to fly to the connecting airport with no connecting ticket in hand."

Plusy: "N/a"
Minusy: "The flight didn't even exist because of a strike and neither kayak nor SAS informed us the flight was canceled, so we found out after we got to the airport."

Plusy: "Good selection of movies on the entertainment center."
Minusy: "Drinks were overpriced $9.00 for a small bottle of wine and $3.00 for a coke Their was no choice of meals. The only offering was chicken curry, which I don't care for."

Plusy: "Everything was great! And it got better because of all the amenities we had because of the delay :)"

Minusy: "My flight from Copenhagen to Washington was cancelled. I was returned from Copenhagen to London. No one apologized."

Minusy: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Minusy: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Minusy: "boarding groups were not adhered to and those in a lower boarding group often boarded well after those in later boarding groups."

Minusy: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Minusy: "Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

Minusy: "It left at 6 am. Which means we had a wake up call from the airport hotel at 3:30 am to stand in line with hundreds of others. The Air France app on my phone didn't let me pre- check in."

Minusy: "No offer of snack with no egg in it."

Minusy: "I don’t know why they keep making boarding with stairs and bus."

Minusy: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Minusy: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
