Minusy: The aircraft was old. The screen quality was terrible. It would not stay up and would fall and hit my knee. Most airlines provide a menu so you know what services will take place and when. This aircraft had none of that.
Minusy: U guys confirmed the ticket but when I went to the airport the flight was already cancelled

Minusy: The check in at Mumbai airport poor. Woman not friendly or attentive. Not professional. She wanted to play on her phone instead. Overcharged for excess luggage. Ticket did not show correct terminal! Put it! My suitcase was damaged on arrival and no staff on arrival to handle matter.

Minusy: The flight felt a bit cramped. I was not happy about the lack of onboard entertainment. I did not want to use my device to stream for several hours as it would consume a lot of battery power.

It’s a long high flight, and thus very cold. The blanket was much thinner than SLC—> AMS

Plusy: I love the crew. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible, even though, I'm sure, they have other things to worry about.
Minusy: New aircrafts please. So I can charge my tablet or mobile and keep myself entertained. And since we are on entertainment, I think it is time for a review of your selection.

Plusy: Day before departure I booked my seat through jet airways webcheck in & when I enter to the flight the changed my seat & when I spoke to the crew members they said we can’t do anything so my experience was very bad even though seats were so congested I was very uncomfortable through out the whole journey
