Perfect localization, near to metro station and old town,walking distance to seaside. Very polite staff. Room was small but clean everything was ok! I recommend this place

The location - walking distance from all that matters in Lisbon, and there is a lot of it.

It would have been very quiet if they didn't have to quarel from time to time. The Level of spoken English was OK-ish. The do not give you a key for the main gate, so People have to ring the bell...

The best location, just around the corner for the Elevador da Gloria

Very cold, no heating. Could be really nice during summer, but we do not recommend it during winter.

Located right in the center of Lusbon, perfect location for going out in the evening. Staff speaks little english, but very friendly.

Some rooms are really small, number 3 for example.

The hostel is good for people, who arent very fussy and want to spend the whole day in the city. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from metro station and 10 minutes from Rua Augusta. You can get on foot to almost every interesting site in Lisboa, including Belem district, which is ca. 8 km away. There's a supermarket, Subway and many restaurants nearby. We also didn't have any problems with finding the hostel. The building is old and a bit shabby but rooms are clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Inside the room is a shower and a sink. Toilet is in the hallway and is very comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful although not everyone speaks english and they seemed to be annoyed when we came back at night (you get only a key to your room and have to knock on the door every time you come to the hostel) and because of that the atmosphere was rather unpleasant. There was however no problem with late check in (we arrived around 10-11 pm) and the owners agreed to keep our luggage till the evening on the check out day without any charge. / Hostel raczej dla osób, które spędzają cały dzień na mieście i którym nie zależy na wysokim standardzie zakwaterowania. Na plus świetna lokalizacja, blisko metra i zabytków, czystość (chociaż budynek sam w sobie jest odrapany i pokoje są umeblowane dość staromodnie) oraz umywalka i prysznic w pokoju. Nie wszyscy z obsługi mówią po angielsku, ale da się dogadać. Nie było problemu z późnym zameldowaniem ani z przechowaniem bagażu w dniu wyjazdu, natomiast właściciele byli wyraźnie niezadowoleni z faktu, że wracałyśmy dość późno z nocnego zwiedzania Lizbony (goście nie dostają kluczy do drzwi frontowych, trzeba dzwonić i czekać aż ktoś otworzy).

Właściciele twierdzą, że można wracać o każdej porze dnia i nocy, ale w praktyce są wyraźnie zirytowani, gdy ktoś wraca późno w nocy i muszą wstać żeby otworzyć drzwi. Znajomość angielskiego jest ok. Pani, która sprząta mówi tylko po portugalsku ale jakoś się dogadałyśmy. Pokój jest mały i meble są dość wysłużone, ale jest bardzo czysto. Niestety w budynku nie ma windy i trzeba wchodzic na trzecie piętro po stromych schodach. Obiekt nie dysponuje kuchnią.

Obiekt nieco wysłużony. Brak windy, co może być utrudnieniem dla niektórych osób przy wchodzeniu na drugie piętro pensjonatu. Pokoje bardzo malutkie. Wyposażenie pokojowe niezwykle skromne: łóżka, ...

Brak możliwości spożywania posiłków (np. typu śniadania) i to w sytuacji, gdy w obiekcie nie ma żadnego punktu gastronomicznego. Chociaż w pobliżu jest Subway oraz restauracyjki, ale otwierane dopiero...

Hałas - tuż obok obiektu jeździ zabytkowa, hałaśliwa winda od samego rana do północy. Koło 6-7 rano - hałas śmieciarki (niekoniecznie co dziennie). Dobrze, gdyby była dostępna wspólna kuchnia lub przynajmniej czajnik w pokoju do zagrzania herbaty, sztućce - 2 pary, deska do krojenia, 2 kubki, 2 talerzyki, otwieracz do wina. Wskazana mini lodówka.

Genialna lokalizacja, samo centrum starego miasta. Do wszystkich fajniejszych miejsc można dojść pieszo. Pokój bardzo mały ale z łazienką i wifi.

Jako, że obiekt znajduję się w samym centrum, a w okół jest mnóstwo restauracji, knajpek etc. to w nocy przy otwartym oknie ciężko spać spokojnie.
