Plusy: Wszystko było idealne

Plusy: The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. The elevators to take a while so whenever along for travel with Uber or a cab plan on 15 minutes extra time. During the holidays this can be much more. The lounge experience with the exception of the staff there is exceptional they go above and beyond.

Minusy: Halls and common areas were over fragranced. Housekeeping staff were meticulous however kept partially use glasses thinking we were going to reuse them. For example I would have a glass of wine However was unable to finish the left 25% of the glass house keeping with think that I would keep the glass and drink it the next day. This was a little frustrating the dessert was the same way. The halls are very fragranced

Plusy: It was nice but I don’t think it was that great to as some other hotels I have stayed in Hong Kong .

Minusy: I upgraded to the club level and the food quality and wine selection were way below expectation. Other 5* hotels in HK offer a much better deal in the club.

Plusy: The view from the room is exceptional, just for the novelty of being able to say you've stayed at the tallest hotel in the world is pretty neat. The club level is smaller than it shows in pictures i've seen, but is never too crowded. Igor is one handsome man.

Minusy: location, a little removed from everythig

Plusy: Everything. This is a perfect property. Highly recommend the club level experience. Greatest indoor pool I’ve ever been in. A staff second to none (Alix and the team in Club Reception).

Plusy: The hotel rooms, lobby and amenities were great. Exceptional service! Alexis Chau, service stylist, made my son’s birthday extra special with the room set up, cake and gift! Also, I forgot something in the room after check out, they located the item and found ways to send it to me. Really appreciated it!

Plusy: Hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas, lot of activities for kids, great atmosphere of Disney fairytale.

Minusy: Food Experience was not excellent.

Plusy: We tried Disneyland Hotel in Hongkong 2 years ago but the amenities wr a bit old. Disneyland Explorers lodge gives you a cozy ambiance. You feel at home and the staffs were welcoming and easy to deal with.

Minusy: It's far from the city. Beware of taxi scammers they overcharged you

Plusy: Staff service is excellent, particularly Alice. Bedroom is excellent, spacious than the Disneyland hotel and Hollywood disney hotel.

Plusy: The staff were so friendly and helpful at all levels: reception, breakfast, Lounge Club, pool and spa. The breakfast was awesome.

Plusy: Receptionist was very polite n knowledgeable

Minusy: I really wanna love this place but it is much different than few years ago when it was Langham Hotel. Room had mildew smell and sagging mattress caused me back pain :(

Minusy: W pokoju przez cały pobyt unosił się dziwny zapach, coś jakby grzyb z klimatyzacji połączony z dymem papierosa. Nie wiem czego to kwestia, ale nie potęgowało to wrażenia luksusowych warunków i było bardzo uciążliwe. Na terenie hotelu nie było żadnego zapachu, tylko w naszym pokoju. Spędziłam w hotelu tydzień, wiec oczekiwałabym zniżki na cały pobyt- niemożliwa była zmiana pokoju ze względu na dostępność. Jedyna rekompensata to śniadania. Jednak przy wydatku rzędu ponad 14000HKD za pobyt oczekiwałam zniżki, zaproszenia do SPA, cokolwiek bardziej spektakularnego.

Plusy: Location is very convenient. Staff are very helpful.

Minusy: Room is a bit dark at night even when all the lights are on.

Minusy: I am trying to compare it to the Royal Plaza. That where I normally stay. If I had pick something, in comparison to the hotel, would be they dont providers slippers in the locker room at the spa. A bit decadent!

Plusy: Great hotel in a great location. Hotel is located right in the middle of everything. Shopping, food and attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and cleaning staff was nice and cleaned the room well. Will stay there again on my next visit.

Plusy: We booked a club floor room and couldn’t have been happier. Great views, superb housekeeping, clean and comfortable. The club lounge is awesome - great breakfast, drinks and snack throughout most of the day, and terrific staff. The gym is really good for a hotel, with superb views too. The rooftop pool is lovely too. The location is super convenient to everything in Mong Kok as well as multiple MRT lines to go elsewhere.

Minusy: Only minor complaint was that the room tended to stay very humid.

Plusy: Czysty hotel po raz drugi odwiedzany przeze mnie w odstępie trzech lat nic się nie zmieniło super miejsce w świetnej lokalizacji z kładką do centrum handlowego ,200 metrów od linii metra no i oczywiście trzy przecznice od ladys market czyli fajnego miejskiego targowiska miejskiego.

