The Hotel Deauville

first time I stayed I was impressed. for a hostel it was clean and quiet. was not full then so only another woman and I shared the 6 bed room. next time it was crowded and I noticed the bathroom being used was an issue. but also the caliber of guests was not enjoyable. especially one who acted crazy and seemed to need her own room instead of yelling at me. I was really upset by her and maybe should have complained. also it was late at night and I was tired. quiet hours were ignored. lights were on in the room very late. under normal circumstances it could be nice but I felt abused.
