Lufthansa, scheduled me and took my money, then canceled the flight, rescheduled me on a flight that could not reach its connection with its United Airlines partner. They left me stranded in Chicago both airlines blaming it on the other. Did not provide a hotel voucher, and did not arrange another flight until 24 hours later. Lufthansa and United provided a horrible experience. I will try to avoid flying these airlines at all cost in the future.

Food needs to be improved. No options for people who have restrictions. I can not have milk products. Every meal on all flights had chees in it. We were on roundtrip within three days Cracow- Newark via Munich that makes four flights. They had exactly the same food both ways. Pasta full of cheese both ways. No options. On top of that there was a piece of brad also served with a piece of cheese, and later a sandwich with cheese. Dairy products are harmful for many people. Couse bloating and gas and or other digestion problems. Why would you offer this kind of food on long flights with no alternatives ? How about rice and veggies?? Also, it looks like you are limited to offering the same food every day on your flights. It’s very disappointing

Service was bad,food is not full for a meal

I liked the direct flight from ORD-RSW. The plane was relatively new, clean, and in good shape. I didn’t like the two hour delay or the waiting an hour after we landed for my checked luggage. After a scheduled landing of 7:50 PM we didn’t head to our car until after 11 PM.

Second leg of the flight was delayed - the copilot apparently injured his back as he left his hotel, and tried to continue with the flight but couldn't. That's not so bad... the issue is that AA had no backup plan. For such a large airport (Miami) you'd think AA would have a plan to cover such issues... but they didn't. So, we got held up for almost 3 hours while they looked for another copilot. Of course, when it's less than 3 hours, passengers get no compensation for AA's screwup. It's a terrible situation for passengers, but it's the crappy deal we have. On the other hand, the gate crew was great... they tried to keep us informed for the most part. My wife had to go up and ask a few times, but they were good about telling her the status honestly, which is greatly appreciated. They should have been more proactive about this, but at least they gave the info, so that's appreciated. Bottom line, that's the only real positive on this trip... hence the second star... the rest of the issues would have garnered a 1-star review.

One children's film shown on the central TV screen followed by old sitcoms....For a transatlintic flight, this is really poor."

The crew were sterling. The flight was fully packed, the chair I was assigned didn't have a screen to watch TV on, and other passengers stood inches away from my face while milling around near the toilets. Also, super narrow seats on row 30 A-C so pretty tight squeeze for a *ahem* larger gent such as myself. That said, flight was on time, food was fine, crew were competent and pleasant.

Was not a fan of Iberia. Am still not a fan. In Premium Econ, food came before drink. Not right. Food was below average. Tough to get 2nd glass of wine from JFK to Madrid. Crew asked me to use Econ toilet, nearly impossible given a broken ankle. My cane & ankle brace were clearly visible. Biz Class toilet was 2 rows from my seat; they finally acquiesced. Though the flight landed early, wheelchair never arrived—a perfect connection to Porto was shot. Forced to wait 4 hrs for next flight.

Flight was delayed but no info provided at airport. Boarding was a free for all, not entirely convinced they cleaned the plane fully. Once onboard seats are a little tired looking and uncomfortable, but it's economy. Nutrigrain bar and tiny bottle of water provided. I don't see the advantage of flying BA over any other airline, the staff are nice and friendly but the overall service isn't any batter or whose than other airlines. Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Minusy: "The queuing process was not efficient, the packing of people on a shuttle bus was dangerous with the number of people squashed onto the bus and then we had to wait on the bus for quite a while for the determination to be made that the flight was ready. Once on the flight, the hanging flap that separates the first class from economy, was loosely hanging and rattled fiercely and on lift-off swung back toward our faces. We had to pay 4 pounds for a coke and weird coffee. Then we had to circle London while we waited to land because of the IT mess in London."

Minusy: "British airways is a shitty airline, I was stuck in Heathrow for almost 2 days, pregnant and alone. British airways has poor communication, poor leadership and no customer service skills. My flight was terrible and I will never be flying on British airways in the future. I will also be telling friends and family about my experience and ensure that they also don't travel on this awful airline."
Minusy: "We arrived at the airport more than 2 hours in advance since this was an international flight. There was NO British Airways staff available to help with obtaining actual boarding passes which were NOT available on the BA mobile app. Although we made the flight with enough time, that was only because the security line was short and the passport control line was short as well. British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."
Minusy: "Paying for everything. Only 2 toilets for entire economy section"
Minusy: "Heathrow connection process almost caused me to miss my flight, despite having 2 hours between connections. Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."
Minusy: "Transferring from one flight to another, from one terminal to another. Definately, too litte time for transfer. Rushing, with no time to stop at the restroom."
Minusy: "Very rough ride, made me sick"
Plusy: "My flight going to the UK was rough, but the flight home was as solid as being on the ground. This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Minusy: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

The delays on every flight, were just ridiculous

Our plane left 45 minutes late from Phoenix because of a gas spill so when we got to Vancouver from Phoenix, we had to go through customs which took extra time. When we first landed in Vancouver and before we even got off the plane, we had 5 minutes to board onto our next flight which obviously was not going to happen. We rushed through customs and still might have been able to board our flight at the last possible minute except the staff at the airport led us to somehow get out of the secure area and have to go through security again before going to our gate. That took so much extra time. This never should have happened. When you get off the plane and have a connecting flight, there is always a way to get to the gate to board without having to go through security again. When we finally made it to our gate for our connecting flight, our plane had left and we were told to go to the air canada service desk. There was about 10 to 15 of us that had missed our connecting flight because of this so the 2 staff at the desk were trying to help us all but had to wait for their manager to come and confirm they could give us another flight which took quite a bit longer than I thought. We ended up getting booked on standby on a flight straight from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2 hours which was our final destination, but never was told that because of all this headache, we should have grabbed our luggage. We thought our luggage was going to go on without us on the flight we missed but apparently if you do not get on your flight they don’t send your bags which makes sense. We also had thought for a second that maybe our luggage didn’t go on the flight from Vancouver to Calgary but if it didn’t then someone would most likely put it on the flight to Saskatoon. We should have asked about it but they should also have mentioned it when we were in a panic. And I understand you can’t put extra people on a flight that is booked, but what if the plane we were on standby for was full and we had to wait even longer .. could have taken us a day to get home when this wasn’t our fault we missed our flight, but was air Canada’s."

I buy flight passes which are good on Air Canada as well but Air Canada has taken away all the non- Rouge flights and I am left with no choice. On a 5pm flight out of Toronto, all the hot food choices were gone by the time they were 8 rows into food and beverage service. I'm seriously thinking of moving my loyalty status to West Jet. If only they had flight passes."

Minusy: "We were delayed an hour because of a miscommunication with the refueling truck in Montreal before the flight came to Bradley. Then, we sat almost another hour on the tarmac at Bradley Airport because the flight plan was not approved. This caused me and several travelers (out of a small flight of approx. 20 people) to miss our connections in Montreal. Miscommunication seems to be normal for AirCanada, at least in Montreal (almost missed my connection on the way home, too). I will not fly again with this airline in the foreseeable future."

The bathrooms were also not kept clean which is a problem for flights over 9 hours."
