nie miła pani w recepcji, długa kolejka do maldowania i wymeldowania się ,łażenka brudna, abolutnie nie przytłulne hotl, lodówka nie działa,

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obsługa na recepcji bez zarzutu, w pokoju czysto, ale skromnie. Świetne śniadania, duża różnorodność, sprawna obsługa

pokoje wymagają renowacji, bardzo skromne i troszeczkę zniszczone.

I was informed that Breakfast was not included in the Standard room rate - unbeleiveable for the money!

I always stay at Novotel Centrum when I am in Warsaw, it's comfortable central with a great view over the City!

they couldnt find the reservation, and they ask me to pay a normal price. after some arguement they accepted the internet price (i had to show them the reservation from my email) and for breakfast instead of 2 persons, they included only 1. i had to argue 2nd time to accept. although there was a hotel parking for free, they told me to put the car in the parking opposite the hotel that is secured and they cooperate with them, and during check out, the hotel ask me extra 24 euros for 1 night parking!!!!!!!!!
