Minusy: Paying for Wifi is ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. Having to wait and queue for breakfast isn't acceptable at this level of hotel. It destroys the experience of a nice stay.

Plusy: We stayed at the Conrad Seoul for one night as a long layover on the way back to New York. Our flight arrived early at 5:30 AM. We took the 6030 bus from the airport (14,000 won/person) which dropped us off at the hote. Check in wasn't until 4 PM and we were there at 8 AM, tired and sleepy. We paid 60,000 won for early check-in and happily took a nap and shower to recharge before touring the city. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke decent English which was great since we did the speak Korean. The room was nice, spacious and clean although starting show some wear (the wallpaper was peeling off). Overall a nice quick stay. Took the 6030 bus back to the airport ithe next AM.

Plusy: The staff was extremely nice at the hotel, even though I’ve got tons of extra requests at the very last second they still managed to resolve it. Their is free WiFi at the hotel, so no worries if you read any other complains on the App. The room was still cleaned the next day even though I forgot to turn on the cleaning bottom. Nice experience after all, a nice stay for couples or family vacation.

Plusy: The hotel locates near railway- and subwayline stations and bus stops. There are also many attractions near the hotel: for example Namsan Park. The staff was friendly and breakfast good: Asian and European foods. There were many different beverages in the minibar.

Plusy: Największą zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie, praktycznie nad stacją metra i przy samym targu, a jednocześnie cicho i bezpiecznie. Śniadania jak na warunki azjatyckie dobre, ale monotonne, przez 6 dni zawsze to samo, pod koniec zdarzało się że nie uzupełniano np, jogurtu lub bagietek ale generalnie hotel godny polecenia. Czysto i uczynny personel.
Minusy: O śniadaniach już pisałem. Jedyny minus to konieczność opłaty za korzystanie z basenu nawet dla gości hotelowych, dodatkowo jest wymóg zakładania czepków, można to lubić lub nie, ale jeśli już jest wymóg, to powinni takie czepki chociaż sprzedawać, bo z tym był problem mimo wielkiego targu naprzeciwko.

Minusy: Zbyt dużo gości w stosunku do miejsc w restauracji (były chwile, gdy przed restauracją stała długa kolejka). Gdy cała grupa musiała opuścić hotel przed siódmą, kiedy restauracja się otwiera, nie zaoferowano nam nic, nawet przysłowiowej suchej bułki, zwrot kosztu śniadania tez nie wchodził w grę. Brak możliwości zapłacenia za pobyt przelewem w USD. Nie można się było doprosić o fakturę. Brak zwrotu VAT za hotel przy wylocie.

Plusy: Location: Hotel located directly next to Hoehyeon Station. Within walking distance from Seoul Station and Myeongdong shopping area. Room: Stylish contemporary room with a decent bathroom. Considerably spacious for Seoul. Facilities: 711 (24/7) within the hotel. Tmark also have swimming pool and fitness room which we didn’t have a chance to check out.

Plusy: the propert itself is located at the heart of myeongodng station exit 5 then around 2 minute walk. i booked a room with no window because its cheaper and then when we checked in the hotel staff asked me if it was my first time in seoul, then she told us that she will upgrade us with a view for free, and that view is the N SEOUL TOWER. staff are really accommodating, plus the left luggage locker is for free for the guest for the first 7hrs. you will know that your luggage is secured while roaming the seoul and waiting for the flight.
Minusy: the buffet breakfast its not appetizing at all, always the same viand everyday but its good for the cheap price

Minusy: The breakfast buffet is an absolute embarrassment. Advertised as one with American, Korean, and Japanese foods, I was really looking forward to it. However, I was totally disappointed. I've seen better breakfast buffets in $30/night hotels in third-world countries. It was so bad that I didn't even go back the second morning of my stay.

Plusy: Really enjoy the ambience of the Entra Hotel, every essential you would need in a hotel room is provided for and the bath tub facing the street view is a nice touch when you want a quite cosy evening to enjoy the views of Gangnam. The location is really convenient, there is an airport bus (6006) that takes you directly to the hotel, a short walk from Hotel Prima which is down the road from Entra. It is super easy to walk around Gangnam from Entra if you choose to explore the back streets and see what is happening around the local neighbourhood, there are loads of restaurants, cafes and boutique stores to satisfy one's curiosities.

Minusy: The location isn't great. It has lots of shopping mall options downstairs, but it's not really very central to anything major. It's not too far away from Gangnam... but that's not enough to call this a good/great location. It's not in a bad neighbourhood either... it's just "middle of nowhere".

Plusy: One of the best hotels that I stayed within Seoul. 10 mins walk from Yongsan Station, which can easily access the main attractions. For people working in the Gangnam area, it only takes less than 40 mins to go to COEX. The room is so spacious and well equipped with hardware for a comfortable stay. Nice gym and breakfast variety. All the staffs are so helpful and friendly. They even prepared a birthday cake in my room surprisingly. I will definitely come back again.

Plusy: Stayed hear on holiday in chilly autumn, so was very happy they have an indoor heated pool. We stayed in a great studio-apartment-like room equipped with stove and oven (good if you're staying for a long time). The neighborhood is quite industrial and not fun, but you can ask them to call you a taxi to the nearest attractions, like the Seoul Tower. Wasn't able to enjoy the food, but we heard good things.
Minusy: Location wasn't as fun as other hotels.

Plusy: It was a great location which is a good walking distance to most tourist spots. It's also surrounded by a lot of local restaurants and convenience stores so grabbing something to eat is never a problem. It's very close to Seoul Tower which was nice, and the area is a good walking distance from the main road which means it's really peaceful. The staff speaks English and is very friendly so communication is not a problem. The room itself is nice and clean, and has everything you need. I recommend this place if you're looking for an area that is not too busy yet is still a walking distance from a lot of tourist spots. :)
