Minusy: More leg room would have been nice. I'm 6' which usually isn't a problem, but I didn't really fit in these seats. Everything else was good, so not a big deal for a short flight.
Plusy: We got there.
Minusy: Plane is old. Seats are very close together. I’m 5’6 and my knees hit.

Minusy: We did not receive an email for online check in so had to pay extra at the airport.
Dont sit at the back next to a jet engine
Plusy: On time, clean, a free coffee and pack of cheese snack. Price OK but it did land at 2am.
Minusy: As i didn’t book a reserved seat i was allocated the very rear seat, even though the flight was half empty. No windo and adjacent to the jet engine. Very very noisy and vibrating, deafening even with headphones, dont sit at the back next to a jet engine. Those at the front had a quiet flight.
Surprisingly Good
Plusy: Price. The plane was in good condition. The check-in was fast.
Minusy: Nothing, considering it is a budget airline
Minusy: No one from Andes let us know that the flight was 4 hours delayed (scheduled for 8:45pm) and the airline employees were rude. They ended up giving us dinner vouchers but we couldn’t use them until after 12am, which was past the time that we were supposed to have landed in Buenos Aires. Andes is the worst airline ever.
Double charged for same flight
Plusy: Booked through Kayak and was double charged for the same flight. When I asked Kayak to help they sent me to the airline to disput the case. The airline says its kayak who has to deal with it. Bottom line you might get a great deal but if things go wrong kayak will not help you. I’ll meve use them again.

Lost bag and incorrect tickets

Minusy: Our bag has gone missing so now we have no clothing and toiletries. We were never sent etickets. When we went on the airline's website to check in we only got tickets for half of our journey. At the airport we were issued new tickets which were also only for half a journey so we had to queue again to get new tickets.
Delays with no information
Plusy: Nothing
Minusy: Firstly, upon arriving at the airport we were told we had to pay 200 pesos each for not checking in online, despite having no prior warning of this. The check in process was extremely long and slow - at least a hundred passengers were still queuing 30 mins before we scheduled to depart. We were then 2.5 hours delayed with no explanation given. Staff continually told us false information about boarding time, and when we were finally able to board, the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. The plane was also incredibly old and uncomfortable.
Plusy: Staff were fantastic!
Minusy: There was an issue with the online check-in system which caused some people delays.
Plusy: I thought the crew were fantastic. And I was very appreciative of the fact that we were given food for such a quick flight.
Minusy: There was an issue with the online check-in. I had to buy a seat when I went to the online check-in as there were no free seats available. Which is rubbish in the first place as opting to buy a seat is fine but being forced to with no other option is not at all what I paid for. As it happens I decided to go through with payment anyhow as it seemed like the easiest way to get through the process only to be given the option of visa or American express only and I only have a mastercard. 'Fine' I thought, I'll pay at the airport. I arrived early to do so only to find out that I couldn't pay and therefore could not check-in. Myself and a number of other passengers had the same issue. I was very lucky as I was a solo traveller and there was one seat available on the flight but I think everyone else had to wait several hours for what was essentially a computing issue. The staff were amazing during this process, I have no qualm with the service of people whatsoever but the technology seems a little unreliable.
Difficult check-in
Plusy: The flight was ok to good: on time, snack provided, etc.
Minusy: We couldn't check in online because we had to pay a charge for checking a suitcase, they only took Amex or Visa as payment (my cards are all MC), and the payment information required an extra date that I couldn't figure out. AND they charge $120 pesos extra per person for checking in at the airport! We didnt have assigned seats, so went to the airport early to check in. We actually were given seats in an exit row after much discussion between the airline rep and the boss... I assume because the plane was full and those are more expensive seats. We ended up having to pay $800 pesos each to check in and to check a small carry-on size bag.
Well done!
Plusy: Friendly crew. Enough room for legs. Like lining up for boarding by getting in line.
Minusy: All carb snack. Lack of announcement for boarding in English.
Afraid of a little rain
Plusy: Our plane sat on the tarmac in the rain when we should have been boarding. They waited an hour for a jetway to open up so we wouldn’t get wet. Of course missed connections ensued.
Minusy: Get some umbrellas. It rains in the jungle.
Minusy: Chaotic check in and doesn't get much support from other ground crews
Plusy: Great staff, clean plane, nice snack
Minusy: Boarding was a mess. Need a more structured boarding process.
Minusy: Get some air conditioning! We sat on the tarmac for 40min roasting in 35degree weather.
Retrasos injustificados
Plusy: Nada. Nos Mataró. De calor, sin AC. SE RETRASARON 2,5 hs!!
Minusy: Siempre hay retrasos. 2,5 hs de demora para un vuelo de 45 min. ninguna explicacion ni disculpas.
Stupid airline
Plusy: Flight attendants were friendly.
Minusy: Flights were delayed with zero information; no clarity on where to board; everything was super slow; plane was dirty
5 hour delay with little information
Plusy: Not much
Minusy: We were due to leave at 1pm but instead we’re delayed until 6.30pm. There was very poor information provided as to the nature of the delay and how long before the flight would leave.
Plusy: The flight was on time.
Minusy: The plane was a little shabby. The seat very uncomfortable.

