Plusy: The food was good at the resort, full breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the garden was very beautiful. And large beautiful pools.
Minusy: Too bad the room smelled of sewerage. And the double bed are two unloading beds.There were also wheels under the beds that caused the beds to slide apart. The bedding is not changed once in 9 nights! Bad for 5 stars!

Plusy: Amazing position with fantastic views from everywhere. The bedrooms at the front look straight out to the open sea - a lovely start to the day. Breakfast was fantastic with loads a of choice. Room had great bathroom too.

Minusy: We had a bathroom that will be updated in the refurbishment due very soon. We weren't keen on the shower over the bath, but I believe all the bathrooms with this layout will be changed to a walk in shower.

Plusy: We only had bed and breakfast excellent choices only complaint water tasted funny for my tea not saying hotels fault maybe my taste! The lifts played up a couple of times we got in and the alarm went one got out still didn't work but he ho not a problem plenty others to use.

Plusy: It was a lovely Boutique hotel right by the Church. The double bed was ginormous and super, super comfy. Breakfast was good - a great array of hot and cold foods.

Plusy: the breakfast was magnificent as usual.. I recommend the "complete omelette".. Beware of the sea gulls! They are watching your every move from a far and are quick to come swooping down if you leave your breakfast unattended on the restaurant terrace (from which the view is splendid by the way). And that rooftop... ;-)
Minusy: Nothing.. which is why I was staying there for the n-th time .. It has a certain coziness to it .

Plusy: The Benidorm Six are three retired couples who have just spent four nights at this excellent hotel. It is called a Gastrohotel and it certainly is. The food was outstanding and the restaurant staff could not do enough for us. Similarly, the reception staff were friendly, efficient and ensured all our needs were met (extra pillows, etc). The location of the RH Canfali Hotel was probably the best in Benidorm, situated next to the Balcon de Mediterraneo and offering views of both the new and old towns as well as magnificent sea views. A big thank you, from us all to everyone who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable- we will be back.
Minusy: The only thing that I would like to see addressed is the matter of a “dressing table” in Room 004. Us ladies do like a mirror, with good lighting, and somewhere to sit whilst applying make up, putting on jewellery,etc. and this fabulous room - with a balcony to die for - didn’t have that facility yet other rooms did, I believe.

Plusy: Breakfast was fantastic, all staff were amazing and location was perfect! From start to finish I couldn't ask for anything more from this hotel. I would highly recommend it! We had a balcony over looking Levante beach and the restaurant had a terrace over looking sea. The food was fabulous, breakfast and evening meal. Will definitely return.

Minusy: Booked two rooms in may requested them together as I am deaf. Allocated One on level 2 one on level 4. Told we could move on Xmas day !!!! Grandson has nut allergy. Told the waitress twice. Desert served with nut ice cream. Sent back n the same sponge came back with the ice cream just removed. It had melted ice cream on it. Nightmare !!!

Plusy: Everything about this hotel was spot on for me and my wife, we had a sea view room with balcony it was perfect as were all the staff and the food nothing was a problem and the little lady coming round with cake and little dream poem made it for us, we will definitely be returning and staying for longer next time

Plusy: The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. The DJ downstairs was absolutely brilliant (black hair, ring through nose). We only saw the Gorilla duo on Thursday night and the Magician on Tuesday night. Both were very good. The food was second to none, as were the restaurant staff.

Minusy: Hotel lounge space little lacking, but not a complaint as such, don't want to nit pick. However, only real negative is the entertainment area totally lacking in appropriate ambience. Been to this hotel several times, and each time one short visit to this area was enough.

Plusy: very friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much for them, breakfast lunch & dinner excellent and tapas laid on all day. Great range of beers and wines, brilliant location opposite beach and secure car park. Will definitely visit again.
Minusy: Only problem was no cold water in shower so too hot to have one, tap was broken surprised house keeping didn't pick up on it

Plusy: Stayed at the hotel in November 2019. Very clean hotel, nice bathroom with a lovely walk in shower, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Hotel staff were great, from reception staff, bar staff, catering and restaurant staff and of course the hard working cleaning ladies. Great location only 5 mins walk into the old town and across the road from the beach. Would we stay there again, YES, without any doubt at all. A great hotel in a great location.

