Minusy: "Although for some technical reasons the flight was considerably delayed, there was no action taken either by Qatar Airways or Geneva airport authorities to make the waiting more confortable!! The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

There was a huge box underneath the seat in front of me which prevented me from stretching my legs outward. The television was on but the screen itself wasn't operating. I reached for the remote located in the armrest only to find the entire piece missing. Only the base was there. I asked the flight attendents three times if I can move to an empty seat and they said "give me a moment". The moment never came. I really expected more from this airline."

They had all of the star wars movies so I was very happy. Oh and the kids meals on these flights are huge. They seem bigger than the adult meals. So your child will not be going hungry for sure."
Minusy: "Boarding was very strange. We had a 4 hour layover. We had to stay out in the hallway until about 30 minutes before boarding began. This was uncomfortable for passengers as there were very few seats and many took to sitting on the floor. The segregated room for boarding had plenty of seats but was locked off for some reason. We literally only got into the room just 5 minutes before we boarded. I thought this entire process was very backward. They need to let passengers use the room for longer periods. It was pretty stupid that we had to sit on the floor because they wont allow people to sit in the room with the chairs..."

Also, there were no vegetarian options for those who didn't book a special meal in advance. I am a star alliance member with Qatar and love their service. I didn't think Emirates would be below that standard because I have heard a lot about the airline and decided to fly them for a change. I was told that if there was any vegetarian option left behind I would get one but the steward didn't even have the decency to come back to tell me there wasn't any left. For the breakfast the steward was much nicer and was able to provide me with a vegetarian option."
Minusy: "I am a 76 yr old traveller, did not get the change in flight schedule until I booked my flight. I was at Dubai airport for over 12 hours waited for the 3AM flight that took another 14 hours. Very stressful and tiring. There was not even a proper accommodation for this very long wait between flights. This experience will be told to all my friends and trust me it will be a very bad, negative endorsement."

When the bus stopped neat the air craft for boading, ground staff were seen collecing heavy hand carry luggage from the passengers for putting them in a separate compartment for taking as a cargo, which caused another delay in boading. Old air craft on this route should be replanced. Before boading from Dubai to Lahore, I checked my flight status several times on flight information screen but my flight was not shown on it. Later, I checked on hand touch screen and came to know that gate was B2."

She left him alone while she went to the bathroom. He flipped out. The cabin crew said they couldn't move me even though there were a few empty seats in the next class up. Small children should be placed with parents in front of the bulkheads so they can't make other traveler's lives miserable as there is no seat in front to kick. It's so annoying to see childless people stretched out in those seats when they are the perfect option for small children who almost always get restless and kick the back of the seat in front. It should be mandatory to place children there."

The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
