Plusy: Nothing. I thought the car was going to break down the entire time.

Minusy: Smelly car with malfunction

Minusy: Called in advance to see if I could pick the car up a couple hours early. Was told the car was ready. Three hours later I arrive and the car wasn't ready. My card wasn't working, so I had to go to the bank to transfer money around to a different bank. I asked the woman how long she would hold the rental for. She said an hour. I said I would go down the street to the bank and be back in twenty minutes. I come back and she is gone. In the end I was limited on time so I had to rent from a different counter/company.

Plusy: The vehicle was wonderful. Economic, smooth The guy in front was good. Polite Picking up and dropping off was pretty good.

Minusy: My son has asthma and the smell of smoke was horrible. We opened the window, turned the air, bought deodorants and nothing helped. It was just the smell inside the car.
