Hotel Deserves 2.5 Rating, Not 4.0

This hotel is really over-rated. In the standard of the United States, this hotel's rating should be 2.5, not 4.0. It is really misleading to list this hotel as a four star hotel. On the second day of our stay, the hotel did not have hot water in the morning, and we had to cold shower in middle of January. My wife got a little sick afterward. The hotel room is small, and there is unpleasant smell in the room and also from the shower curtain.

It is close to the beach and the train station.

You cannot even sit straight on the toilet without hitting your knees in the sink, you have to sit sideways if you are planning to use the toilet. Room is damp and has a musty smell, plus the roof leaks when it rains and dripping on top of the TV. It rained for three days during our stay over there, room was suppose to be changed and since it stopped raining on the fourth day and nothing was done.
