Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.

Minusy: "I arrived on time to make my flight yet was denied the opportunity to board. Resulting in me being unable to do my lecture for UCLA and being late to my aunt’s wedding."
Plusy: "The touch screens had a good selection of movies and tv, which was very nice."
Minusy: "The crew pretty much ignored us, not friendly at all."
Plusy: "The crew was very accommodating, personable and the communication was good."
Minusy: "It's not really fair to blame the crew or the airline forother nature, but my biggest frustration with flying is that the flights always seem to get delayed for one reason or another."

Minusy: "My seat would not recline. Although many other seats we available I was assigned to a middle seat with both aisle and window occupied. The flight was delayed by 2 hrs. Austin baggage services was closed and check in attendants were unablento help me delivered the luggage that was cracked for replacement. I ended up paying for a 2nd checked bag and leave it at Miami AA baggage services for replacement."
Plusy: "Crew was helpful. Flight was on time. Luggage was provided in a timely manner."
Minusy: "Underseat space for center seats is not adequate for two seats. One the the entertainment screens required multiple resets throughout the flight."

Plusy: "There were 2 crew members who were very helpful and nice."
Minusy: "The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy."

Plusy: "Not much. The pilot did try to keep us updated on our 5 hour delay The airline had conflicting rules on getting off the plane while waiting at the gate the pilot said yes, the attendants said no"

Plusy: "On time boarding taking off and landing in Grand Rapids. Crew was very nice and let me keep my whole can of soda."
Minusy: "1. The music played while boarding and deboarding was not relaxing. It made me anxious and irritable. 2. The food was absolutely poor. Taste, etc 3. Poor selection of movies, etc.. 4. Poor selection of music, especially the classical channel. Won't be flying American again if I can help it."
Minusy: "3+ hour flight with no TV/ entertainment"
Plusy: "I appreciated that they were interested in the general welfare of the whole craft in the midst of storms."
Minusy: "The long delays, the cancellation near midnight, the long lines to what I thought was going to be some type of reimbursement for all the inconvenience at now having to find lodging for the evening, spend an entire day back at the airport, and transport myself from the NEW airport they made available for me from the original airport I had chosen. Absolutely NO compensation or reimbursement due to "weather." While I understand they can't control the weather, this is literally one of the greatest elements in their company. They should have provisions FOR it. Running out of airlines I could trust and rely on, and thought American would deliver. But No, not even this one. Extremely disappointed and staying away from AA."

I travel as a professional musician at least once a week and I’ve never been threatened with arrest for having an instrument on my person."
Plusy: "The pilot made sure we were fully aware of what was going on during a crazy flight day. Many cancelled, many more delayed. We ended up being on time to leave and early to land."
Minusy: "Seats were a bit too tight and I am a small person."
Plusy: "More or less on time, got me home after a long trip"
Minusy: "Cramped cabin, uncomfortable seats, not even a glass of water (supposedly due to short flight, but this used to be available)"
Plusy: "Flight was on time and crew was pleasant."
Minusy: "Very small aircraft that didn’t even have a working bathroom. All roll-ons had to be checked because overhead bins were too small to hold. Seats didn’t recline and rows were too close. Very uncomfortable aircraft."
Plusy: "On this flight back to Arizona they arrayed mutt husband and I together, unlike on our way to Spokane. That was much better. We had more leg room this time."
Minusy: "The seats are hard, fine for young people, but difficult for older people with arthritis and Auto immune diseases, such as fibromyalgia."
Plusy: "The professionalism of the crew and the cleanliness was excellent!"

Minusy: "5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!"

Minusy: "No individual video screens, no choice of movies - as if we're back in the 1990s! Unheard of for a transcontinental flight! Be sure to bring your own entertainment! Gluten Free breakfast was useless - yoghurt which I couldn't eat + underripe fruit. Be sure to bring your own!"

Minusy: "AA lost my luggage for several days. This is unacceptable. It required my wife and I to spend money on items that were unnecessary. We could not obtain good information on whether they were lost or mis-routed. The worry of whether we should buys clothes, toiletries, etc. was a daily concern. Way to ruin a customer's vacation."

Minusy: "Will probably never choose to fly American Airlines again"
Plusy: "I can't comment on food or entertainment and there is no N/A option. I did not purchase food or use the wifi for entertainment. The seat I upgraded to was comfortable and spacious even if it didn't recline (I sat in front of the OWWE)."

Plusy: "El problema es que el vuelo estaba sobrevendido y han cerrado las puertas antes con lo cual me he quedado abajo sin pode abordar. En el aeropuerto de Denver habia solo dos personas en el securty check por lo cual la demora fue involuntaria en mi caso. Cuando estoy haciendo la fila para ingresar al avion (esyando en la misma cola antes de ingresar) me informanque no podre embarcar..(claro ya habia designado mi billete a otras personas. pesima atencion y pesimna experiencia con los empleados de ese vuelo. Denver a Miami"
