Plusy: I liked our spacious room - the Ottoman suite. The location of the hotel was perfect, very convenient to go anywhere on foot. One of the receptionists, I didn’t catch his name, was very warm and friendly yet professional person and helped us kindly and patiently with all our requests (we had quite many).

Minusy: I didn’t like the breakfast, it was poor. Filter coffee was included, every other type of coffee was for extra charge. The pool was small and the water was highly chlorinated (we only went in once, didn’t want to go anymore). I wouldn’t recommend to a friend the travel agency the hotel works together with (the name was Lazy Duck or something similar). The quality of their service is low (not the fault of the hotel, of course), but to be fair, the price is low too.

Plusy: Stayed in the Ottoman suite - authentic turkish furniture and design, Jacuzzi, air-conditioning, comfortable beds, sound-proofing windows, great service, quiet and calm (no kids under 11 allowed), no noisy neighbours, amazing location at the heart of the old city of Antalya. The hotel turned out to be much better than I expected, the photos simply don't do justice to this hotel.

Minusy: Had to cover the bright light from the minibar with pillows and towels at night. Other than that - all was much better than expected.

Plusy: I like the fact that our room is extremely spacious. We book the Anatolian Suite and it was definitely more than we expected. The Space is huge, the cleanliness is great and the facilities are all within the working conditions ( like jacuzzi and rain shower head ). We really love the spaciousness of this place and the wood decorations that makes it look very unique. Also, the location is close to a mini-mart that sells daily supplies which was really helpful in our stay as we needed a few daily necessities to stock up and its quite cheap . Also, we love the quiet atmosphere especially during breakfast even though the spread is quite limited. The Hotel staff is especially friendly and during our airport shuttle service back to airport, he even prepared for us a small breakfast as part of their extra mile service. Thank you for the great services during our stay :)

Minusy: Every morning around 9 o'clock I was woken up by a lady who came to check something in the room - I never found out what. It was not the cleaning yet since she came later. Then a third person came to check the minibar. All these interruptions were not nice since I was having a holiday and wanted to sleep late.

Minusy: they billed us for mini bar items which we did not use even after we complained they did not listen and they insisted on chrging us we think their employees on the floor housekeeping for example used these item(we do not have childern) and we had tp pay.

Plusy: Hotel was too good and fairly priced. Rooms are very clean and have all the necessary amenities. I have got the sea view room. Hotel was awesome waterpark and good swimming pool. Location is very claose to city centre and all public transport available near the hotel for roaming around the city cheaply.

Minusy: Hotel staff is very good but in one or two instances, need to be bit more courteous with guests. Make sure you have ample time before you enroll for a sight seeing trips with the hotel. I have enrolled for a rafting trip with the hotel and the hotel have promised that I will be back by a specific time. I need to catch the flight to Istanbul. But the sightseeing service provider was really bad, I nearly missed my flight. I spent extra money and took stress. Really bad experience in that sense

Plusy: Good service, no need to carry your towel, well maintained facility, perfect breakfast, many good activities (spa, massage, sauna, diving, luxury club and dining, rocky swimming area, big waterpark, inner and outer swimming pool)panaromic view, easy accessible location, helpful staff, discount offers for diner, cheaper beverages compared to other 5-star hotels.

Plusy: We were on our honeymoon, so the hotel arranged breakfast in our room for one day and A La Carte for an evening meal. Being inclusive, it was easy getting food and something to drink whenever we wanted. There was always something to do, and we enjoyed watching the evening show at Wet'n'Wild.

Minusy: We stayed in the River Suites, which is separate from the main hotel as well as being separated by being on the other side of the road. When booking we were under the impression that the separate building was on the same grounds of the main building.

Plusy: Everything was just great. Staff was very helpful. Lot of activities to do. We had 2 nights and didnt leave the resort for a single minute. Early check in was smooth. Our flight was in the evening so they allowed us to use every facility even after the checkout.

Plusy: I had a wonderful stay at Akra V hotel. Very modern design. Comfortable bed. Soundproof windows. Even though it was facing a busy road with heavy traffic, it was still very quite in the room. The only disappointment was choppy wifi. When it worked it was good but it was cutting off a lot. Othetwise, everything was great. The floors were not squeaky clean when I checked in but the houskeeping took care of that the next day upon my request. They also provide a pillow menu where you can choose what type of pillows you would like to request. Which I thought was very unique because I had never seen it before.

