"Crew could have been more friendly…little-to no smiles…seemed like all business and get the flight over with. Baggage service at Lisbon airport was terrible, between waiting for a discharge belt # to be assigned, waiting for luggage to be loaded onto conveyor belt. All in all waited over an hour for our one suitcase…."

Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

And in the process of the turmoil and stress of rushing, I have witnessed airport people being extremely rude with passengers who were not at fault that their original flight was late and were merely trying to make it on time. Correspondingly, every single time I flew with Swiss, I never knew whether or not I will get my luggages. Simply put, your organization is poor and your flights are unfailingly late!!"

It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Sheremetievo changed it to the gate #2 and call my last name with completely wrong pronunciation. When I realized that my plane is leaving I had to run more than 1 mile to the gate #2 for the 3 min. You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."

I had to interrupt their not business related conversation to ask my question how to collect miles for this flight to my frequent fliers program, they advised me to serf internet. In civilized word this suppose to be done on the spot."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed 15 minutes. Then we boarded the aircraft and spent two hours inside, just sweating. Someone came and said it would take another 15 minutes to check the aircraft again. We were sent back to the airport with no information and nobody knew what was happening. We finally boarded the flight 5 hours late, and we lost our connection to Hong Kong. Nobody cares to explain or give you a solution. When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."

Plusy: "The service was good and courteous, the food was, surprisingly, pretty good."
Minusy: "The leg space is way too crammed. I'm not overly tall, ~6', but my legs actually were pined by the seat in front once it reclined."

Plusy: "There were blankets, slippers, pillows, sleeping masks and headphones provided. Awesome that here was a live feed on the screen in front of you for take off and landing. Also great that there was detailed flight information available on the same screen at any time."
Minusy: "Passengers were not seated evenly on check-in. The first section of the Economy was 100% full, while the second section had a lot of empty seats. Naturally, passengers in the second section had the opportunity to switch seats and get some extra room, while were packed tight."

Plusy: "The staff was very polite and attentive. Flight was shorter than expected; 9 hours total. Fairly clean, well organized. Entertainment was first rate with a huge selection of movies, TV programs, games."
Minusy: "The food was mediocre; probably about the worst airplane food I ever had. Can't be sure, but I had GI problems the day after, possibly due to asking for ice in my drink. (the rest of my family did not get sick and we ate the same food but no ice) Also, annoyed that seats cannot be selected until 24 hours before flight. An added stess, esp while you're touring. Fortunately, our hotel concierge was able to book our seats. Overall tho, I'd fly Aeroflot again."

Minusy: "My screen was broken, so I was unable to watch anything on the flight. The food was poor. I made it to Istanbul Istanbul fine, it just could have been more enjoyable."
