Absolutely loved the flight crew they were really good and nice. First time flying first class and they kept offering us more items. Only thing that made me uncomfortable was the couple next to me who used their hospitality as an excuse to not wear their mask for 2 out of the 2hrs and 13mins we were on the plane. Also the fact they were making their own drinks. Thankfully they were being unruly. But still very disrespectful.

The seats were shaped uncomfortably, I needed a blanket behind my back to not be slumped. The stewardess were friendly and exceptionally kind to my kids.

Good travel

I loved the snacks, the attention and kindness from the flight crew and the fact that during the flight there wasn't much turbulence. Also we arrived earlier.

Imagine my surprise when my flight was changed to American Airlines on a plane that was so old the seats didn’t have inflight entertainment and they were way too small."

This plane took about twice as long as it should have to get everyone into their seats. I don’t know why. Maybe it was a lot of people who’ve never flown before. The rollaboard bags always are a problem. There was plenty of room in the overheads."

Minusy: "I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

Minusy: "the remodel at LAX is a mess but the shuttles are nice, just be prepared if you have to shuttle to another terminal. Also check food, I went from gate 50A and had to shuttle to 52A and that area only has one area to get something to eat and its just sandwich, and not a lot of choices."

Minusy: "We were delayed almost two hours for weather and then when I finally boarded, myself and a few other people were pulled aside to be asked new security questions and have new boarding passes printed. The people at the desk let us know that it was because we checked in online. I don't mind being asked questions but they could have done that part of the process in the two hours that we were waiting to board so as not to further delay the boarding process."

It was good when we were actually on the plane. Before and after was … how shall we say? A sh*tshow. American Airlines’ systems are the worst. We were delayed a lonnnggg time trying to check in because their system couldn’t seem to handle a hyphenated last name. Like, they had to call their help desk and pull us out of line. And they said “this happens every day.” Then our kid’s boarding pass didn’t have his name on it, and they said “that’s fine, just go” but of course it wasn’t fine. And on our first flight, we were repeatedly assured we’d be sitting together, and then they split us up and said there was nothing they could do about it. And maybe because they were so frustrated with their shoddy systems, staff on the ground seemed frequently annoyed — not just with us, but with anyone who asked a question. We decided not to fly with them anymore.

British airways could not find our reservations, also when leaving LAX they showed duplicate reservations. Lost luggage going and coming back. British Airways rep said we should not have used Kayak, too Many mixups.

Flight was delayed but no info provided at airport. Boarding was a free for all, not entirely convinced they cleaned the plane fully. Once onboard seats are a little tired looking and uncomfortable, but it's economy. Nutrigrain bar and tiny bottle of water provided. I don't see the advantage of flying BA over any other airline, the staff are nice and friendly but the overall service isn't any batter or whose than other airlines. If you can get the flights cheap enough than fine but it's not worth paying extr

Iberia separates families and leave everything to the own family to try to seat together, broken luggage, poor food and service. No recommend fly with Iberia.

Nothing! everything could have been better. again, the tsa workers were horrible. They had bad attitudes, cursing passengers and a general LACK of professionalism. In my future travels, I will not be transitioning through london, and none of my future travel plans will include london. If there agenda was to prevent Americans from visiting there, they succeded.

Minusy: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

British Airways offered nothing in return for a missed connection which cost me almost 1000$ in total and 2 missed days of work. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."

Not even an offer of tea or coffee. Check-in online would not allow me to change my seat, although it told me I could. I fly a lot, but tend to avoid BA now if I can, and this flight just confirmed that preference."

British Airways should have staff available to process passengers and boarding passes, luggage checkin, etc. earlier for their flights."

Security officer at Heathrow was very unprofessional, and took a great pleasure in delaying my processing through the security line. Specifically, I did not remove a PHONE BATTERY CHARGER from my carry-on for screening, so he proceeded to dump out the whole backpack contents, and then purposefully was very slow about putting things back in one by one.As an active duty police officer I understand the need for security and follow all the regulations and instructions to the best of my abilities. However in this case the security officer went out of his way to make the process as slow as he could. Very bad, stressful experience traveling on BA with connection at Heathrow."

Notwithstanding the late departure (due to late arrival of the aircraft), everything was great.

On the plus side: Short, easy flight with no issues. On the minus side: Coach seats are narrow, uncomfortable, & close-packed. The flight was full, I felt totally sardined and I am NOT a large person. Also, as the flight was taxiing to the runway they played what felt like an endless stream of commercials with the audio broadcast through the plane's speakers. And of course, the one speaker directly over my head was SO FREAKING LOUD I needed to put my fingers in my ears. That volume also applied to virtually every announcement that was made over the course of the flight as well. So yeah - we got there quickly and in one piece, but it was a fairly miserable experience.

Tea (old ,too strong,yak).Wake up people ,none of the passengers I spoken to had anything positive to say ! I liked my Lufthansa flight to Europe but for the sheer reason having to return with Air Canada I will avoid booking this flight .Thank You."

The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional."

Yeah, you can pay extra for an ipad or to get food, but for most decent flights these days you get at least something to eat for free. Especially on a 7 hour flight from US to CAN. My knees nearly touched the seat in front of me. It wasn't that small of a plane, i just think they really wanted to pack us in. If they removed a row or two and gave everyone just an inch more space how much would that REALLY set them back?"

