Plusy: Room was nice, executive floor.

Minusy: Buffet in the evening, poor food quality. The food was cold and tasteless for 19£ each and extra for a soda and coffee.

Plusy: Żadko kiedy gorąca woda w kranie . 3 gwiazdki a nie 4 . Jedzienie kiepskie ( łosoś surowy , wołowina twarda).

Minusy: Pokoje za to ogromne .

Plusy: The staff were great, a wide selection for breakfast and generally professional serve provided.

Minusy: Bed felt a little small - although so used to a king sized bed.

Minusy: Breakfast is until 10:30 AM. However, guests are not told that by 10:30 AM staff starts taking everything off the buffet and that by 10:40 AM lights are shut down – even with people seated at the tables and enjoying their breakfast. This is surely a lack of respect to those seated down as there is not even a simple information from the staff saying that they need to close the breakfast room. There is no direct access from the rooms to the SPA and swimming pool area. Guests have to use the elevator to the Ground Floor and then use another one to get to the SPA and swimming pool area. This means that it does not make much sense for guests to walk around the Lobby Area in their Ropes as this is also a Hotel that receives Conferences! Even though the SPA area does offer guests changing rooms, these are not equipped with safes to keep our things. Hotel has a small private access road to their front door. Free Parking is available on the left hand side of this access road and around of the hotel are many available free parking spaces. The hotel itself offers parking at a very low rate. However, guests park wild on his tiny stretch of access road not allowing, in case of emergency, ambulances or firefighters to have access to the Hotel. This is simply outrages, especially when the main emergency exit cannot be open as vehicles simply park in front of it. Being this a private access belonging to the Hotel, there should be a control on this wild parking avoiding any future disaster.

Plusy: The view is beautiful and the food is outstanding, breakfast and dinner were superior!!!. The room is a very well designed and all at the perfect size and place.

Plusy: We stayed two nights at Azor Hotel. We stayed the day we flew in and the day before we flew back out. The day we arrived, the staff welcomed us nicely and was more than happy to let us in our room early. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! A real feast! Try the green detox drink. Seriously, don’t miss the breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was great too!

Minusy: Understaffing issue at the whale watcher bar. Room deodorizer was too strong smelling. Our first room was on a high up floor and the air conditioner was not sufficient. We had someone come to fix it but it didn’t help so we opened the window. It was really hot. Our second room had no issue.

Plusy: Bed was HUGE! Staff friendly! Breakfast great

Minusy: Swimming pool and roof top was dimly lit.

Plusy: The staff, the breakfast, the decor, the room, the bar and the swimming pool.

Minusy: It is in town but some hotels are a bit closer to the centre. Just 5 more minute walking which is nothing.

Plusy: Great welcome at reception and great service at the restaurant, which also served fantastic food and wine! Gym facilities were excellent, and though unfortunatley we didn't have time to use the spa this also looked great. Best value for money!

Minusy: the only thing we think they could improve it's the mattress. a list in our room was hard that you can fill the coils and squeaked when you move. but maybe was only in our bedr. and we stayed for 13 nights.

Plusy: Centrally located to historic downtown. Easy walk to numerous sights and great restaurants...

Minusy: They didn’t provide washcloths: you need to bring your own.

Plusy: The location was great. Very close to the town and restaurants. Also close to the marina so we were able to just walk over to get on the boat that we chartered to fish. The concierge was very helpful also. On Friday evening it was nice that they served drinks and snacks and had a musician playing.

Minusy: The bathroom was a bit small and awkward. hard to have two people in it at the same time.

Plusy: The Breakfast was awesome. The gentleman who helped us put our bags away and called our cab for the airport. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Plusy: Staff was excellent and really instrumental in organising my stay, tours, rent-a-car, airport pick-up and drop-off. They were available around the clock. Breakfast was both continental and local so I did not need look for a local cuisine restaurant - the hotel showed me the Azorean food. Spa and pool. My room had an extraordinary view over the bay of Ponta Delgada.

Minusy: It's a bit off the centre of Ponta Delgada but it has its charm.

