Minusy: "The air vents barely trickle out any air anymore. No relief to be had. Airline crews say hi and goodbye but that doesn't make them friendly."

Minusy: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Minusy: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Minusy: "Poor communication, a 6 hour delay followed by a 7 hour layover (during which we had to sleep on an airport floor because Delta couldn't offer us any hotel vouchers). Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!"

It was in a very pretentious manner, not like southwest personnel who have similar antics but with a playful tone. The plane is a small one where bags don't fit overhead and many head bumps occur. We arrived fine which mean the flight was successful but it was not very enjoyable."

Minusy: "I'm not sure how you lose a bag on a direct flight from Atlanta to Denver, but Delta found a way to do it. They didn't even put my bag on the plane and had to send it with the next one coming. To their credit, they did drive it out to my house when it got here."

Minusy: "My flight from Detroit to Denver was suppose to land at 1:15 ish and I had an interview to make at 3:30 thinking that I would have plenty of time to grab my bags and and get a cab to greenwood which is where my interview was. The flight was delays almost 3 hours and I was not able to make my interview which was the whole reason I flew to Denver in the first place. I understand that things happen but now Im out of a possible job that I was interviewing for and I am also out the $250 that I spent on the flight. The flight was delayed because they didn't have a crew to fly the plane which blindside is always 20/20 however it seems like pretty poor planning."

Lufthansa invited us to check-in early, but would not allow us to finish the check-in online process the day prior: seemed to be glitch in their computer system. We arrived at the airport early, but no one at Lufthansa could help us with seat assignments in order to seat our 12-yo daughter next to a partent. The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German."

Plusy: "First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom."

Plusy: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

Minusy: "The overseas Lufthansa flights have the least space of all the flights and trains I took throughout my trip, including other Lufthansa flights within Europe. The bathrooms were more cramped and fewer in number for an overbooked flight, boarding was disorganized and delayed, the passengers in front of me put their seats all the way back for most of the flight, and seriously, just a few more inches of space would make these long flights 104% better. I think everyone would be happier to fly on less awful planes, including the poor crew who has to deal with miserable passengers."

Minusy: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

Minusy: "First flight mechanical issue so couldn't make it to any of my connecting flights and they had to reroute me, however they couldn't get me to Torino so they got me to Milan and I had to take a two hour bus and then the metro to get where I needed to be. And it took them over an hour to reroute my flight!"

The flight was perfect and smooth, although after boarding we had to sit on the runway for awhile, and left late. The crew were highly attentive, helpful, polite, and kept water and juice circulating between hot meals. I enjoyed the movies I was able to watch and my seat was comfortable. Excellent service in Economy Class!!"

Minusy: "Boarding was a 'free-for-all' with no filtering of Economy passengers by zone or seat row. Less effective than Emirates in this regard. The hot snack offered before arrival at Denver was served in the final 50 minutes of the 10 plus hour flight. This meant that the service and tray collection, including the cabin preparation for landing was very rushed."

"I'm not really sure what the difference is between Economy and Premium Economy on these long-haul flights, especially when the plan isn't very full and people in Economy can lie down across an entire row. The seats in Premium Economy are a bit bigger, but you can't recline or lie down and I'm pretty sure we get the same food options as regular economy. You get a little goodie bag that you don't really need. Also, there is really no point upgrading to business class on the short flights with Lufthansa. The seat size is the same as the rest of the plane. So, you're paying $50 or so for a pretty small snack/meal and a curtain between you."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

In the feedback form there was a question about a la carte meal but no one offered me the option to buy anything during the flight. The crew attitude is the worst I've seen. I have flown more then 300 times. I felt I disturbed their conversations which were more important. Once I waited 2 minutes in front of them before they stopped their private discussion. Lufthansa has a special team for A380 and they are super helpfull. Entertainment system is slow and the UI is much worst than on LH A380 and Emirates."

