Plusy: It is a small airport so there was no issue getting between the rental desk and the car. The car was fine and it was only hired for a single day so there were no issues at all.
Minusy: I was disappointed that I couldn't use the satellite navigation facility; these days this ought to come as part of the price of the hire for larger cars.

Vacation Rental Car
Plusy: Front desk person was very nice and warm, with a great sense of humor. Our car wasn't ready and she could have made us wait, but didn't, resolved the issue immediately with an upgrade. That was appreciated. The car was comfortable and clean.
Minusy: I think it is ridiculous that there is a charge for a second driver. I paid the fee because we knew we would want to take turns driving. However this feels more like a "we can charge you...so we're going to".

Plusy: The staff were very helpful. I had made a reservation on the wrong date, so I did not have a vehicle reserved on the day I arrived. They found a vehicle for me. Great, clean, economy car. Easy pick up and drop off. Thanks!
Minusy: I cancelled the reservation I had made on the wrong date when I was at the counter, but I was still notified/reminded of the rental. I had to call to make sure it was cancelled.

Plusy: The car was ready and clean. Upgraded with no problems. Return was easy and the counter staff was very good.

Surprises at drop off
Plusy: Great rate. Clean car with low mileage
Minusy: I extended my rental by a day. The total price then became $89. When I dropped the car off, the customer service agent Told me I owed them $250. It took me an hour to straighten that mess out.
