Plusy: The staff tried to be helpful. That is the only slightly ok part of the experience. they dint have the car I´ve booked, not a similar neither any 4X4 available. The prices including insurance were away above expected. I had no choice but to move to another company.
Minusy: I booked a intermediate 4X4 for a reasonable price. Upon arrival at the airport in Porto velho, with is in the middle of the amazon forest, at the Localiza/Hertz boot I was informed that not only they didn't have the car I´ve booked but that hole category didn't exist in their portfolio.

Plusy: El personal intentó ser servicial. Es la única parte de la experiencia que está un poco bien, pero no tienen el coche que´ve reservó, ni un 4X4 similar disponible. Los precios, incluido el seguro, estaban por encima de lo esperado. No tenía otra opción que trasladarme a otra empresa.
Minusy: Hice una reserva intermedia en 4X4 a un precio razonable. A su llegada al aeropuerto de Porto velho, con se encuentra en medio del bosque amazónico, en el maletero Localiza/Hertz me informaron que no sólo no tenían el coche que´ve había reservado, sino que esa categoría de agujeros no existía en su cartera.
