Ukryty skarb w Westminster
Lokalizacja, atmosfera, obsługa
Bardzo mi się podobało położenie hotelu, blisko atrakcji turystycznych Londynu oraz znakomita obsługa.
przeciekający sufit w pokoju. tragiczna winda
Bed super comfy , location is good . Staffs are very friendly !
The room we have stayed (room 434) in a terrible condition . Need serious remodeling .Nothing like they posted on the internet . The draw of night stand is very dirty , lots of crumbs . Feels like three stars only .
Loved the staff, loved the room, and over all loved the location and how close it was to the Tube, Buckingham palace and Westminster Abbey.
Our room was next to the laundry room so when we slept in we heard them slamming the door continuously
good value

The service in the bar was a bit slow. The gym was small - but well appointed
I highly recommend St. James Court!
The food was delicious! Breakfast consisted of Indian food and your traditional English breakfast. I am a vegan so I was very happy with the Indian food choices. The wait staff at the Hampton Bar was top notch. We never had to wait for anything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a lot of construction happening across the street when we visited, but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room was not facing the street, so it was not a disruption.
Exquisite
Beautiful! architecture, colours and style. You are made to fill very special when visiting.
A comfortable stay
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous
The rooms were bit small
Great value for money in London
This hotel offers a welcome change from the big American chain hotels. Although it is part of an Indian chain, it has managed to preserve an old world charm. The Christmas tree in the lobby along with all the comfy couches and the Elle lovely courtyard made it feel very cozy and comfortable.
The bathrooms could be a bit bigger but this seems to be a common problem with London hotels in general.
Not so cozy ....but just an acceptable room throug
The hotel was sold out so the room they gave us through Kayak was not so good, a bit tarnished and with warning signs everywhere, We stayed in better rooms in this hotel in the past. They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not partner). It was not possible to change for a better room for 4 days. Then, a wonderful attendant, Adriana moved us to a better room for an additional fee. So,we had s a better experience toward the end of the stay. I am a fan of the "free breakfast" which seem to attract a non-business crowd.... As a result, a loyal returning guests get a luck ward welcome.
Just location..
Wonderful location.
Room was not clean, bathroom had mold on walls, stains on carpet. Too noisy, could clearly hear people on room above walking & using restroom.
Very attentive and friendly staff. Great restaurants and Spa inside the hotel. Spacious and well equiped rooms. Great location close to Victoria station (ideal when you fly into Gatwick), in walking disctance from the tube, Westminster, St. James' park and Buckingham palace.
First room we were given (#352) had a lot of noise from the subway passing underneath, despite the fact that we had explicitly asked for a quiet room! From the second night on we got a very quiet room.
Enjoyed our store and appreciated the beautiful court yard in the hotel as well as the complimentary breakfast. Having stayed at multiple hotels in London, this one was the best value
Location, near tube station and yet accessable to Westminister, Buckingham Palace, London Eye and other tourist sights on foot.Room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom could do with updating.
No complaints
Hotel staff was very friendly , checking in and out was very easy
we'll be back- fantaastic position- best London hotel we have stayed in.
being asked to pay for internet access
Our room had a balcony overlooking the impressive courtyard and was well equipped and prepared. Check in and out was effortless and staff were friendly and well informed.
Hotel was serene and quite, received an upgrade to junior suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable.
No hotel shuttle is available tom transport guests to Victoria station.
They ask me to pay for internet acces, but the problem was solved.
Central location, impressive lobby, excellent choice of breakfast items
Room was small in size and the bathroom was impossible to navigate if there was more than one of you or if bigger than a size 18! It mcant have measured more than 1.5m x 1.5m and was only really handy if you needed to use the toilet and sink at the same time. The room 681 was miles away from the lifts and instead you had to cross the courtyard whenever you wanted to leave the hotel or go to reception - not ideal when it's raining.
Nice and quiet, relaxed atmosphere
Room very warn dispite air conditioning
Sasha the bartender was great as were all the other staff that we met. Everyone was extremely friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised by size of room
