Plusy: Everything, hotel is georgeous. Incredible facilities , great service. Perfect for business, pleasure, adults, children. And this is hard to accomplish in one hotel, but they exceeded in every department. We will return and tell all our friends!

Plusy: The rooms were beautiful. Everything is brand new, the room decor has a coastal feel. Its very tastefully done. The beds are comfortable, everything is top notch.

Plusy: The grounds are spectacular - lush greenery and foliage, variety of flowers, manicured -they must have a team of scientists and gardeners to plan the landscaping year round. All amenities are included -bikes, climbing wall, sailing, kayaking. 24-hour pool and hot tub are a huge bonus, especially after a day and night of disney. The staff is equally incredible throughout the hotel. St. Augustine has been my favorite local weekend get-away, but now the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is IT! It may just win the competition between any of the Disney parks or just a relaxing, but activity filled day at the hotel for the best day of your vacation too! Breakfast buffet ($22) is great too - seems pricey, but the options are high end from ham, bacon, prosciutto, salami, variety of cheeses, sausages, yogurts, fruits ( melons and berries), pastries, artisan breads, omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereals, and then the usual scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc. Other food and grocery store options are literally within 5 miles. Room has "cool box" (small refrigerator without freezer) that keeps soda cold.

Plusy: When the front desk found out it was our wedding night, they upgraded us for free to a 2-story suite with a outdoor patio at the very top of the hotel. There was a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. They were unbelievably nice. Best hotel experience ever!!!

Plusy: My family and I had a blast at the Grand Cypress. The grounds are fantastic with plenty to do for all ages.

Plusy: Room was not ready at 4:00 p.m. check in time. Wasn't ready until about 10:00 p.m.. Housekeeping staff not consistent in cleaning and restocking items in rooms, being I had two rooms. Need to hire better workers One of the worst Hyatt hotel I stayed at. Very disappointing.

Plusy: The hotel was clean, beautiful, perfectly located and top notch in every possible way. The only thing that out shined the hotel amenities was the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The staff always greeted me by name from the first day I arrived. I also want to thank Steve (bell hop) for providing exceptional service and making me and my daughter feel like we were the only guests staying at the hotel. I can't say thank you enough. Rachel (server) was another wonderful staff person who went out of her way to make us feel like special guests. Thank you for helping create a lasting memory of a wonderful vacation!

Plusy: Would stay there again if Not staying at a Disney resort hotel

Plusy: Great rooms, fantastic bathrooms, quiet. This hotel really makes it obvious that the Grand Floridian is overdue for a tear down and rebuild. However, we will continue to stay at the Grand Floridian over this superior in many ways Hotel simply because the former is on Disney Property and while this hotel is nearby with shuttle service provided, it does take some time to get to the parks.

Plusy: The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The staff were nice. Our room was very neat when we arrived.

Plusy: Very friendly staff, enjoyed restaurant options both at Waldorf and Hilton next door (also liked the golf cart to taxi us back and forth). The pool was amazing- attentive staff, family friendly, very relaxing/luxurious.
