Plusy: This hotel is great! All the commodities are there, and are good. They offer complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits all day long, which is very thoughtful. The bar has a great selection of local and international drinks, and the staff is really nice and helpful. Specially Ester, the bartender, she was great company and she gave us great tips to explore the area.
Minusy: The only b-mol is the location. It is a bit far from the centre of Setubal, but like that it is good for relax and has all transport options at the door.

Plusy: Quinta has cloister-alike property of not revealing what's inside until you get through the narrow entry door into a courtyard. I like secrets and Quinta is like a narrative sequence of hidden things.
Minusy: Lack of movement of air/ventilation of the mezzanine. An openable skylight or at least a gravity shaft there wouldn't be bad. Sleeping in ventilated spaces is just more comfortable.

Plusy: Very nice view from the room and delicious, abundant breakfast!
Minusy: The air ventillation system of the room can only cool or heat depending on the season. So you cannot heat with it on a cold autumnal evening if the system is on "summer mode". However the staff willingly offered extra blankets when I mentioned that it is a bit cold in the room.

Plusy: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, cicha uliczka, piękna kamienica. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, hotel ma windę (co nie jest takie oczywiste w starych budynkach w Portugalii), można zaparkować pod hotelem. Nawet jeśli nie ma miejsca obsługa pomoże znaleść w pobliżu.

Minusy: The neighborhood is busy and seems s little sketchy - perhaps the area is gentrifying? Parking close enough to the hotel to drop our luggage was difficult.

Okno z widokiem na ścianę ( tzw, studnia ), po otwarciu okna , zapachy z zaplecza Mc Donald. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna, nie ma szans aby przy niej zasnąć. Poduszki w tragicznym stanie. To na pewno nie jest 4 gwiazdkowy hotel

Plusy: Excellent location. On main road but no noise inside hotel. Immediately behind the hotel are loads of tiny cobbled streets lined with quality shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Large, comfortable, centrally heated room, great shower. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with lovely views over the bay. Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. Lovely, friendly atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. We were there for 10 days and would not hesitate to return.

Minusy: No pool. Aircon set to 18c and could not be changed which meant the room was far too hot. The pillows could have been replaced with lumpy custard they were so poor. Cafe outside front of hotel has outdoor karaoke on Friday and Saturday night until past 2am so no sleep if your room is on that side. Would not stay here again.

Minusy: The room was extremely small lots off noises from the other guests. Doors banging at strange hours on the middle of the night and earlie morning. The dinner area sofas was extremely dirty that I could even bring myself to seat there. Strange looking guests that are very intimidating. The room cleaners are very basic. We slept on the same bed without changing for 4 days. Toilet was not clean. At all just towel change. Honestly I would never stay at this hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.... this hotel is ONLY FOR TRUCK DRIVERS NOT FOR AVERAGE PEOPLE.. THIS ONLY IS 100% 1 STAR HOTEL

Dziwne połączenie:-) pomimo wyższej żeby nadal Po jednym raczej małym ręczniku na osobę. Plusy: Hotel jest oddalony od dworca kolejowego 7 min pieszo, łatwo go znaleźć. Hotel nie jest nowy, jednak pobyt w nim jest bardzo komfortowy. W hotelu jest winda. Obsługa jest miła i pomocna. Pokój jest duży, łóżko wyjątkowo wygodne. W łazience komfort podnosi duże lustro i wanna. W pokoju jest bardzo duża szafa na ubrania oraz mała lodówka i klimatyzacja, dzięki czemu nawet w upał pobyt jest udany. Śniadania w formie bufetu obejmują podstawowe dania.

Minusy: Lejący się prysznic, słaba zasłonka z ceraty. Hotel odświeżany, wszędzie "baranek" i gruba warstwa tynku na ścianach. Meble jak z naszego "PRL". Słabe śniadania. Mały wybór w porównaniu z innymi hotelami z tyloma gwiazdkami. Aczkolwiek wszystko co było dostępne było świeże.

Recepcja poleciła nam restaurację MIaMi ok 10 min. na piechotę od hotelu - grilowane ryby były pyszne i tanie.

Minusy: Location is in an industrial area. Cannot call it "Lisbon South" if it's in Setubal. We are used to French Campanile standards which are pretty different to this hotel. The private parking has no gate/barrier anyone can get in.

Minusy: Location distant from a city center. It’s a motel rather than a hotel. Some picture promoting this hotel shows a swimming pool, but it’s just not there. Knowing other hotels of this brand I was expecting higher standard.

Plusy: The location was great: 10 minutes from the city center, 10 minutes from the train station. The room was spacious and I found it clean. It has a very nice rooftop and the showers are also cool even if quite smalls. I had never been to a hostel and was pleasantly satisfied.
Minusy: The wi-fi seems unstable and I didn't appreciate the fact that the hostel wasn't presented to us. We were given the key, the room and that's it. We had to explore it ourselves without knowing what to expect.

Plusy: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, cicha uliczka, piękna kamienica. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, hotel ma windę (co nie jest takie oczywiste w starych budynkach w Portugalii), można zaparkować pod hotelem. Nawet jeśli nie ma miejsca obsługa pomoże znaleść w pobliżu.

Plusy: Pretty building, spotless rooms, better breakfast than many places.
Minusy: The neighborhood is busy and seems s little sketchy - perhaps the area is gentrifying? Parking close enough to the hotel to drop our luggage was difficult.

Minusy: There were lots of choices on the buffet but all of the items in the "hot" dish were cold! Otherwise it was fine.

Plusy: This hotel is great! All the commodities are there, and are good. They offer complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits all day long, which is very thoughtful. The bar has a great selection of local and international drinks, and the staff is really nice and helpful. Specially Ester, the bartender, she was great company and she gave us great tips to explore the area.
Minusy: The only b-mol is the location. It is a bit far from the centre of Setubal, but like that it is good for relax and has all transport options at the door.

Plusy: Very nice view from the room and delicious, abundant breakfast!
Minusy: The air ventillation system of the room can only cool or heat depending on the season. So you cannot heat with it on a cold autumnal evening if the system is on "summer mode". However the staff willingly offered extra blankets when I mentioned that it is a bit cold in the room.
