Plusy: The crew that flew us there was great
Minusy: they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person.
It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment.
It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason.

An unreliable and uncommunicative Account
Plusy: Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop.
Minusy: LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”
Minusy: Low cost, no frills, but on time. It's what we want and they delivered that today.
Plusy: Very pleasant and professional crew.
Plusy: Good entertainment on board and the crew was fairly attentive, but not as attentive as on other airlines.
Minusy: Food was not great, but at least it was edible. Thought the crew could have also asked about refills more often.

Plusy: When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes.
All of this was quite a mess and took a long time.

Minusy: The email we received with our reservation it included a personal belonging and carry on, however at the counter they said in their system it was not registered like that and even though we showed them the confirmation email, they charged us for the carry on.
Plusy: Didn’t have to pay for our carry on bags where we did have to pay ridiculous 38$ us for one of our carry on because it was slightly too big
Minusy: Scolded by check in agent for being late, when there was well enough time to make it if plane was on time. It was actually 30 min late, so it was totally unnecessary. Forced to check our bags but they did make the transfer and picked up fast at Cusco.

Plusy: On my way back I asked for water as the cabin was hot .. and I was told to go back to my seat and buckle up.

Plusy: Business Class, seat 1L. Comfortable flight. Arrived well rested.

Minusy: The boarding in Rio de Janeiro was great, the land crew was very helpful. In Lima it was below par, the crew was not helpful at all, and no warnings or communications to when to board. Had to wait an hour inside the plane for some sort of maintenance.

Minusy: I traveled with LATAM from USA to Lima however from Lim to Cusco was terrible. I was told st check in that there were no more seats left on the flight. I was told it’s legal for them to sell more tickets than seats and there is nothing they could do but place me in the next available in flight ~4hrs

Minusy: The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much.