Minusy: Niestety mieliśmy problemy przy wymeldowaniu mimo zapłaty gotówką kwota przy wymeldowaniu nagle była wyższa o 1300 HKD. Natomiast manager anulował różnice i dał jeszcze 10% zniżki. Szybko i pozytywnie ale trzeba było przez chwile walczyć o swoje.

Plusy: Świetna obsługa, profesjonalna obsługa.

Minusy: nic nie

Plusy: Ideal for Disneyland goers as there are free shuttle bus to and fro between hotel and the park. For those who likes classic hotels, this will be a good experience. Designs are dated and old, but is part of how Disneyland were built upon since it’s beginning. Would be good to renovate to go with modernity and today’s designs. Plus points, hotel provides priority pass for some rides, so this is indeed great!

Minusy: Food is expensive and nothing to rave about. Lack choices of asian foods since it’s an American theme park. Breakfast are the exact same items daily, and noticed that bananas run out very fast without refill. The only characters appeared for my three days of breakfast were Mickey, Minnie and Tigger with Eeyore appeared on third day. It would be good to have rotating casts such as Donald Duck, Pluto, Chip n Dale, etc. Was alittle disappointing to my two kids whom were hoping for different characters daily. Housekeeping took away our anti slip mat after day one. Not sure why. Sound proofing of walls isn’t good at all. Could hear next door opening water tap sound and could hear corridor noises too.

Plusy: The decor is very detailed. Bed is very comfortable and room is very clean. Staffs were very friendly too. Overall is highly recommended, my daughter enjoyed it very much.

Minusy: Distance to Disneyland is not as near as we thought. It will take about 10-15mins walk.

Plusy: Have a magical experience during my stay.

Minusy: Well, nothing, but a little disappointed because we didn’t get the chance to celebrate my son’s birthday during dinner because it was already full. I requested it months before December but we never got the chance.

Plusy: Huge room, great location, great views and Disneyland to boot! Buffet breakfast was good, some interesting menu items but they cater to many varied cultures.

Minusy: Lack of a shop was an issue. It's a long way to Wang Tung for a bottle of Coke! Other than that everything was great.

Plusy: The pool and sauna was excellent! The bed and pillow so comfortable, including the food and services, especially the receiving room, hallway and the whole building smells so good!

Minusy: Nothing at all.

Plusy: Bed​ is​ excellence.

Plusy: Super klimat, czysto i wyjątkowo miło. Obsługa na 10. Basen super. Dla dzieciaków mega spotkania z postaciami Disney’a podczas posiłków. 10/10.

Minusy: Jedzenie - monotonne, mało atrakcyjne dla dzieci.

Plusy: Accommodating staff. If your children like disney characters I guess this would be the place to stay, since you see them walking around the hotel premises quite often.

Minusy: choices of restaurant and prices, you are pretty much stuck with 3 restaurants inside the hotel. There aren't really any other choices to eat.

Plusy: Personel był bardzo pomocny, zwłaszcza Kitty Ting też był dla nas wielką pomocą. Wszystkie nasze potrzeby zostały spełnione.

Plusy: Could not get better location. Overlooking the harbour and Hong Kong Island. Prime position for nightly lighting spectacular. Views to die for and only time we have ever not closed our blinds at all during our stay in a hotel.

Minusy: Mini bar would not stay cold enough - turned it down and would still not be cold.

Plusy: Everything was great exact the staff were rude on check in. The facilities were amazing and I did get a late check out to 2pm.

Minusy: Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.

Plusy: Service was at the top

Plusy: Hotel staff are exceptional. We encountered problems unrelated to the hotel during our stay but thanks to the hard work and courtesy of the staff, the problems were solved immediately. They obviously take client service very seriously. Truly impressed by staff.

Minusy: Pierwszy raz spotkałem się żeby basen był otwarty do zachodu słońca. Basen powinien być otwarty min do 22 przynajmniej tak miałem w każdym 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu, a tym bardziej że jest zaraz przy targach i fajnie jest wypocząć po całym dniu chodzenia w basenie.

Plusy: Walking distance to ferry station, great views, connected to a network of elevated walkways that take you to the "real" city.

Minusy: Metro construction noise - nobody (including Kayak) forewarned us that the entire waterfront is a huge construction site.

Plusy: Loved everything about it.

