Minusy: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Minusy: "at last minute itinerary was changed.. instead of routing through Brisbane, was now routed through Sydney. Flight from Sydney to LAX was delayed by 4 hours, then missed flight LAX to LAS... overall long delayed arrival. Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)"

Minusy: "Delta always has 1 or maybe 2 people checking everyone in, including the baggage drop. So, EVERYONE has to wait for one person to finish checking in the first class passenger with a thousand needs. Very poor service as is their norm."

Minusy: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Minusy: "The crew seemed quite stressed, when I asked to store my wedding dress in the crew closet they were very short with me, which made me feel really guilty about it, as the stewardess obviously thought I was very troublesome, but they did allow it. The food was quite bland. The entertainment was much more limited than most international flight lines."

Plusy: "1)Magazine says you under need for modern communication and aiming to improve. There are no chRging ports and no internet. That would help. A little behind the times on that one, do t you think? 2) Getting gangway attached after landing appeared to be very innefficient. Thanks for trying"

Minusy: "I never made it on the flight because I booked through airfare.com which gives no warning or notices that passports need to be valid for three months after a flight to France. I ended up spending hours on the phone with them constantly being yelled at by their customer service reps."

Minusy: "I don't understand when a reason for flight delay is no aircraft. Wasn't it a scheduled flight? The €8 voucher is only enough to buy one glass of juice."

Minusy: "Seats were too closely spaced. Like a coffin. Will probably not fly Finnair unless the price is next to nothing."

Minusy: "Seats are uncomfortable. They lean too far back too so that if the person in front of you is reclined all the way, you're quite uncomfortable. I was able to view the TV screen in front of me better than my own because the person in front of me was completely reclined."

Minusy: "We sat in the plane for 7.5 hours before moving. Airline provided no extra food though served what was meant to be breakfast before landing in the evening. Then they had not even coffee before actually landing. The vegetarian breakfast that was served in the evening had one dry pita bread with two slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, very lousy. Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."

Minusy: "flight # 742 canceled put in another plane, from other provider (LOT) going straight to Chicago; was not ready for it; we arrived at airport 2 hr before time of boarding and were rushed to plane going up in 45 min; very stressful; my daughter cried and we had no time to say good bays to family paid for selected seats - money not returned selected special meal - stayed hungry (8 hr fly) because they were not aware about our special needs; Finnair shold take care of it when canceling flight and putting us with other provider."

Plusy: "Flight was cancelled at lasy minute. so, all other flights missed. Last minute notification. rebooked on Lufthansa, but wrote wrong codes - more delay."

Plusy: "Very nice crew, Economy Premium seats had enough legroom, not a bad choice of movies on the flight"
Minusy: "Worst food I ever had on a plane (frequent traveler), I would be afraid to feed it to my dog, let alone eat it myself. Barely ate anything, spent most of my flight very hungry. Refused to eat breakfast at all, it was that bad! Please do something about it, it is outrageous to give people garbage like that."

Minusy: "very little leg room for anyone over 6 feet"

Plusy: "Comfortable smooth flight, quiet in the large modern BA A380 aircraft"
Minusy: "Usual boarding with people in rear having to get past people in lower row numbers having been boarded first."

Plusy: "The crew did an excellent job definitely went beyond good service, I enjoyed the food and they came often offering drinks. It was probabky my first long flight I wasn't thirsty at all. Overall I was very happy with my trip hope thank you!"

Plusy: "Maybe they should call these flights "Byzantine Airways". Finnair doesn't fly Boston to London, so my Finnair flight was on British Airways, but I did it that way because BA wanted more money that day. As a flight, it was OK. I don't think I have much to say about Finnair."

Minusy: "If I'm paying for a trans-atlantic flight (at a fee of $1,000), I shouldn't be stuck on a plane that is used for domestic flights,and thus does not have the space nor the comfort of a larger plane. And, if this flight is not going to offer the amenities accustomed to a typical trans-atlantic flight (such as in-seat TV), then the price should be substantially cheaper. I will be complaining to the airline itself for this, and may not fly this airline again."

Minusy: "The headphone socket didn't work, the screen was tiny, the food was bordering on the inedible, the seating was cramped and uncomfortable, the air was dirty and unhealthy."

Minusy: "Boarding was delayed, flight crew was not very friendly, plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. In flight entertainment was not working for me and many other passengers. Food was very bland and took long to be served. Service and flight in general fell very very short of what I expected."

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Plusy: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Minusy: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Plusy: "I liked the crew, they were professional and tried their best"
Minusy: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Plusy: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Minusy: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

Plusy: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Minusy: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."

Plusy: "Crew was friendly and polite, both beverages and an excellent lunch was offered."
Minusy: "A delay was not ideal but nothing to worry about since the flight arrived on time."