Plusy: I enjoyed the Akra V as it was away from the main hotel Akra which was over the road and where you went for food, pools, entertainment this hotel Akra was 5 star and the food was very very good, which I got for a small extra price on a pay when you eat deal, which was great all the staff was fantastic friendly in both hotels plenty to do if you wished the only thing was the pools only 22° abit chilli, I liked the fact you got 10tl if you didn't want your room cleaned every day and could spend on stuff from mini bar. I would definitely go back to the Akra V for my next trip to Turkey great hotel if you don't mind the walk over the footbridge to Akra for your food and entertainment.

Minusy: The fairy elephant in the room above us at 7am & 11pm not the hotel fault but a sign saying be mindful of other guests might be useful!

Plusy: Very comfortable and modern hotel, with private parking and good WiFi. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Yedigul at the reception desk, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to walk into the old town in about 20 minutes or so.

Minusy: Definitely a overrated hotel, bathroom is crammed, toilet seat too high, elevators gloomy, small & sometimes they don’t move, tiny reception, breakfast items finish much before 10:30 am. At 9:00 am no one was at gym, so I turned on the lights, AC & TV but half of equipment was not working.

Plusy: The location was perfect and the view was spectacular however, I would like to thank Cesar for his quick service and help that he offered us.

Minusy: We didn't like is the restaurant's is far away from the hotel and a the noise of the cars outside.

Plusy: A Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of the old town and set across several buildings, all packed full of charm and style. We had a great private balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool itself whilst relatively small was fantastic and the adjoining garden bar area was stylish and relaxing. The Hotel staff were always helpful, courteous and friendly as is the norm for Turkey. We had a superb meal in the hotel restaurant with exceptional service. Breakfast was amazing and we loved siting in the walkway between the buildings with life passing us by as we savored our food. Would highly recommend this great value charming hotel.

Minusy: Unless you know Antalya, the hotel is hard to reach by car.

Plusy: It’s a house like hotel with an absolutely stunning location - the city centre as well as the Marina area are within 5 minutes walk. The staff are very polite and courteous and they provide excellent suggestions on where and how to go. The breakfast is good and the entire ambience is very serene. The Seraser which is a very popular restaurant is an added bonus

Minusy: It was not 5 star hotel, rooms cleanliness was not good, they just change the towels and sheets they did not clean the floor. Room was so cold I told them so many times but they did not fix it. Foods was so bad and every day was same food with a little bit change. We ate most the time out of the hotel.

Plusy: Location is quite very good, however there is a coast road in between beach and hotel. WE have booked the hotel with all inclusive option. and we love the service, the food. WE recommend to other visitors.

Minusy: Room bathroom has leakage from WC, provided safe at the room was not working. During first day the adjacent room guest parks his stroller front of my suite door blocking movement in and out of the room. Second day of my stay it was raining after we went for breakfast for an hour we found master bed room completely flooded by rain water. Lazy staff , as I raised my complaints and no action or reply was given. I requested invoice for the payment I paid, reception refused to provide it and asked me to get it from booking site.!

Plusy: It was a great experience .Hotel was clean ,foods were delicious, staffs were really polite. If I ever go back to Antalya for sure I am gonna choose Porto Bello again.

Plusy: It's great resort, the beach is very close to the hotel, serving different types of food and beverages. An entertainment team takes care of the guests during the show, there is a beautiful spa, indooer pool, billiards table. There is a rich bar in the lobby that works continuously until midnight. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Many thanks to the all amazing staff and to the guest relations manager who always made sure that we are enjoyed and satisfied.

Minusy: BRAK DYSKOTEKI - w ciągu 12 dni była raz impreza od 21:30 do 23:00 i pomimo protestów uczestników wszyscy musieli opuścić salę dyskotekową. Proponowana jest opcja 100 lirów od osoby - koszt przejazdu i wyjazd po 24:00 do dyskoteki oddalonej około 40 km. Powrót o 3:00 rano lub na własny koszt taksówką. Inne propozycje atrakcji... KAREOKE, BINGO, …..