Plusy: Positive things were the personal and the breakfast, correct for the price you pay.

Minusy: One of the reasons we booked it was because of the gym. When we arrived there we were informed that the gym is not there any more. The rooms are small and the facilities a little old. We had a burger in the bar and it was the worse i ever tried.

Plusy: I specially want to say it is the excellent service of this hotel, also good position and nice price!

Plusy: This stay dramatically exceeded our expectations. Our room was luxurious and had a beautiful view, the furnishing was very modern, and the room service every day was very thorough. Everything was spotless. The bar and restaurant are excellent, the buffet breakfast being a highlight, and the pool area is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff bent over backwards for our every need, and are a credit to the hotel. We hope to stay again in the future - especially as the value for money was incredible.

Minusy: Our only complaint, which is small, was that there was a lack of variety of vegetarian dishes for dinner. But this was a problem we found across the island. The food we did have in the restaurant though, vegetarian and meat, was absolutely incredible and the restaurant experience overall was excellent.

Plusy: Everything and everyone were so welcoming and professional!

Plusy: The rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. Every staff member we dealt with bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and help us have a great vacation. Everyone from the concierge staff to the bellmen gave us information and advice on things to do and were great with our kids. We are planning our trip back already!

Minusy: The one thing that I can think of is the lack of true closet space but that may not be true of all the guest rooms.

Plusy: The breakfast was very good, and a wide selection was on offer. The hotel location is quiet but very accessible to downtown and restaurants. The staff were helpful with requests and when seeking advice about Sao Miguel generally.

Plusy: Courtyard is beautiful. Lobby decor with Chinese themes is warm. All staff were extremely hospitable- front desk, bar, restaurant. Thank you Paulo for the breakfast!!

Plusy: Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany, około 10 min spacerem do centrum Ponta Delgada. Blisko lotniska co wcale nie przeszkadzało, łatwy i szybki dojazd z lotniska do obiektu busem kursującym z lotniska do miasta. Hotel posiada własny garaż za dodatkową opłatę 6 euro na dzień co zdecydowanie ułatwia jeśli zdecyduje się ktoś na wynajem samochodu. My byliśmy poza sezonem i garaż nie był konieczny ponieważ zawsze było miejsce do parkowania wzdłuż ulicy pod hotelem. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i profesjonalna zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Komunikacja w języku angielskim. Wnętrza hotelu bardzo ładne, hotel jest aktualnie odnowiony z pięknym ogrodem na dziedzińcu i na tyłach hotelu z zewnętrznym basenem. Dodatkowo hotel posiada basen kryty z sauną suchą i parową. Pokoje są nowe z ciekawie urządzonym wnętrzem i dużym wygodnym łóżkiem. Obiekt godny polecenia.

Plusy: The hotel is in a quiet street and It's easy to park outside the hotel and to get out and get in into the city easily (we rented a car), also it's a 5 minute walk to the city center. The wifi works fine, the staff in the reception are and very nice and the water of the indoor the pool is warm.

Minusy: The breakfast could have a little bit more variety for a 4 star hotel.

Plusy: The hotel is centrally located, however, it is still quiet and comfortable. I like how the rooms are facing the hotel gardens, and they offer good quality complimentary breakfast.

Minusy: The room cleaning is inconsistent, we had some good days the maid did an excellent job, and there were some days the maid did a lousy job in tidying the room.

Plusy: We stayed in this hotel for one night and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good as well with a large assortment of items to choose from.

Minusy: The bathroom might be due for renovation

Plusy: They have the nicest people working at the front desk; Bruno was superb in accommodating us. The hotel is vast and the rooms are comfortable. It's a short walking distance to a lovely shopping center.

Minusy: It might be allergies but there was dust on the bed cover.

Minusy: The decor is a bit out of dated but it’s still pretty

Minusy: The advertising says It is a hotel& spa but the spa is independent and has several problems: no dressing rooms with private lockers and showers, no offering of robes, no chairs in the indoors swimming pool area, bad and inefficient service when booking any facial or body treatment/massage.

