Clean hotel, good breakfast and dinner.

I have slept in this hotel three times now, but the bed I had this time has had its best time. Atleast the matras did.

perfect location just 5meteres away from a metro station in a line directly to the very centre of attractions, underground parking available, nicely done rooms that are very clean.

Everything perfect! The best hotel in Lisabon!

Checking out took a while because there was just one person. Maybey put waterheater in the room.

Breakfast had multiple choices which would suit everyone and was frequently topped up. The hotel has a Metro station right outside the entrance making it ideal for accessing all areas of the city. As I was in Lisbon for a hospital appointment I spent some time in my room and the choice of TV channels in many languages was a bonus. The 'special' lunch and dinner menu was excellent value.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been great. Also a free bottle of water on arrival would have been a nice touch.

On the flightpath for airport take-off and was a bit noisy in one of the rooms we had.

Hotel Açores is very well situated & within walking distance of the 7 Rios Bus Station which we used for our journey from the Algarve to Lisbon. We have stayed at this Hotel on many occasions & have always found the staff very friendly and services excellent. There is always a wide choice of foods for breakfast and in fact we would also recommend their dinners which of course is paid for as an extra.

The breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Everything was lovely.servicing of the room was excellent. Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining everything about what to see in Lisbon.hotel is on flight path but you’d never know it. Perfectly quiet for sleeping. Lovely plants on the balconies. Iced tea in reception is a nice touch!

We liked everything thank you and we would definitely come again. Small minor incidental things not worth mentioning (like the mini bar not seeming to be cold but we could have mentioned if we had needed it!)

Staff very helpful. It was late when we arrived and we were hungry. The resturant was closing ,but the lady employee said she would help us out.she provjded us with a hot bowl soup and club sandwich. It was delicious. Breakfast in morning was also great. Thank you to all involved.

The room was very clean and the grapes where a nice touch. The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Metro station is a minute from the hotel, but if you going from city center is a long walk. The Reception staff will ask you first thing if you need a taxi after your check out, very helpful again on that side. The breakfast is very fresh, healthy and vibrant.

We landed around midnight in Lisbon and spent a night here, the room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and staff very nice! I am not sure there is a lot of stuff to do around as we landed in the evening and moved out the next morning after breakfast, but travelling around by public transport/Uber is relatively cheap.

Excellent comfortable Room & Excellent Breakfast. My room facing the Praça de Espanha was excellent.

No problems in this hotel. They know their business. Not immediately in the touristic heart of Lisbon, but next to the metro station where you can reach the centre in few minutes.

Proximity to metro, the excellent port served in the bar. Lovely, tasty bar snacks when we arrived

EVERYTHING!!! It is very rare to come across very polite and professional staff, extremely clean hotel, excellent facilities, meters from metro station, top notch wifi and TV channels, superb room, classy atmosphere...don't waste time looking somewhere else,book now!!

I checked google map for the hotel direction. The google map didn’t show the best way to get there. So we walked more the half mile and carried our baggies on the rough road to get the hotel. Otherwise just transfer one Metro could be much easier.

Really good location near to the airport and all the main places in Lissabon. Th staff was really nice. The room was clean and had all needed furniture.

The room we had was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was included and very good! Also the location is perfect, 1 min from the metro and close to the airport! The disturbance of planes was not very annoying.

The cleaning cabinet was next to our room so some disturbance, and the lady knocked on our door at 7:30 to check if the room was free (appearantly not...)

Pojawiają się komentarze o dobiegających dźwiękach samolotów - proszę się ich nie bać, coś tam może rzeczywiście słychać jak się człowiek skupi i tv jest wyłączony :) zreszta jeśli przyjezdzacie Lizbonę zwiedzać to i tak większość dnia jest się poza pokojem, a w nocy spokojnie można zasnąć i te pojedyncze hałasy nie przeszkadzają w ogóle. Pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone, codziennie sprzątane, zestawy kosmetyków do dyspozycji. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, obsługa przemiła i pomocna.

Jedyny minus to lądujace samoloty. Hotel znajduje się pod ścieżką podejścia 🤨