Minusy: Turned up at the property and had to pay extra £50 as booking .com didn’t pass onto the hotel that the family room was for x2 adults. I mean why would you book a family room for 1 adult . Had no choice but to pay for an extra adult although had already booked a family room this was after a 5-6 hour journey jet-lag and tired a disgrace . However hotel was nice and rooms were clean along with nice breakfast

Plusy: Hotel piękny, nowoczesny. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Ogólnie cały wystrój i udogodnienia w pokoju były na naprawę wysokim poziomie. Pokój BARDZO czysty. Tylko raz jak inna Pani sprzątała to było niezbyt schludnie, natomiast na co dzień było idealnie. Raz nawet Pani nam uformowała łabędzie z ręczników. Niby takie małe coś, a bardzo nas ucieszyło. Śniadania smaczne z urozmaiconym menu, jednak jedzenie podawane wieczorem było taką nasza wieczorną ucztą. :)

Minusy: *Może na urlop nie jedzie się po to, aby trenować , ale jeśli już w hotelu znajduje się takie miejsce to uważam, że urządzenia powinny nadawać się do czegokolwiek. A niestety w tym hotelu wszystkie urządzenia brudne, zepsute aż strach wejść na bieżnię w obawie, że zaraz się rozleci. *Leżaki basenowe niestety też dotknięte brakiem konserwacji. A wystarczyło by dokręcić śrubki. *Podejrzewam, że jest to spowodowane wielogodzinną praca, jednak obsługa mogłaby nieco częściej się uśmiechać.

Minusy: general eating area could be set up outside with a view and relaxing atmosphere. Current situation is like a refugee camp or a school cafeteria. Does not speak well for an upscale resort.

Minusy: Poor customer service. My room was very hot and I complained but the answer was shocking. They can only turn the entire resort to heating or cooling. So I was stuck without AC and was promised a fan but it took 24 hours after complaining several hours I finally got it The fan was on a timer without an option to turn it off, so every 30 minutes i must get up from my sleep to reset it Key card was another mess, my key never worked and I was staying on the 8th floor. This means I must go all the way down and head to the next building to change the key. Worse part that I had to do this everytime. I was very upset and spoke to hotel assistant manager who appologized but my experience was very upsetting. Im visiting all the way from Chicago USA :((

Plusy: This hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is on the local bus route and the staff helped us determine which buses would be useful to us. It is conveniently situated for the old town and a short walk takes you to the promenade from where you can walk for miles by the sea. We enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast each morning of our stay which was included in the room rate.

Minusy: Our standard room was quite small and the first one we were allocated was noisy (ac units on the wall outside), but we were immediately offered a suitable exchange.

Plusy: * - Location was just fabulous; literally meters away from Hadrians Wall, the Old Town & Marina. Huge shopping Mall some 15/20min walk away & a beautiful park area some 10mins walk away. You're surrounded with so much to see and do near 24/7 * - Tram, Bus links & Taxi's right outside the door. * - Restaurants, Cafes, Fast Food & local Stalls/Food & Drink Carts (roasted chestnuts or fresh juices were my favourite) * - Staff were forever accommodating & genuine a lovely Team. * - Pool area was lovely with towels provided. * - Breakfast (7:30 - 10:30) was always fresh & plentyful although no hot food was available, however you can request options at an additional small charge. * - Room 501 was large with a Super King Bed (very firm mattress), a comfy 2 seater sofa with 2 chairs and a coffee table, small dresser, wardrobe & fridge. Very roomy indeed. Looked out on to the main street (noise not excessive in any way). It isn't 5*, but it was clean & welcoming & it didn't give me concerns to complain - I wasn't on holiday to stay in a hotel room.

Minusy: * - The mattress for my personal liking was a little hard, although I'd got used to it within a few days. Yes, I could have asked for it to be rectified somehow (staff were extremely accommodating), but it obviously didn't affect me too much. * - As I'm a Coffee lover, a kettle being provided would have being my saviour. (I'll bring my own in my next stay though - problem solved)

Plusy: Nice Boutique Hotel with just the right amount of amenities necessary for a short trip. The staff was very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at reception gave us the option to select between two rooms, (writing this review I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but he was a bit short with a goatee! ) The breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed the Turkish selections.

Minusy: The shower did give us a bit of a problem sometimes while showering, but nothing major.