Minusy: Nie podobała nie zmienna temp wody pod prysznicem i czujnik ruchu światła w łazience. Po 30 sec w bezruchu światło gaśnie. Irytujące.

Plusy: Hotel położony blisko centrum (dosłownie 5-7min spacerem), śniadanie w cenie, parking przed obiektem, duży przestronny pokój z zestawem do parzenia herbaty. Szkoda że akurat nie można było skorzystać z basenu (remont).

Hotel zaoferował mi miejsce parkingowe w specjalnej cenie na pobliskim parkingu publicznym. Ale mimo wszystko przy tygodniowym pobycie stanowiło to znaczącą kwotę.

Plusy: THIS HOTEL IS MALL AND HAS AN INTIMATE ATMOSPHERE AND HAS A HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF. IT HAS A GOOD CENTRAL PONTA DELGADA LOCATION PROVIDING EASY WALKING ACCESS TO CITY LOCATIONS . THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND COMFORTABLE AND HAS A WHOLESOME BREAKFAST BUFFET SELECTION THIS HOTEL IS GEOGRAPHICALLY WELL PLACED IN THE OLD PART OF TOWN IN A NARROW SIDE STREET AND PROVIDES AN OVERALL VERY PLEASANT STAY AND REPRESENTS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Minusy: INITIALLY WE WERE ASSIGNED TO AN INSIDE COURTYARD ROOM OVERLOOKING THE ELEVATOR SHAFT. THIS ROOM WAS POOR AND IN A STATE OF RELATIVE DISREPAIR WITH DAMP PEELING WALLS AND A BROKEN LAMP. UPON REQUEST WE WERE THEN RELOCATED TO AN OUTSIDE ROOM AT THE REAR OF THE HOTEL THAT PROVIDED AN INTERESTING CITY ROOF TOP VIEW AND WAS AWAY FROM TRAFFIC. THIS ROOM WAS IN A BETTER STATE OF REPAIR AND PROVED TO BE COSY AND PERFECTLY ADEQUATE. HOTEL WI FI INTERNET COVERAGE WAS AVAILABLE BUT OFTEN INTERMITTENT AND WITH LIMITED SIGNAL STRENGTH IN ROOMS BEYOND THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. HOT FOOD CONSISTING OF EGGS AND BACON AT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS NOT HEATED AND WAS THEREFORE COLD SHORTLY AFTER THE 0730 BREAKFAST START..

Plusy: Location, staff, bed... Everything. The staff was so helpful and showed us everything we wanted to know and gave us towels for us to go to some specific places of the island. I recommend and I'll probably be back

Minusy: Probably the variety of the breakfast but it was delicious!!

Plusy: Breakfast was limited for a vegetarian option, very basic . It would have been good if there are a kettel and iron in each bedroom.

Plusy: The staff was extremely helpful. Even gave us beach towels to take to the thermal springs. It was our wedding anniversary when we arrived and a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. Over all experience was wonderful. Made if very easy to rent a car for the day.

Plusy: The location is good and it has a car park which is good (although description at time of reservation didn't had this info), as most tourists will rent a car in this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All suggestions for restaurants were spot on! I will definitely consider this hotel again whenever I come back.

Minusy: (not a dislike but a factor for improvement) The breakfast was good, but it could have a larger variety. The amount of guests during my stay (during February) could easily justify that.

Plusy: Hotel zlokalizowany w samym centrun miasta przy niedużym skwerku wszędzie było blisko. Pokój bardzo wygodny, duży a łazienka bardzo czysta. Wyjątkowe śniadania na ciepło (jajecznica,boczek,parówki pieczarki) i zimno (wędliny, sery, owoce i 10 rodzai ciast, gofry). Wyjątkowo uprzejmy personel.

Plusy: Everything! I had to stay overnight in S. Miguel due to a change in my flight, and I was sad to stay so little. Big and confortable room for a good value, genuinely friendly staff, there was a cradle ready for my 10 month son, and since we had to leave very early in the morning and before breakfast, they offered to prepare us a breakfast to go. I wish I stayed longer.
