The location was excellent, right in the center of things. Staff was quite helpful, accomodating and generous. For the price, recognizing the location, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. It is rather tired and looks it. The building is a charming old one, but could use some upgrades. These comments only reflect our views on the common areas and our room. Perhaps there are other, nicer rooms available.
There were a couple staff members at the front desk that spoke very good English and were of great help with local information. The rooms are adequate but need updating. The restaurant is amazing but come prepared with mosquito spray! All the staff is very polite and professional.
The walls are very thin and you are able to hear conversations from people in neighboring rooms.
staff is polite and freindly, especially at front.room is pretty.and easy to access by car.
nothing special.
Interesting historic building with poor quality rooms and facilities.
This hotel is over rated and is not a four star hotel. In need of refurbishment.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was in an excellent location for seeing Arles. It was very clean and well maintained. Despite being in the centre it was quiet and the gardens and pool were very pleasant places to sit.

excellent staff,. excellent restaurant, Meals were very well prepared and highest quality. Staff were very helpful. Wonderful location. Very pleasant atmosphere. Very pleasant common areas. Quiet, clean.
everything was very good
The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant. We had a problem with a rental car agency and the staff was able to help us contact them and interpret.
The breakfast at 20 Euros was a great disappointment. At that price there should be a good selection of breakfast dishes. By comparison to other hotels charging similar prices it was not satisfactory.Whilst our beds were turned down on the first evening, they were not on the second. We arrived on market day and were unable to access the hotel by car until mid afternoon.
Helpful and friendly staff.Good atmosphere.
Bed too small and uncomfortable.
