Minusy: "Timing and not providing accurate information; Phillip at Las Vegas airport was unaware of how to purchase and pay for a checkin bag via the delta app. I️ didn’t have a working card and then realized by the time I️ needed to check in that it was too late. 8 hours later I’m on a red eye flight for a guaranteed seat bc of being put on stand bye. I️ stay in Vegas for 1 night and my ankle swells the next morning and I’m unable to move my legs. Sent to the hospital and have been in Vegas since 11/20"

Plusy: "The one good thing about this unexplained ordeal (the flight was delayed for 5 hours, causing me to miss my connection) was that, after a few hours of hearing nothing (no emails or texts from Delta), I finally saw some options for different flights pop up, so I was able to book a new flight without calling India. Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."
Minusy: "They moved our gate about six times and never told us why the flight was delayed. Actually, the biggest annoyance was that Delta told us nothing. The only reason I knew about the delay and gate changes was because of Kayak! I know I am signed up to receive texts and emails from them, but I guess they forgot to notify me."

While I appreciated dinner and breakfast, it really wasn't necessary for that time of day and the length of flight. I also tried to upgrade and even though the premium economy clear was almost empty, they did not accept my bid. I would have understood if the flight was full but it wasn't. I'm not sure why they wouldn't want the extra money from me?"

Minusy: "1.Plane was late to take off. No announcement about it. Some passenger came in the last minute. 2. There were 3 young men being me. They talked extremely loud and were bursting laughing ALL THE FLIGHT, 1 hour 45 minutes. Crew didn't say anything to them. It was very annoying. 3. Unorganized boarding. 4. Announcements were not loud enough. I didn't hear anything due to the talking passengers around me."

Plusy: "Munich airport on other hand. We got to the airport several hours in advanced. Everything from getting a boarding pass to checking and weighing in your own bag was electronically. Long lines and majority of the systems were not working. After trying several machines and being directed into 3 different lines I finally was able to check my bag in. I had to leave my other family members who were flying with me as they were in another line. At the machine to check my bag in , a airport worker ran up to my bag and slammed it onto the ground as well as ripped off my luggage tags. My bag was upright on the conveyer belt instead of on its side , but how rude the airport workers are, is rediculous. After I asked why she did that she just began ordering me around to move my bag after I got my bag through the machine I asked to speak to a manager as the airport worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one would give me the time of day and the same airport working out her hand in my face saying repeatedly goodbye in German. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Trying to get through security a few travelers on a thin patience level started pushing people in line trying to by pass others it was so very chaotic workers had to go in between. Those travelers were complaining, because disabled travelers had a separate line that was faster. The worst airport experience I've ever had. Once on the plane everyone was pleasant. Crew was very helpful and always willing to assists"
Minusy: "There was a child on the plane that was screaming and crying on and off for several hours. The parents didn't do anything to keep the child calm. Before we got to Chicago eveyone had to be seatbelt s before landing and the flight attendant asked eveyone to buckle up. The mother of the baby wouldn't listen and began yelling at flight crew. I think the flight crew did a great job, the passenger and child were very disruptive making the flight at times very uncomfortable. I wouldn't suggest infants or toddlers flying for such long trips. No one wants to listen to a child screaming at the top of their lungs."

Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"

Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything."

Minusy: "There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier."

Minusy: "That my Silver Star Alliance status got me nothing with SAS, no early boarding, no ability to select a seat until 24 hours before without paying an extra cost, if you wanted a beer you had to pay, this is a no frills airline now, pay as you go."

Minusy: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Minusy: "As with most airplanes, the air was quite cold, but the SAS blanket adequately made things a bit warmer. I'm always puzzled by the fact that once business class and SAS plus passengers board that SAS Go passengers can all then board. It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."

Minusy: "Seats uncomfortable and way too small especially when people in front lean back in your space. Not enough space to put feet. Also I paid for my family of three to be grouped together on flight from Stockholm to Chicago and we were seated in separate aisles so we could not converse together at all. I feel I got cheated in that aspect."

