The location,about 400 m. to the gondola, near to the centre but far from the noise.It's very clean,they fix our room every day.Most of the staff are friendly and helpfull , they do speak some english,the receptionist lady also speaks greek!The spa area it's o.k. The van to the gondola was always right on time,no waiting.

The water in the pool is not very warm but after a while you get used to it.Breakfast and dinner need improvement , just average.The heat in the rooms was fine but it was +15 outside, in the winter with -10 and with those small heating equipment propably will have cold problems.In our friend's room the wind at night came in by the window with a noisy effect,very annoying.
