Overall is excellent experience for staying at pan pacific

The ambiance is nice and the service is splendid

Swimming pool. Should design to cater for children

I stayed at 1326 and with the view of city lights. Lovely at night and in the morning, view of the pool.

The bar is not as good as others that I have experience, no change for last few years. Below standard of Pan Pac

The staff were curteous and very helpful. They were particularly helpful when we needed information on locations and phone numbers. We did not have to look for the information ourself. It's location is also perfect for those attending conventions at suntec. Great shopping options within the area without having to go to orchard.

There was one day where there was a 'sewer' smell that seemed to pervade the building. I'm not quite sure what the reason behind this was.

Everything, it is a very nice hotel!

Clean and comfortable. 20 minutes from the Airport. Step out the door of the Hotel into the Mall. Nice place.

The fridge only had water and gatorade, no soft drinks, beer or snacks. Go to 7-11 in the Mall, half the price too. Music until about midnight can be heard. We were on the 11th floor.