Plusy: Plaża dosłownie tuż przy hotelu. Skromne, choć ciekawe śniadanie w postaci serwowanego szwedzkiego stołu z pyszną kawą. Pokój bez szału, ale olbrzymia, nowoczesna łazienka z udogodnieniami. Fajny pokój i taras na poddaszu. Łatwo trafić, choć od przystanku tramwajowego jakieś 2km. Coś tam budowali jak byłem - wyglądało na parking podziemny.

Minusy: Jedzenie okropne , bardzo mały wybór podczas śniadań , byliśmy na kolacji walentynkowej niestety ani przystawka ani danie główne ani deser nie było zjadliwe. Szukaliśmy hotelu z basenem , okazalo się ze basen znajduje się jedynie na zewnątrz - byliśmy w hotelu w lutym wiec nie dało się z niego skorzystać. Postanowiliśmy udać się do hotelowego spa (poza odpłatnymi masażami w spa było tylko jacuzzi i sauna sucha) jednak za sam wstęp do strefy spa musieli byśmy zapłacić 40€ , dodam ze za jedna noc w hotelu zapłaciliśmy już spora sumę a booking wyświetlił hotel jako obiekt z basenem na czym najbardziej na zależało bo byliśmy w hotelu przejazdem tylko jedna noc! Ogromne rozczarowanie !

Plusy: Plaża dosłownie tuż przy hotelu. Skromne, choć ciekawe śniadanie w postaci serwowanego szwedzkiego stołu z pyszną kawą. Pokój bez szału, ale olbrzymia, nowoczesna łazienka z udogodnieniami. Fajny pokój i taras na poddaszu. Łatwo trafić, choć od przystanku tramwajowego jakieś 2km. Coś tam budowali jak byłem - wyglądało na parking podziemny.
Minusy: Drzwiczki od windy otwierały się powoli, a do tego głos lektora informujący o tym...

Minusy: Hotel was very basic and rooms were a bit dated but that said it was clean. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. The hotel reception area had a bit of a smell about it which was slightly off putting

Plusy: Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. Views from the level 20/roof bar were fantastic. the hotel was close to the old town but also close to the busier parts and sea front.

Plusy: The hotel is close to the beach, nice and clean. Staff are friendly but don’t really know how to deal with complaints.
Minusy: Having reported a minor issue with our room, maintenance came and dealt with it while we were out. The next morning my husband went to his bag to find his clothes had been taken out and that his 200ml bottle of Hugo Boss aftershave was missing!! Reported to reception and they didn’t really do anything, only said they would report and contact me. I’m still waiting. Shame really as it is a lovely hotel.

Minusy: Wybierając hotel miałem na uwadze duże łóżko dla pary. Tak też wybrałem ofertę na bookingu. Jednak po zapłaceniu okazało się, że dostałem pokój z dwoma łóżkami. Na miejscu personel wmawiał mi, że tak musi być. Co mnie zupełnie nie przekonało. Jeśli hotel nie ma pokoi z dużym łóżkiem dwuosobowym, to niech nie udostępnia oferty o takich parametrach. Na szczęście drugiego dnia, dostaliśmy taki pokój jak chcieliśmy.

Plusy: Ogólnie hotel czysty, z wygodami , w dobrym położeniu. Mimo braku parkingu hotelowego można znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce przy ulicy. W hotelu odbywają się wieczorne występy artystyczne. Mimo że hotel nie jest przy samej plaży to jest do niej bardzo blisko .
Minusy: Śniadanie przeciętne. Brak warzyw. Trudny kontakt telefoniczny. Po rezerwacji dodzwoniłam się za trzecim razem.

W cenie promocyjnej dostaliśmy pokój Superior (o wiele większy od sąsiednich, z kanapą i sporą łazienką), co na pewno pozytywnie wpłynęło na odbiór obiektu. Śniadanie w porządku - standard.
Minusy: Problem mieliśmy z parkingiem - recepcjonistka nie była w stanie wskazać miejsc w okolicy, jednak sami znaleźliśmy wiele darmowych miejsc w okolicy pobliskiego parku.