Minusy: "I was surprised that BA charges for drinks like water. Flight from London to Warsaw is an international Flight after all. I may understand that food is not served but to pay for water is not a right thing to do. I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

We have done a lot of traveling overseas and this was one of the worse flights."

Minusy: "The aircraft was unbearably hot - crew member in rear economy member said it was 42 degrees at one point. Took almost 2 hours to get the back of the plane (where I was sitting) down to 27 degrees. Understand that temperature can only be reduced in small increments but why was the temperature on board allowed to get to 42 degrees prior to boarding?? The crew were brilliant, and hats off to them for working in such difficult conditions."

Minusy: "It was August 18. They lost my baggage. Next day on Saturday at 3 pm I had a wedding and I was a wittness.In the baggage a had a dress for me and part of dress for the wedding's couple . They found my baggage on the 3th plane on the last minut. Terrible. And I had go for it by myself because LOT didnt want to send to me the courier. The fly was also 1 hour late"

Plusy: "Sat in the upgraded seats or I would have not enjoyed it as usual. I am very tall and flying is never pleasant. The 737 on the way out was terrible and shouldn’t be used on flights more than 2-3 hours. On the way back a much more comfortable 767. But again, upgraded seats only made it bearable."
Minusy: "Their on board entertainment wasn’t working and apparently it only works intermittently. The live tv worked, but they only offer live news channels. Otherwise. Not much different than any other airline today. None are “good” any more. All about squeezing more people in smaller and smaller seats."

Plusy: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

Minusy: "I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

Also, the upgrade indicated our luggage would be a priority at baggage claim. We had connection to make for an international flight, but here I sight at baggage claim 1...waiting and waiting."

Plusy: "I appreciated the fact that I kept getting flight delay updates...."
Minusy: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

Minusy: "My flight was pushed back and I was never notified and I had to reschedule my flight completely from Vegas to Frankfurt"

Plusy: "It got me home in one piece."
Minusy: "The flight was delayed after some passengers began boarding. The boarding process was also all over the place. When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

Minusy: "Have to pay for check in bag. Used to be free!!!"

Plusy: "The Ticket agent was very helpful and friendly. The air crew and Flight Attendants were very nice and helpful. The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Minusy: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

Minusy: "Paying for extra legroom, delays, being told the flight may be canceled if we didn't leave by a certain time, no beverage service"

Plusy: "Treated very bad and rudely by the staff crew with disrespect and yelling around. Have to manners and respect for passengers. Do not want to mention names. Even the ground staff have no control over the hand carry on luggage, just allowing everyone on board and ended up with horrifying situation which caused the delays in take off, disrespect between the black and white AA staff. No respect for each other. My worst experience in history flying with AA."

Plusy: "Our flight was delayed overnight in Las Vegas, which was hassle but unavoidable due to weather and pilot flight hours restrictions. But the ground crew and American Airlines worked very hard to compensate all the passengers: gave us each a voucher for hotel, 2 meals, round trip shuttle ride for hotel and airport. Good work to make up for a bad situation."

Minusy: "I hated that my flight got delayed for over an hour and I was not informed of this delay. I had people waiting at the airport to pick me up so it would've been beneficial for me to know of the delay."

Minusy: "boarding is awful. People having to practically crawl over each other. Some trying to get into their seat, some have to go further, clogs if people trying to get their carry on overhead. AWFUL! WHY CANT YOU LOAD THE PLANE BACK TO FRONT!"

Minusy: "Once again my flight was delayed, this time 50 minutes!! . Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

Minusy: "No media device on the plane to provide entertainment and the seats are uncomfortable and tiny. My wife is 5'4" &120 lbs and found her seat uncomfortable...we were also sitting in comfort seats. It is 2016, please stop the madness of having coast to coast flights with no entertainment available."
