staff were helpfull and friendly,the cost of drinks during happy hour from 5pm to 9pm were cheaper than outside bars and overall the hotel was good

Convienient , good location and excellent views from windows . Efficient staff .Excellent breakfast for all tastes . Lifts efficient ,no waiting .Underground shopping mall attatched for quick shopping very convienient .

I was working at the Suntec Convention Centre,so location was primary.Hotel is next to the centre,hence very good.

Breakfast was overpriced,and not to my taste

We arrive at 6 30 am,after a night flight ,many hours before the official check in time , the receptionist gave us immediatly a temporary room so we could change and take a shower, until our room get ready.

We stayed in the club room on top floor, it was lovely - had all the facilities we'd expect as well as an amazing view of marina bay incl the new marina bay sands hotel. Enjoyed the cocktail and canape hour too and private dining for breakfast. Would def stay here again.

Probably couldn't afford to stay here for too long, as its quite expensive, but worth it for one night of luxury.

An amazing 5 star hotel with attentive staff always willing to help. A fab chocolate sweet feast on fridays and saturdays not to be missed.

Although the pool unavailable they had ensured that the pan pacific pool could be used.
