Kayak also keeps on updating me about my flight on time or not, gate number etc. As a traveler, these features are very important. keep up with the good work!"

Minusy: "For non-U.S. Citizens the transiting in Canada is inconvenient and expensive. I wouldn't travel through Canada by plane again."

Plusy: "Why Canada created a ridiculous process that requires a $7 payment for transmitting in Canada is beyond me. I hope they realize they are impairing the competition of it's own national airline."

Minusy: "Fly time each way from NY to Toronto is approx an hour but they added an extra hour of a delay going and and an hour and a half delay further on the flight back home."

Minusy: "Our flight got canceled 12 hours before we were supposed to take off. They postponed our flight 24 hours. It took forever to change it so that we still arrived at our destination on the same day. I'm glad I checked my email before going to bed because otherwise I would have shown up to the airport not knowing my flight was canceled. That should not have happened. It almost ruined my trip."

When it came to our experience it's easy to see that it's systemic and come from the top down in that company. The lack of customer service training is apparent. It was rampant and the overall feeling was just plain rudeness exuding from every team member. I'll never fly Air Canada again."

Minusy: "Flight canceled due to mechanical problems. Out of 4 agents at desk at airport only one knew what to do in case of a cancellation. They all stood around eating raisinettes! Unprofessional, lack of training, lack of planning (why wasn't another plane sent). One agent was going through the line giving out a phone number to call? Why weren't they trained? I called and thankful I was up at the desk so I could tell the agent what to do from the lady on the phone! Lost a day on our already short Christmas visit with family. Would love a refund!"

Plusy: "- At Rome FCO, one of the Air Canada representatives pulled out of the line to get us into the business class check-in line since we had 2 kids - we totally loved this focus on families and respect the attention to detail! - The flight from FCO to YYZ was awesome! great food, great service, constant flow of drinks and the dessert was awesome! my kids are picky eaters and even they enjoyed the food - Movie and entertainment selection was awesome - Lastly, appreciated the prompt service for getting child stroller at the door of the aircraft at all times (from FCO-YYZ-PDX)"
Minusy: "- The new designed aircraft are meant to pack more passengers which means the aisle for rolling the trolley is very narrow - poor flight attendants were having a challenge and bumping trolley into seats (not their fault at all) - given likelihood of injuries and lawsuits, I highly recommend AIR CANADA management to do something about this narrow aisle before it is too late (i.e. major lawsuit filed by future passenger on account of injury sustained because of getting hurt by food trolley)"

Minusy: "The lack of space in the cabin was very uncomfortable. Being arm in arm with strangers is not my idea of a great flight. Flights lasting over 4 hours should really be courteous to those on board."

There was no attendant at the desk until 1.45 hours prior to boarding. We almost missed the flight, and as a result, the connection to London. If possible, I will not fly air Canada again"

Minusy: "My first flight was late then cancelled, then replaced by another. That one was late too and made me miss my connecting flight. I had to spend the night stuck in the Toronto airport with nowhere to safely sleep and my late arrival meant the entire first day of my long planned vacation was ruined. I was supposed to get to my destination around 10 in the morning, instead I arrived around one in the morning the next day. All I got from Air Canada for this trouble was a $10 meal voucher for airport restaurants that cost $25 and were closed during my stay."

Minusy: "BOARDED LATE AND IN GATES VERY FAR FROM CHECKING. The (solitary) crew member did not speak French. Everything she said in French was unintelligible- very offensive (and disturbing) for Francophone passengers such as myself. And for a Canadian carrier- This shows no respect for our pluralism. When we book online and try to pick priority seating, then find out that the plane is so small that the 9th row means 9 out of 12 or something, this feels like a con. Especially when we pay extra. Stop making people pay for seats that don't get them any priority boarding (Zone 3!) and offer no real advantage."

My flight out to this location was also delayed by over three hours. At least they tried to make us feel better by telling us what was going on. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful and United airlines is unreliable."

