Not charging the agreed price
Minusy: I have ordered a car on Kayak, when I got to the airport I was told the car is not available. I was then taken to the dealership of Debrecen, and was offered another car which was available. I asked for the price for 24 hours of rent, and was told "well we're not sure.. around 80 usd..." I now saw in my bank accound over 250 usd charge by this company. No invoice was ever sent to me niether (although I was promised to receive one). Simply amatures. Do not rent from this company. Nadav

No cobrar el precio acordado
Minusy: He pedido un coche en Kayak, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que el coche no está disponible. Luego me llevaron al concesionario de Debrecen, y me ofrecieron otro coche que estaba disponible. Pregunté por el precio de 24 horas de alquiler, y me dijeron "bueno, no estamos seguros... alrededor de 80 usd..." ahora vi en mi banco acculado más de 250 usd de cargo por esta empresa. Nunca me enviaron factura alguna (aunque me prometieron recibir una). Simplemente amaturas. No alquiles a esta compañía. Nadav