Plusy: JW Marriott was absolutely amazing. Staff was extremely courteous, facilities were clean, the place felt luxurious, and accessibility from and to the hotel was convenient. The hotel is located in one of the best malls of the city which is directly connected to an MTR station! Wifi was free and reliable which was very important to me.

Minusy: The prices are steep but you expect that in Hong Kong. At almost $350 USD per night, breakfast could've been included in the package but was not.

Plusy: Very high quality in all respects.

Plusy: Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu 5 nocy. Najwyższy poziom. Bardzo duży wybór dań na śniadanie. Hotel był obłożony był na 100% mimo tego nie było problemu z miejscem w restauracji. Położenie znakomite, nad zatoką, blisko promu i stacji MTR. Hotel nowy, pokoje czyste, obszerne. Widok z okna wspaniały. Personel przyjazny i fachowy.

Plusy: Najlepszy hotel w jakim byłem. Basen, strefa SPA, miejsca relaksu na najwyższym poziomie. W samym centrum tak dużego miasta oaza spokoju. Potężne lobby i ogrody hotelowe. Blisko metro. Doskonały serwis, na najwyższym możliwym poziomie. Widoki z okien i wyposażenie pokoju IDEALNE!

Minusy: Bezwzględnie nic - wszystko genialnie.

Plusy: Piękny widok z pokoju. Lepiej brać pokój z widokiem na zatokę. Z drugiej strony niezbyt ładne bloki. Różnica w cenie nie jest duża, natomiast wrażenie zupełnie inne. Dziękujemy za wcześniejszy check in:) Stacja metra niedaleko, wygodnie się poruszać po mieście. Bezproblemowa dostawka dla dziecka.

Plusy: The club arrangement is really good, sea view rooms are awesome! Special thanks for the early check-in and late check-out!

Minusy: Nothing at all

Plusy: The rooms are clean and good size. The terrace is particularly nice and spacious that also provides nice view of Hong Kong skyline. The staffs are friendly and efficient when checkin.

Minusy: The location is slightly off but it provides free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs only between 10am-8pm so hope it should extend the operating hours.

Plusy: Śniadanie genialne!! Zarówno lokalne jak i europejskie potrawy. Duży wybór. Bardzo smaczne! Obsługa znakomita, kompetentna i bardzo chętna do pomocy. Smartfon bardzo przydatny! Shuttle bus bardzo przydatny!

Minusy: Zniszczone wykładziny przy wyjściu z windy na piętrach.

Plusy: The service was second to none. Staff always present to help you in every way possible and so polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Love the the timeless lounge for late departures, such a peaceful and comfortable room. Door men, receptionists, cleaners and concierge are lovely people. Pool very peaceful and warm. Breakfast variety perfect (only 1 suggestion for entire stay...could improve by providing fresh milk for coffee at the table). We paid for club lounge and were upgraded bedrooms on arrival which was amazing, we had a water view with huge windows, could look out there all day. Free minibar, slippers and dressing gown lovely touches. Came back from 1 hour out of the room one evening to find the minibar topped up a second time that day and ice for drinks left out. They must have psychic abilities for knowing what you’d like. Well worth paying the extra for club.

Plusy: The mobile phone owned by hotel was very usefull

Plusy: The hotel is very clean and modern. We stayed at the harbor view room and the view there is spectacular. The staff were exceptionally nice, they helped us with just about everything, from travel tips, restaurants and getting around. The hotel provides a phone that you can carry with you with a local sim to use as hotspot (and international calls, although we never tried that) and it made our trip a breeze. Also, the minibar is free of charge and they will refill it every day. Best value for a hotel in Kowloon.

Minusy: There is a very expensive breakfast and not enough good restaurants nearby.

Plusy: We already stay in Icon several times, it is a lighting hotel, with young and attentive staff, the design of the hotel is sophisticated and contemporary style in all details. We really appreciate the swimming pool, the commune places and the breakfast is delicious and healthy.

Minusy: I suggested only the city view from the rooms at the front of the Hotel, the city view of back side rooms is to avoid.

Plusy: Came back from South Asia raving about this hotel. Can't believe the luxury, style and amenities. I've stayed in more expensive hotels but I've never stayed in better than this. The smartphone they provide you in room with free international calls and data and Internet made wandering Hong Kong so much easier. The breakfast buffet is vast and huge and fancy and delicious. And the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. All needs are thought of and anticipated. The staff are incredibly attentive, you feel like you're a VIP. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Six million stars.