Primitive and time-consuming transportation system between terminals- Had to ride overcrowded buses packed with so many people that your body was pressed against your neighbor. Inadequate number of restrooms and poor signage to find them. Bad selection of restaurants. Then at the terminal, boarding time listed as 10:40, but they did not even announce the boarding gate until 10:40. Then a 10 minute ride on another overcrowded bus to the plane which you had to board by a staircase (and a staircase to the door on a 747 is no small thing!) Although flight was smooth in the air, the pilot landed so "hard" I thought the landing gear must have been damaged!"

It took longer to get from T5 to T3 than it did to get from Dublin to London. Boarding in T3 for the flight to Denver was almost as bad. Bodies everywhere, no organisation and no help. Then the aircraft itself was so old with uncomfortable seats and an almost unwatchable screen. I will never transit through LHR again."

In addition, one of them was quite large with a bald head, thus intimidating. We had a very long day and just wanted to rest and that was not at al possible."

British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

I have a problem with my foot, and there is piece of hard plastic or something that runs the length of the plane, under the aisle seat. I had to make sure my foot didn't rest on time because it was painful to my foot."

American handled the start of our vacation. Such a superior international flight quality compare to British Air."

Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Plusy: "We were not looking forward to the near 9 hour flight, but BA made it a very comfortable & enjoyable experience. Drinks & snacks were offered frequently. Individual monitors for movies, music etc. made the flight a great experience. Fantastic crew! BA airport staff helped locate our lost baggage and followed through quickly with returning it to us. We can't wait to fly with British Airways again!"

Minusy: "We paid extra for what we thought was isle seating. We did not receive the isle seating. We were in the seat directly behind the isle seating. It did not seem to have any more leg room than any other seats. Just concerning as we paid extra for what we thought was extra leg room? Rest service was Excellent. Staff and food was great."

Plusy: "Love how wonderful and kind the crew were. We asked for extra dessert because the chocolate cups were so good...and they gave us the extra dessert."
Minusy: "Boarding took forever as there was an issue with boarding systems for BA at Heathrow. We were delayed by almost an hour. In addition lines for dropping off baggage were rather long."

Plusy: "Nothing"
Minusy: "Our British Airways flights were cancelled going & returning on the trip. This resulted in rebooking in both directions, at different points in the trip. The cancellation on the return trip was extremely inconvenient since we didn't have a phone to contact BA. After wondering the airport on the day of our departure, for a BA representative that could help, we were directed to a ticket sales office. Then after waiting for another one (1) hour in a line, the BA representative rebooked our return flights. This was not a good way to start or end a trip!"

Minusy: "Boarded and our 3 year old fell asleep. sat on the plane for 50 minutes before being told to get off the plane. Ended up with a delay of almost 6 hours. sorry, very frustrated."

Plusy: "Food, fast and efficient boarding, only a small delay, fairly comfortable, and great entertainment!"

Plusy: "The service was the best!"
Minusy: "N/A"

Minusy: "Sat in an airport for 8 hours before flight was cancelled. Rebooked flight was not in the exit row I had. At 6'8", this 10 hour flight was near unbearable. BA did nothing to help except say sorry."

Minusy: "We were not able to prebook or buy a seat because of a glitch with the computers in Geneva. We were crammed in a middle center row!"

Plusy: "Food was ok a chicken korma"
Minusy: "Checkin at Heathrow was good, but agent at gate could not be heard over speaker system, 2 hour delay I found that this BA 219 and 218 are always late never on time.. Crew on plane were not happy and did not enjoy there job."

Plusy: "I think the Boeing is much more comfortable than the Airbus Aircraft."
Minusy: "Then entertainment system on this 747-400 was dated and should be updated to help with the long flights this aircraft is used on."

Plusy: "afternoon tea"

Plusy: "Good airline, calm and scheduled."
Minusy: "No onboard entertaiment. Only snack and tea. Dirty windows."

Plusy: "The most comfortable airplane in the world. Good and helpfuly crew and everything scheduled."
Minusy: "Food, correct but without the taste. Drop off baggage opened 4h before the flight."

Plusy: "I also really enjoyed the long flight from London to Denver was excellent and well orchestrated. It was nice to have my own dedicated TV monitor. The food was really tasty. Plus flying over Greenland and being able to see the glaciers out the windows was a real bonus!"
