Plusy: Hisbiscus is like a hidden. gem. You wouldnt notice it from the road but one you enter through reception you are transformed into a boho vibe. The gardens are stunning, so much detail and look gorgeous when lit up at night too. The pool area is small but to a high standard. the rooms are spacious with a nice strong shower and have lots of lovely touches, like table chairs and hammock outside your door. The food is done to a high standard and the staff are so friendly. Total luxury. highly reccomend..

Plusy: The whole environment of this garden area, along with its pool, is fantastic to chill out for a few days. The food is really good and home-made, we recommend the kinilaw and the seafood curry with rice. The WiFi signal was very good -thumbs up for this.

Minusy: Cockroach in the bathroom - although not sure how one can avoid insects in cottages..

Plusy: Staff made every wish come true. Warmest and dearst service experienced in all of Philippines. Staff took special wishes for Bday celebrations.

Minusy: Room a little dark with too few windows.

Plusy: Everything! Beautiful pool and garden, cosy bedrooms with nice decoration. We had a massage in our room, very well priced and super relaxing. Perfect way to end up a holiday. The staff is lovely and transfer to the airport was very handy.

Plusy: I really appreciate how Ate Marie would go extra mile (effort) to make sure all her guests are meeting their need. also, I love her signature adobo (first time to taste that kind of adobo). lastly, it's really nice to know that the place is fully secured with CCTVs.

Plusy: The staff was nice especially Matt! Great food at the place, the owner cooked very good food and fast. You could walk to the mall took about 30min. Same to the market. Room was clean!

Minusy: It was very uncomfortable with all the cameras everywhere... and I think the owner was just lazy and spoke a lot about money.

Plusy: Close to airport and the hosts organsie a very cheap taxi for you (100php) at whatever time you need. Best adobo we tasted and apparently the recipe has been tasted by Gordon Ramsey! Super friendly staff and room was spotlessly clean.

Plusy: Perfect place to stay and have all that you need in the same place. The staff was fantastic! Very service minded, and we really liked the restaurant, the new chef will go far if he continues!

Minusy: To far to the beach, hopefully the beach 5 min down the road will be opened soon.

Plusy: The staff are pleasant and very friendly. The spa rates are very reasonable and the massages were excellent and staff there quite professional. The pool was clean and the sun loungers comfortable. The room was divine! Very comfortable and clean. I loved the shower too. Minibar is really nice (maybe add some snacks to it and restock drinks daily!) The Xmas Eve food was amazing, especially the roasted beef.

Minusy: The service was generally terrible! Don't get me wrong, the staff were lovely. But the drinks would take ages to arrive and we'd have to often go up and remind the staff that we had ordered and it is yet to arrive. On Xmas Eve, we ordered a bottle of wine three times and it failed to arrive with us until we had finished our entire buffet meal. Very disappointing. We ordered caesar salads which arrived without and caesar dressing (lettuce with croutons and parmesan). Had to then wait ten minutes for a dressing to arrive. For a high-class hotel, the food and beverage service requires a lot of improvement. We decided to deduct all service charges off our final bill as it was terrible throughout our three night stay. The pool needs some maintainence (tiles missing etc). The breakfast was quite limited in western options. The cereal was pretty stale too.

Bardzo dobra oferta restauracji jeśli chodzi o wieczorną, ekstra płatną ofertę. Klimatyczy basen na dachu hotelu. Obok, spore centrum handlowe Robinson.

Plusy: Modern, clean and rooms were spacious, our family room was effectively 2 adjoining rooms. Staff were friendly, efficient pick up from airport (free). Loved the rooftop pool, buffet food was good and great value and fire dancer entertainment was brilliant. Would totally recommend.

Minusy: Only very minor but I wanted to book in trip in advance and they wanted me to send a copy of my credit card which I wasn’t happy to do , they need a secure payment method so I booked elsewhere. They also took a deposit on my card which they won’t return until 3 weeks later which seems unnecessary. Most hotels just take the cc details and only put through if needed.

Plusy: Perfect location and includes free airport pickup/ dropoff when you check in and check out, it's also super convenient if you are renting a car from Hertz, their pick-up point is right there.

Minusy: The Air-Con was not working properly, had to change rooms and even so, did not have a good night's sleep because it was too hot and stuffy in the room.

Plusy: Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, tuż przy lotnisku (z terminalu doszliśmy pieszo). Bardzo dobre śniadania. Pomimo niewielkiej odległości, hotel zapewnia trasfer na lotnisko.

Minusy: Pomimo sporego rozmiaru, pokój wydał mi się dosyć ponury.

Plusy: Bardzo miły,uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Pokoje skromne,ale czyste.

