Plusy: "There is nothing positive to say besides it got me where I needed to go, even though my first flight was cancelled and had to completely redirect to another airport an that took me 2 hours to get to."
Minusy: "Everything, the staff was rude especially at the gate. I was forced to check my bag not because of size but because I was in Group 6 boarding and I got on there was plenty of room on the plane. I had even explained I needed to do work and would have to hold everything in my arms."
Minusy: "The crew, could have paid attention to their guest. It was terrible, this flight reminds me how much I enjoy flying Southwest, instead of American Airlines. The only reason that I flew this airline, was because It was free with Points"
Minusy: "The flight was delayed which caused us to miss our flight in London our family was delayed for 12 hours"

Minusy: "Paid extra for window seat in exit row-- but there was no window so the experience was like being in a dark space capsule. Very disappointing. At least there was unlimited legroom. Waited for 30 minutes to get luggage at LAX so giving it a low "boarding" rating"

Plusy: "The low fare was the best part of the flight, but I later found that it came at a cost!!!!"
Minusy: "First of all the Crew was rude and their lack of patience was obvious, the flight was delayed and was no fault of any of the passengers yet we were made to feel as if it was our ( passengers) fault. Secondly, the air was turned down, I guess to conserve fuel, and the plane was unbearably hot, And at no time was food offered for purchase or even a beverage service. I have flow AA for 20+ years and this was the FURST flight I have ever experienced. Sadly I believe it will be my last!!!!"
Plusy: "Horrible hospitality. The flight was initially delayed for computer issues which understandably happens. However, we were later switch to another plane 4 hr later, boarded, de iced, taxied, then notified he flight was cancelled at 1 am because the crew hit their maximum work time. We were de-boarded. There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."

Plusy: "While it wasn't Singapore Air ultra quality, the staff did a nice job for an USA-based airline. I appreciated the option of watching first run movies. There was one I wanted to see but would never have made the time to see it in the theater. Done."
Minusy: "Sadly, I am a big guy (2XL to 3XL). Halfway through the flight, my left thigh was throbbing from the pressure. I cannot afford first class travel so this will presumably be an issue until I drop the weight."
Plusy: "Crew was great. Boarding was quick. Food was good."
Minusy: "The entertainment on a cross Atlantic flight was not family friendly. Playing 'Dark Knight Rises' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy' while my 6 year old is on the flight is not appropriate. While I didn't let him listen to the program, he could still watch violent scenes I would not allow at home. There are plenty of family friendly good quality PG or G rated movies that appeal to everyone. Would it be too hard to get individual screens in 2017?"
Plusy: "Reasonably large leg room and overhead"
Minusy: "Five times they tried to get us to pay for a seat assignment (even after they had assigned seats). Paying $32 for "priority" boarding is rediculous?"
Plusy: "Mostly friendly staff and quick flight time."
Minusy: "Only half the plane got snacks and drinks. Additionally, I was forced to check my bag, which is a pretty big deal because I was connecting to an international flight and was unable to retrieve my prescriptions in all the rush to check my bag."
Plusy: "They were able to reschedule to another airline"

Plusy: "the clerk at the boarding desk was kind"
Plusy: "Flight was quick, seamless, on-time, and comfortable. WiFi available. Arrived 10 minutes early. Recommend the shuttle because if you don't get one flight, they'll get you on the next. These days, the shuttle is more dependable than Amtrak."
Minusy: "Would appreciate a USB port or an outlet."
Minusy: "Upon boarding the aircraft, the attendant at the gate told me to check the size of my carryon bag against the test dimensions, which I did. My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."
Plusy: "Wonderful flight, kind helpful staff and a very comfortable beautiful new aircraft. I look forward to flying Quantas again."

Minusy: "My direct flight was cancelled. My rescheduleday flight was delayed and I missed my connection and had to spend the night in the airport. My 2 1/2 hour flight turned into a 16 hour trip."
Plusy: "Nothing really. I feel for the crew. The space is so small and confining there is no room to work or move around"
Minusy: "We thought we would get some decent amenities with a name brand carrier but American has basically become like Spirit or Frontier. International travel used to be exempt from impossibly small seats, lack of in flight entertainment and terribly overmatched crew members scurrying to try and complete their duties. Terrible. But the good news is if you pay an extra fee they will let you get on the plane first. More time to be miserable! Hoorah!!"

Minusy: "Gate in Miami wasn't ready and we sat for 45 minutes until they opened a gate for us to deplane. Ridiculous."
Plusy: "The plane we new and amazing, loved all the extra features."

Minusy: "My flight was delayed an hour before being departed. And then canceled and then they moved my Flight and that flight was delayed too. I miss my grandmothers service, I am very upset to say the lease. I am not pleased at all."
