No order to it and they didn’t start boarding until 20 minutes before takeoff. Nearly every intercontinental flight I’ve taken needs closed to 45-60 minutes to do a full board. Sure we made up the time in the air but the process to get on the plane was frustrating."

Minusy: "The boarding process was not ideal. This was our first time in the Zurich airport and we were not aware of the passport check at the gate. There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

Also it was so hot on the plane felt sick the entire way. Asked twice to turn down the heat nothing really happened. Missed the individual fans."

Minusy: "My bag lost it's tag either in Minneapolis or on the way to Chicago and was re-tagged. It then took 5 days for the bag to arrive at my final destination. Swiss airlines didn't answer any phone calls, didn't respond to email messages sent through the Swiss air website. Had to get an outside agency involved to recover luggage."

Minusy: "i bougt my ticket on Swiss Airlines. Originally only my frist flight was operated by United. Then something happened and the flight went late and i lost my connections. i ended up flying 24hs late (FROM NY), had to payed a hotel, and my next flight was with United (AGAIN). I really wanted to travel with Swiss, because they have a Ski bag included on the luggage. I ended up paying extra bag in United."

Plusy: "I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines."

Plusy: "The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use...."

Minusy: "SAS is a train wreck. everything they told us was misinformation from the first delay (there were 5 delays, one each hour, before they cancelled) The whole time they would not allow ticket changes while we watched available flights take off for 5 hours. We had no say in the rebooking - they just said wait you will get an email. The SAS workers need to be trained - how about putting up a sign that says "this line for parking vouchers ony'ly" when 300 people are lined up for assistance."

Minusy: "The crew on the Chicago/Copenhagen legs were rude and curt. Food was horrible. The dates on our entres indicated that the meal was packed 10 months prior! The snack cakes that came with the meal were sickly sweet. The salads on both legs had brown leaves."

Minusy: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

While checking in we attempted to upgrade 3 tickets to first class and were sent to 3 different areas in the airport with our luggage, having to wait in line each time. Didn’t provide vegaterian options on board. Weren’t given a gate ever after landing 5 hours late and were kept on board for half an hour making us miss a 2nd connection we had to rebook after the initial delay. A frustrating experience hat could have been made better with just some communication about what was going on."

Minusy: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

We should t have to do extra work to get reimbursed after the fact. They should not charge us right the. and there. It’s stealing. They cost us money and we didn’t get what we paid for."

Minusy: "I didnt like the fact that the chairs are so close together. When passenger wanted to incline their chairs it would be too far back to be comfortable for the person behind. And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"

Plusy: "Efficient friendly generous service To a little used, user friendly airport (Free alcohol, i.e., wines; no spirits) I ordered a Muslim meal: delicious"
Minusy: "We had trouble with the A/C leaving; until we were airborne, it was hot. I suspect that this is an unusual problem. In general, I find small international carriers better than the large ones; my favorite so far in Air Austria"

Plusy: "I got a sandwich. Excellent flight attendants."
Minusy: "Late flight, and my life flashed before my eyes on the landing."

Minusy: "TAP says they're partners with Jet Blue until something goes awry. didn't work as a team to troubleshoot on how to get me to Rome on time or even on the same day. missed a day of my trip. didn't compensate, didn't troubleshoot until too late. didn't work to make it right as a team. wouldn't recmmend"

Minusy: "Very poor check in!! We checked two bags when we went to the desk to get our boarding passes.....then when we were boarding the plane, I went through without a problem but my wife was flagged. we were informed that we now had to pay for our checked bags..both of us even though I had already been cleared. 70 dollars was needed...and so with our flight ready to leave we had to just about run 250 meters and then back 250 meters to catch our flight....we are in our 60's!!!!!. If we had to pay we should have been told at check in! and to make matters worse both of our checked bags are carryon size...we only checked them because we thought it would be convenient. Given that it was not our mistake that bag fee should have been waived....very poor customer service to people who have flown TAP many times........"

Minusy: "We were late getting into Chicago and I missed my connection to Albuquerque. I was scheduled to arrive at my destination at noon and because we were late, I didn't get home until almost midnight."

Minusy: "Aircanada'swe boarding system is again and everyone in later zones just blocks everyone else. Due to issues mentioned on the flight above my husband didn't get his luggage. We are still waiting."

Minusy: "Nine hour flight from Warsaw to Toronto, 7 hours of on and off ear-piercing screaming two year old child. Even though it was a daytime flight, most passengers wanted to sleep due to early morning wake up and previous connections. Even for somebody who wished to stay awake, there was nothing pleasurable about this situation. The airlines are going to have to figure out how to deal with this ever-increasing problem on long-distance flights, like a closed door quiet space for the parent and child. It was like being trapped in a torture chamber. If an adult had created that much commotion and misery on a flight, they would have been forcefully subdued and probably arrested. A few minutes of a crying baby can be excused, but this was non-stop disturbance by an unruly child and complacent parent(s)."

Plusy: "One person assisting passengers whose flights had been canceled was gracious and skillful."
Minusy: "My flight, 370 was canceled. Initially, one of the AC staff at customer service was overwhelmed and impatient. The next flight was delayed by about seven hours. My baggage didn't arrive in Toronto. I found it extremely difficult to learn where the baggage could be, spent hours on hold with Air Canada and then Dynamex, and waited four days to receive my bag. I was with about 100 people at a summer camp. The staff created a funny skit about AC, Dynamex (sp?) and the endless "your call is important to us" tape recording. I understand that flight plans must be canceled and changed due to weather, but AC relies too heavily on automated "service.""

Minusy: "Finding an overhead luggage compartment was difficult. Some peoples luggage is over sized, and some stow two items."

Minusy: "It was so late, I almost missed my connecting flight. They were not helpful. They did not communicate well and they refused to take any responsibility."

Minusy: "Very bad cabin pressure -- lots of ear pain."

Plusy: "Not much can go wrong on a flight shorter than 90 minutes."
Minusy: "3 delays that added up to 1 hr, but counter personnel kept us informed."

Plusy: "You want comfort? this is the way to go."
Minusy: "Entertainment on short flight was limited."

Plusy: "All went smoothly"

Plusy: "Newer plane, tv monitors in coach class, on time departure"

Minusy: "if you get in a que, then the computer goes down , your dead, AC line will be 1.5 hours to get to rebook. then you have 2 day to stay before you can get out. if you decide to go on delta because staying 2 day in hotel is more expensive than buying a new ticket ac will not refund you. Air Canada is the least flexible airline in the world relative to refund."

Plusy: "The crew members in both the flights were amazing. they seemed like they enjoyed their job. Its not very common at Air Canada."
Minusy: "The flight from Chicago to Toronto was delayed by half hour. But the boarding gate agents did not even mention the delay."

Minusy: "after wetting half hour in the line they said i didn't pay for my ticket and tell me to parches a new ticket"