Plusy: Jest to Hotel jak najbardziej tranzytowy warto zatrzymać się w nim przed zwiedzaniem Palawanu jak i na koniec przed odlotem !!! Naprawdę można odpocząć i poczuć się wypoczętym . Obsługa bardzo miła Transfer darmowy z i na lotnisko to zaleta mimo iż idzie się tylko 10 minut. Jeżeli nie pasuje ci kuchnia Meksykańska w Hotelu to polecam wyjdź na miasto skręć w prawo w kierunku centrum lub w lewo a po jakimś czasie ( 15 minut spokojnego spaceru ) znajdziesz knajpki które cię usatysfakcjonują i możliwa jest płatność kartą

Minusy: Lepiej wygłuszyć drzwi i ściany w pokojach łączące z korytarzem ( szczególnie w nocy to może być problemem) Większa różnorodność owoców i soków przy śniadaniu była by mile widziana

Plusy: Great staff, especially the guys from the restaurant. Great food at the restaurant but breakfast was not overwhelming.

Minusy: Our initial room did not look good at all, lots of huge scratches on the walls and everything looked really used, we got another room without any complications, which was much better. But the room looked still a big run down. I missed a beside table on my side of bed, which was a bit annoying.

Plusy: Very good. I would also like to note the thoughtful architecture of the hotel. All things in the room are in their places. Air conditioning does not blow on the bed, in the bathroom a special niche in the wall is used as a pole for shampoos. Superb breakfasts.

Minusy: The only minor nuance noticed - the bathroom door slams loudly when closing.

Plusy: The bed is quite big and comfortable, amenities were as expected, staff was nice and friendly, very close to the airport if you need to catch a flight. What was not expected was the food at the night restaurant outside, the food was amazing, we were expecting some normal standard hotel food but we were just blown away.

Minusy: Airco during breakfast was quite high so the food would get cold really fast.

Plusy: The location is great plus they will collect you from the airport The staff are very welcoming and helpful within 10 minutes Paul on reception had organised all my tours I would highly recommend this hotel

Plusy: Breakfast was great. The hotel rooms are quiet. Hotel close to the airport. Shuttle service is complimentary.

Minusy: The bed was too small for two people. The aircon in the elevators did not work.

Plusy: Everything is super duper about this place. Its walking distance from the food park next door, the airport, money exchanges and what not! Highly recommended!

Plusy: It was okay, and the owner did send someone to pick us up from the airport, and we arranged for her to drop us off at the airport. She also helped us with getting two sightseeing trips.

Minusy: The property was not centrally located. This property advertised itself as an Air BNB, but didn’t allow you to bring in food to prepare or even to wash your underwear or bathing suit in the room. The staff insisted that we pay for the room upon check in, and only accepted cash. The staff did allow us to pay the next day as we needed to get cash from the ATM teller.

When we checked out we were asked if we had took something from the minibar, we said no and yet she sent someone to run to the room to check if that was true ! Plusy: Really pretty garden are with lots of plants and trees make this really seem like you are in the middle of the country, not in the city. Quite off the beaten track and was further away from Robinsons mall than I thought from the map (about 8-10min drive) but clean, comfortable and large rooms. Good choice for breakfast and friendly service.

Minusy: If you want to be walking distance to the mall then this may not be the place for you but if you’re happy to take tricycles down dark lanes it’s a lovely place!

Plusy: The garden is beautiful, the whole place has been built with great care and love, it's really relaxing and designed very well. Spacious rooms, excellent shower and toilet. They have a covered pool which is rare, and very refreshing. Table tennis, pool, boule and badminton. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Lots of really nice artwork decorate the walls throughout. It really is a lovely place to stay. They serve nice food as well.

Minusy: Not their fault but sometimes got a bit smokey with local bonfires.

Minusy: I dont like the food much. I suggest for the place to offer alternative healthy foods such as vegie meats and fish.

Plusy: Lovely little guesthouse, there’s a nice restaurant up the road. Perfect for a night stay in PP before El nido. Extremely close to the airport.

Plusy: Quite neglected (room was quite scary) but clean. Very close to the airport so good for 1-2 nights on the way to or from other parts of Palawan. They are also organizing trips so big + for that and also for the service to and from the airport. Breakfast was very small and we got something different than we'd ordered. Personel was friendly, payment only with cash.

Plusy: First of all, the staffs are all so accommodating and treat you as part of their family! ....very helpful and always find ways to fulfil what you need! The place is just a few minutes away from the airport and the town proper. It is a nice retreat, to relax and be away for a while from the busy and noisy city life!

Minusy: Dziwny, intensywny zapach w pokoju- prawdopodobnie odświeżacz.

Minusy: Brak wody w kranie w umywalce - trzeba było korzystać z prysznica żeby np. umyć zęby czy ręce. W pokoju było też dużo komarów, przez co byliśmy bardzo pogryzieni.

Plusy: The property is beautiful and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The staff is very attentive and answered all our questions about the area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The air conditioner worked, the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable.

Plusy: Right on the beach, convenient for swimming or walk on the sand. Very clean ocean. Great swimming pool as well. Close by the underwater river tour, easy walk. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Limited tv stations.