Minusy: "We were delayed in Detroit due to deicing the plane. We landed in Houston late. They let us and a few other couples off the plane first so we could make our connection. We sprinted off the plane and arrived to the gate two minutes after they closed the door; plane was still there and they would not let us on. United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets."

Plusy: "I was connecting from another flight. The plane left on time, and arrived earlier than planned. I've had much worse experiences on domestic flights, and I was expecting delays."

Minusy: "I had to cancel my trip due to family illness. And I guess that is not acceptable to United Airlines for a refund or reschedule without a fee that I could actually buy a new ticket for the cost of their fee. So I am losing out $578.00 Not happy."

Minusy: "The first class flight attendant (male) was the worst. No interest in being on the plane, didn't bother to speak clearlybon the announcements. United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed and was given another longer flight and had to pay for the luggage twice. Totally disappointed."

Plusy: "I loved the pilot taking time to greet my boys and give them wings! My boys loved sitting in the co-pilot's seat and hearing "the plane talk." Once we got to our seats, the flight attendants were very helpful and kind and we, actually, landed early! Yaaayyy! My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!"
Minusy: "I did NOT like how the seats are grouped in twos. I flew with two small children who could only sit together and I had to sit by myself and watch them; which was very hard. If I could change anything about my flight, I would change the age of children who need to purchase seats to four and up as most children under 4 want to sit with their mothers, so why should I pay for a seat they will not be using?"

Minusy: "Revise your website to state accurately of the luggage allowance. I watched the people in distress because their carry on was a little too bulky."

Plusy: "Flight crew was great, cockpit crew top notch, very smooth landing, entertaining and informative post flight info from pilot. Food was almost non existant, entertainment non existant, leg room cramped. Can the airlines do any more to make passengers miserable?"

Minusy: "I was unable to load on to the plane after trying to confirm my conferirmatiojn. I was scheduled for a flight from Detroit to Newark New Jersey . I had received a hematoma at the airport directly prior to the flight at the counter in Detroit. It was essential that I be on the flight because my aunt died the next day and was extraordinarily ill. This was all explained to the agent. They did nothing to help in this mess. I ended up flying to Washington DC on a different airline. They did nothing to try to help. I want a refund for this flight. There is no reason the airline could have helped out in some way. I have emergency room bills and death notices. Thanks for your help."

Minusy: "The lady at the gate when boarding was not friendly and was not willing to help us get seats together. I was traveling with my mother, husband and two infant children. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!"

Minusy: "Because my flight was delayed I got re-routed so I no longer was. In preimier section and had to leave even later, and I was placed in a middle seat."

Minusy: "It is uncomfortable, you can´t select a decent seat and there´s no entertainment, you hae to pay for it. There's suppose to be an option with mobile devices but when you make the ticket purchase it only says that entertainment is included in longflights and it is not. I paid for the entertrainment system but you have only some options and the movies start according to their own schedule so you can't really pick what you want to watch. And the directv remotes are not set in a good place, the are in the arm rest, so everytime the person next to you moves the wrong way they change your channel or turn the volume down or something else. For such an expensive and long flight the tiny space between chairs and entertainment lack is unacceptable."

Minusy: "It cost me money to rent a hotel to stay overnight and get here in the morning and my flight was still delayed because there was no body to tow the the plane and bring it to the gate . Miss work , miss appointments , etc . Pharmacy about to shortdown because of this poor notifications . Could have gotten an American Airlines direct flight to Dallas in the morning and minimize the situation"

Minusy: "My flight got hit with a fuel tankard and I had to stay in a hotel for the night. I didn't get to fly home that night and it messed up my entire schedule for the weekend."

Plusy: "That was the worst traveling experience I've had to date. Yes, I understand there were storms and natural circumstances that held the flight and for that - I understand. What I do not care for is the lack of customer service. There was only one person at the counter in the airport. And let's not mention the unpleasant flight attendent on at 5 hour flight! Nothing offered for the inconvenience. Everyone including the pilot was just as irritated as the passengers. I usually prefer United when flying coast to coast but...worst experience yet."
