Minusy: "I have just had the most unpleasant experience with Swiss Air and feel that anyone on FB should be very careful when dealing with this airline. I am a Gold Member of Star Alliance for more than 20 years and have flown dozens of times on Swiss and would expect courtesy and consideration in return for my loyalty to their airline. Their flight from Hong Kong to Zurich leaves at 00:15. I mistakenly booked this for Nov 9th instead of the intended late evening of the 9th which then turns out to be Nov 10th. When I discovered my error, I called Swiss at least six times to explain my error and ask if my son could stand by for the same flight on the 10th or even apply the amount to rebook the same flight the next day. ZERO flexibility or consideration. Missed flight, lose entire value. Start from scratch. Astonished that an airline that claims to be serving their customers would treat me this way. I travel through Europe at least 6-10 times a year from Asia. I will now route through Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, London, Vienna, Instanbul or even Moscow before ever going through Zurich again. I encourage anyone making travel plans to be very careful when considering flights with Swiss Airlines. Perhaps this treatment of a loyal customer explains why they went through bankruptcy already once."

Minusy: "I was surprised that BA charges for drinks like water. Flight from London to Warsaw is an international Flight after all. I may understand that food is not served but to pay for water is not a right thing to do. I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

Minusy: "I had called vayama with whom you booked the flight, 5/28, and asked for seats together with my daughter who was, I THOUGHT, also flying on the same plane as I..I had asked the rep for a specific flight,nAA 105 and was told that it was code shared with mine, IB4611 but, when I looked at the seats 24 hours before the flight, on 6/15, I saw that I had been booked on a totally different plane and different departure terminals . The only thing similar was the departure and arrival times into JFK. I made a long distance call from the UK and got a really obnoxious rep who was very condescending, dismissive and annoyed that I couldn't understand her pronounced accent . When I said, " pardon, could you please repeat that", she was very snippy and snapped at me! No wonder they have such crappy ratings/ reviews. She was absolutely no help whatsoever after I explained that my daughter was visually impaired and HAD to be on the same flight as I, all she told me was that there was no record of the convo I had claimed to have with their rep on 5/28 and then she hung up on me. I will never use kayak again nor its outsourced affiliates . I am pissed, Weibo Benwitz"

Minusy: "The people in Chicago told us that when we land in London, they would have all our new flights ready for us and ready to assist us. Not a frequent flyer and very naive I believed them. So we get to London and there was no assistance (at least to tell us where to go). We didn't know what or where to go for our new flights. After a lot of people trying to find out where to go, we get to the line and they were very long. With all this families in line trying to book flights, it took me 3/4 hours to try to book a flight to Glasgow. Another reason that it wasn't moving was because people kept coming to the express line and they would get them first, I don't know why they had priority, I wasn't there because of my fault, very frustrated). After about 3 hours in line, this lady comes to the line to ask people about flights. There was a few people in front of me by this time so I asked her that I was alone and just needed a flight to Glasgow if she could help me because I thought I would be fast and I didn't want to miss the last flight. She didn't care and said I had to wait. I told her that it was taking too long because the other bookings were for more than one person and farther than where I needed to go and it was taking too long. When it's finally my turn (about 4 hours), I told the guy that I had payed extra for a window sit. The guy that helped me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports (Chicago & London) with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"

Plusy: "Clean plane, kept cabin lights dim the whole flight until the plane was parked at the gate, and music at a good volume"

Minusy: "The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again."

There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."

Minusy: "No one in the entire airport knew what flight I was talking about when I told them it was Iberia + flight number. People were saying I must have the wrong airport. I almost missed my flight because of this. Everything was through American airlines. It would have been nice to know this going in. Also it was tough doing transfers because once again, none of the departure screens refer to "Iberia flights." It was also tough to check-in. Instructions were not clear in terms of the booking number to use. The Iberia app had a lot of usability problems. The seats are too cramped. I'd have to take out a loan to be able to afford business class or 1st class. It's absolutely horrible for everyone in coach. Especially for long flights as this one. The food was subpar, but that is to be expected in my opinion. Would have been nice to offer complementary headphones. I wasn't able to utilize the entertainment because my headphones are blue tooth. Upon arrival, we had to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because there was another airplane in our spot."

Guess they had better seats. It should be a law that all airline employees from the CEO on down should only be able to fly in coach. Maybe then the seats will get better."

At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Minusy: "From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us ."