Plusy: "Nice friendly staff in the plane. Nice friendly staff at the airport, although very slow and getting confused easily. Need more training."
Minusy: "Checkin process has to be SERIOUSLY reviewed and improved, especially for International travelers. Our boarding passes printed in Okinawa had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason, and we narrowly avoided a huge line to wait into because staff mistakenly made us wait in the WRONG lane. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"
Plusy: "Getting me from point A to point B in one piece is most important, so top marks there."
Minusy: "- was told to switch gates twice for the same flight (while lugging my stuff along with me) - both flights were late - flight tracker didn't work from LAX to Vancouver - just a note: on flight from Vancouver to LAX, passenger behind us was talking 5X louder then literally anyone else on the plane. I bought headphones just to drown out his life story."
Plusy: "Roomy, professional, friendly. Very efficient. Beverages, meals and snacks were timed well, so that the long flight felt like it went much quicker. I'm not particularly picky or spoiled, so me rating the breakfast and lunch as great, may not be the same fOr others. But my meals were delicious to me. I would definitely fly Canada air again."
Minusy: "No complaints."

Minusy: "Poor room service, no TV for 10 h long flight, meals were small and not tasty, wine or beer has to be bought. Parents with little babies were sitting in all passengers area. I was hungry and tired after this flight."

Minusy: "flight was long but that is how one gets from europe to america. worst part of the trip was going thru USA customs in Toronto. They get a D- for incompetence.... but Air Canadaa had nothing to do with this...."
Minusy: "10+ hour international flight and there were no TV's and no free alcohol. There was an option to rent an ipad."
Minusy: "If you are going to make people download things in order to watch movies or tv on a nine hour flight. You shouldn't charge people that don't have the devices to use one that you have on board. Also, making your entertainment app only available to apple customers and not android seems very unfair."
Plusy: "1. Pilot kept plane informed which is great especially when there is potential turbulence."
Minusy: "1. No entertainment on the flight. Not even opportunity to see where the plane is in flight and when we will arrive. No USB charger on the flight. Very outdate plane. 2. The plane was very dirty - trash in between the seat 4. The food was the worst I ever tried on the plane 5. I was very surprised at the very disappointing service. I must say, with all the travel I do, apart from 1 young lade, the flight attendants acted like they loathed being there. It is so disappointing especially b/c I am Canadian so it is a bit embarrassing that Air Canada seems to have such terrible service. 6. The flight attendants were out of a lot of things, I heard them mention several beverages they were out of throughout the flight. I also heard them say that there will be no hot beverages while seatbelt sign is on (which it was a lot). I guess that is reasonable, however, it is the first time I have encountered that on the place. Instead they directed to passengers to come up to the back of the plane to get a hot beverage when the seatbelt sign was off. I did a few times - 1st time they said they were out of cups and to stop by later. But 2nd time had the cups. Did these cups get magically delivered midair or perhaps maybe they just needed to bring cups from the storage on the place and could have given me an option to wait while they retrieve them. 2nd time when I stopped by to try to get a hot beverage, a lady with black hair just gave me an empty cup. The whole experience with this flight was confusing - some attendants seemed not to understand fully what passengers were asking."
Plusy: "There was enough legroom, as compared to airlines like Cathy Pacific."
Minusy: "All the flight attendants seemed a bit frazzled; I felt guilty for asking for wine with lunch, and you had to either use your own device or pay $10 to access the in-flight entertainment. Even then, I could only watch TV shows on my laptop --you need an app to see movies. Very strange and felt like being in a domestic flight."
Plusy: "The cabin crew was friendly and very attentive, since they realized the passengers couldn't get any peace or comfort due to the screaming child problem."
Minusy: "Nine hour flight from Warsaw to Toronto, 7 hours of on and off ear-piercing screaming two year old child. Even though it was a daytime flight, most passengers wanted to sleep due to early morning wake up and previous connections. Even for somebody who wished to stay awake, there was nothing pleasurable about this situation. The airlines are going to have to figure out how to deal with this ever-increasing problem on long-distance flights, like a closed door quiet space for the parent and child. It was like being trapped in a torture chamber. If an adult had created that much commotion and misery on a flight, they would have been forcefully subdued and probably arrested. A few minutes of a crying baby can be excused, but this was non-stop disturbance by an unruly child and complacent parent(s)."
Plusy: "Quietness of the airplane"
Minusy: "The seat back was not comfortable for my back."
Plusy: "Once again great airline!!"
Minusy: "Food is meh at best but is reasonably price for quality"
Plusy: "Seat width was good. Crew was very pleasant."
Minusy: "Canada Air website was malfunctioning, could not check-in, pay for luggage etc. the night before. Said I had an horrible seat when I paid for preferred. 45 minutes on hold only to be told my seat was indeed preferred. Computer problems with the website, she said. Got to check in counter the recommended 3 hours early, no one there till 6 am. Then the check-in desk's computers were all malfunctioning. another 20 minute wait. Plane was small and very old. Didn't know those planes were still in the air. Not good in general for flying. the windows leaked condensation, the computer controlling the flushing of the toilets failed 45 minutes out from our destination. They did get it working just before we landed. The plane had some problem before takeoff and left late, landed late. I WILL NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. Kayak, you need to end your partnership with them."
Plusy: "Very nice crew! Kids were given a pilot's cabin tour. Good selection of food and drinks. Good on-board entertainment. On-time :)"

Plusy: "Everything was as expected which was wonderful. No stress makes flying more enjoyable for me. I appreciate the hard work that goes into making the flight safe and comfortable. Thank you."
Plusy: "Air Canada New York flight from Toronto delayed for 2.5 hours in a 1..5 hour flight. They suppose to serve drinks for about 200 passengers in a very short time, because they cut the service from 4-6 crews to only two,so they only able to serve one third of the passengers and ready to descend. Nice planning to save $$$."
Plusy: "Everyone was nice and friendly,"
Minusy: "They changed our gate 3 times, and delayed our flight an hour and a half. It was extremely irritating and time consuming."
Minusy: "The airport crew lacked professionalism & courtesy when relaying information on the flight being delayed. Bad attitude from airport crew & lack of communication with delayed flight."