Minusy: Flight was two hours late, snacks terrible, plane extremely old, air con up too high was freezing

Minusy: 1) Arrived 1.5 hours before local flight. Check in took so long and was so disorganized that we got to the gate at exactly departure time.
2) The we didn't depart for an hour.
3) the plane was dirty: stained seats and spills.
Minusy: Super crowded and disorganized boarding. Took off late due to disorganized boarding process.
Late and confused
Minusy: Iguazu was pure chaos trying to board the plane. We were given hand written tickets with none for our connection to salta and where told we had to get our tickets to salta once we were in Buenos Aires. The flighty ended up leaving almost an hour late.
Rushed with no bags
Minusy: We arrived in Buenos Aires an hour late. We had to run down to the ticket counter to get the tickets for the connecting flight. We were once again assured our bags were checked through. We then had to run up the boarding area and cut everyone in line at security to make it in time. Once we made it to salta our bags did not. Fortunately they did on a later flight but still a big inconvienece.
Good flight, terrible check in process
Plusy: Got upgraded to an exit row because my legs were too long for the last row in the plane. Free snack on board. Friendly flight attendants.
Minusy: I was in like for almost 2 hours to check in. The flight was late. Cyber cost to check a bag in is too expensive.

Minusy: The communication from the staff at check-in was sub-par. The flight was delayed and, again, communication almost non-existent. This is the first time I've seen a plane's cabin covered in old gum. The floor, seats, food trays, all had gum on them. The plane itself seemed old and troublesome at times regarding the safety and durability.

Minusy: Nikt z Andes nie informuje nas, że lot był opóźniony o 4 godziny (zaplanowany na 8:45), a pracownicy linii lotniczych byli rude. Kończyli nam bony na kolacje, ale nie mogliśmy ich używać do 12:00, co przeszło czas, w którym mamy wylądować w Buenos Aires. Andes jest najgorszą linią lotniczą kiedykolwiek.
Opłata za ten sam lot została naliczona dwukrotnie
Plusy: Zarezerwowano za pośrednictwem Kayak i za ten sam lot naliczono podwójne opłaty. Kiedy poprosiłem Kayaka o pomoc, aby posłali mnie do linii lotniczych, aby odrzucił sprawę. Linia lotnicza mówi, kto musi się z nią poradzić. W dolnej części możesz znaleźć się bardzo dużo, ale jeśli coś pójdzie źle, kajakak nie pomoże Ci. Ponownie użyję ich.
Plusy: Witam problem. Jeden z moich pasażerów nigdy nie grypie, Gdy wydajemy paszport. Firma .Andes wydaje pieniądze na kajack, więc może zwrócić pieniądze na moją kartę kredytową ..także lot do iguazu był strasznym problemem pogodowym

Minusy: Brakuje naszej torby, więc nie mamy odzieży ani przyborów toaletowych. Nigdy nie wysłaliśmy do nas wiadomości e-tickets. Gdy udaliśmy się na stronę internetową linii lotniczych, aby zameldować się w naszym serwisie, dostaliśmy bilety tylko na połowę naszej podróży. Na lotnisku wydaliśmy nowe bilety, które również były tylko przez pół podróży, więc musieliśmy ponownie przesiąść się w kolejkę, aby otrzymać nowe bilety.
Plusy: Personel był fantastyczny!
Minusy: Wystąpił problem z systemem odprawy online, który spowodował opóźnienia niektórych osób.

Bój się małego deszczu
Plusy: Nasz samolot usiadł na asfalcie w deszczu, kiedy powinniśmy wejść na pokład. Czekali oni na godzinę, aż jetway otworzy się, więc nie będziemy w stanie się mokry. Oczywiście brakowało połączeń.
Minusy: Weź parasole. Pada w dżungli.
Minusy: Chaotyczna odprawa i brak wsparcia ze strony innych drużyn naziemnych

Minusy: pokład był bałagan. trzeba bardziej strukturalnego kartę pokładową.
