For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

We were at the gate 8 minutes prior to departure, but United closed the gate right before our noses. Not cool. Horrible experience. My guess is that United has given our seats to someone else. After all United did the same thing to use once before. We will not travel United/Lufthansa again."

After researching, we found out the plane didn't depart until 1:43pm. Horrible horrible service. Will NEVER fly with Lufthansa or into Germany."

I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.

It’s a short flight so there is no entertainment The security check is brutal and nothing in food except for tea and coffee for free. Even water was $2/ bottle

It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."

Minusy: "One seat was wet and steward had to provide blanket for my friend to sit on, one other persons bag got stained as floor was wet in front of her and bottom of middle seat magazine holder was also wet! Also flight was delayed leaving and there was rubbish and chewing gum from previous flights. we had to clean the tables ourselves with wet wipes as they were dirty from previous flights."

Minusy: "Plane was a bit old, inflight entertainment limited, temperature on aircraft fluctuated a bit. We were also an hour delayed in take off with no communication."
Plusy: "I was running late to my flight, and I found the SAS customer service line exceptionally helpful in helping me make the right decisions regarding how best to deal with the risk of missing my flight. In the end, I made my flight in time, but I found customer service critical in making the best decisions regarding my pre-flight transportation. Additionally, the flight was smooth and enjoyable."

Minusy: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Plusy: "Efficient and friendly staff. Coach seats did recline on that Airbus model, which was nice."
Minusy: "Had to pay for wifi in coach for internet access. It was dropping routinely, dial-up slow, and very frustrating. The food was on par with other airlines, minus the vegetable turnover. That was a bit odd. What was shocking to me, is that no alcohol of any kind was complimentary in coach."

I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Minusy: "We paid over $75 for each piece of checked luggage. We could have saved 40% by pre-purchase but were not warned when purchasing our flights for almost the same price as the cost of the luggage."
Minusy: "Booked SAS Go level which included 1 piece of luggage each. At check-in, we were told that is not the case despite SAS' own website saying that it is. I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

Minusy: "SAS overbooked the flight and changed our entire group's seats. The attendant at the front desk was very rude during this whole process. We eventually got middle seats in the middle row. During the flight, the flight attendant forgot to give my friends their meals but everyone sitting around them received meals. When we used the overhead button to inform them of this discrepancy they didn't respond for over 30 minutes. We eventually found someone in the aisle that was able to help get the attention of the flight attendant. The overall interaction with the flight attendants was terrible. There is no such thing as customer service with this airline company."
Plusy: "The entertainment system is top notch. And the food was actually good. The crew was very friendly and helpful."
Minusy: "Couldn't use the WiFi without paying extra, even on an international flight. The seats are among the most uncomfortable I have ever flown in. There is so little room that it is virtually impossible to sleep, even on an 8-hour flight. The purser's English was atrocious, nearly incomprehensible, and he didn't seem to care whether anyone understood him or not."
Plusy: "The automated kiosks made it ridiculously easy. Flying out of LAX can be a pain, but that went by so smoothly. I'm cheap and have become accustomed to Spirit airlines. So when I received free (decent) meals a complimentary bottle of water and a plethora of inflight entertainment."
Minusy: "We were to fly from Bergen to Oslo, and then from Oslo to Stockholm. However, the flight from Bergen to Oslo kept getting delayed, so we were eventually put on a direct flight to Stockholm from Bergen. But for the 5 hour delay, we were given a food 'dinner' coupon that could have only bought a slice a pizza which we felt was extremely poor. Expected a better compensation for the long delay."
Plusy: "It was the only non-stop flight for our needs. Timing was great too. It was nice to have 2 seats to ourselves."
Minusy: "Going over our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We paid more for a non-stop flight we did not receive, lost wages because we both worked half-days to accommodate this flight departure time, and lost half a day of our trip. When we did fly on SAS to return, I found the service and amenities lacking. Why serve drinks well before your meal time and then not come back through with drinks again? Overall, it was not the best flight experience."

A charge to offset your cost is reasonable. Twice the cost of the ticket is absolutely atrocious!!! Did I mention you managed to break what we had in the bag? Hope that gives you the picture of how we feel, but more importantly what we will be telling everyone.