Minusy: On site restaurant was average but by philippines standard of food, was reasonable - what you would expect in a province. Breakfast was good and plenty of food available

Minusy: Well as we meet couple of guests not only us but food is not really nice. I would rate food breakfast and buffe poor.. but probably for local and Philippines its excellent, I went 28 countries and sadly have to say poorest food. Hotel is quite so if you like really quite time in Sabang and feel as village that is for you or young couple who wants just do nothing. Hotel is really expensive.. for this price you won't get even water for free.. spa is priced as in London. Pizza and any lunch dinner for two is araund 30£ without drink! Staff doesn't speak properly English and pick up private car is 2500 pesos with hotel which is 2 hours drive. EL Nido is 6 hours and any private drives wants 4000 for 6 hours! Honestly we didn't like a hotel for us as young couple it was over priced restaurant, middle nowhere, and food wasn't delicious.. only poork dumplings and water spinach was delicious but forgot about icecream nice smoothies what ever no..

Plusy: Location is great. It is close to the underground river and many other optional tours. It is on the beach. We loved the little village surrounding the resort. Rooms are clean, property is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Minusy: The breakfast options aren’t good. Some simple additions would go a long way. For example yogurt, more cold cereal varieties, bagels and a fish option would be nice.

Plusy: The hotel was very nice, and the location was amazing! The issue I have travelling from one island to another and also different hotels, this one lacks attentive staff and just poor customer service. The was ok but could be better.. also when dining in, the food takes a long time!!

Plusy: Hotel jest bardzo na wysokim standardzie, ale ceny w restauracji hotelowej są bardzo wysokie. Np kokos kosztuje 180 peso, a 5 metrów obok w sklepie 40 peso ... Najlepszym rozwiązaniem byłoby wziąć tu nocleg ze śniadaniem, a na obiad chodzić do pobliskich restauracji. Najlepsza z nich to King's Arms - kucharz gotował dla Prezydenta Francji i Króla Arabii Saudyjskiej, a ceny jak w normalnej filipińskiej knajpie :)

Plusy: The staff is very attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of activities for fun seekers. Zip line, Mangrove boat tours, Underground River tours. On either side of the resort sre poverty stricken areas, but we always felt safe. The Philippino residents are extremely friendly.

Minusy: The floor in our room seemed to be almost slimey. Not sure if it was just from the humidity or from cleaning product residue. Air conditioner worked very well, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

Plusy: great place, at the beach, very good swimming pool, room very good and sparkling clean, team was very kind. If you are looking for local food, there is plenty of options at the buffet and menu. The banana turon is out of this world! Sea water is extremely clear. Very close to the underwater river.

Minusy: morning breakfast does not meet a western taste. There should be more options for those who are not willing to taste asian food (this is also valid for lunch and dinner).

Plusy: Beautiful setting on the beach. Room service every day was good. There is a gym which helped keep me in a routine!

Minusy: Wifi could be a bit stronger in the rooms

Plusy: Awesome pool, great breakfast, beautiful rooms. We will definitely come back!

Minusy: Wanted to stay longer but they told us somehow it isn't possible even if there were rooms available on booking and on their homepage. A little bit strange

Plusy: Kind staff, nice and clean environment

Minusy: Airconditioning makes too much sound, also when its on the lowest setting

Plusy: I enjoyed their breakfast and the service of their restaurant is great, their massage is of a high standard as well

Minusy: The hotel felt neglected and in need for refreshment. Its not really a sea view as its a Mangrove view, their restaurants are pricey and finally the location is 15 minutes away by tuktuk from any shops and services

Plusy: Everything you need is there. Thai restaurant the Golden Elephant was delicious.

Minusy: Shower wouldn't drain properly some of the time.

Plusy: Very cozy and nice amenities and environment. Staffs are super kind and well trained. Enjoying staying there.

Minusy: Had no choice to avoid bugs and roaches but not too bad.

Plusy: EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE AND THE STAFF IS VERY GOOD OUR TV BROKE AT 10;00 PM AND THEY REPLACED IT IN 15 MIN WITH A NEW ONE

Minusy: THE FOOD IS VERY OVER PRICED IN THE RESORT .WE WENT OUT EVERY NITE TO EAT IT WAS 3 TIMES THE PRICE,COMPARED TO THE TOWN SPOTS

Plusy: Rooms, pool, and sand bar were fun. Late check out was complimentary.

Minusy: Only spa offered was an in room massage. Cost was about 3-4 times the going rate of local spa's and there were no options. High taxes and fees on the room as well.

Plusy: The main area/entry was open, attractively, tropically decorated and inviting. They had two restaurants on site which was convenient because going to town took several minutes by tuk-tuk.

Minusy: I spent three extra money to get an over-the-reef bungalow and was very disappointed in the up-keep of the facilities. Maybe they were really nice 10-15 years ago, but they haven’t been maintained and the coral reef was not blue or beautiful. In fact, it has a stench of root that was overpowering while walking to and from the main facilities. There was trash in the water as well.

Plusy: My brother and I stay only 3 nights to visit the famous Underground River. If we know bevore how nice this hotel is we would stay longer. Extremely friendly stuff and wonderful environment.. Absolutely recommendable!

Minusy: There is nothing to change ... best es it is.

Minusy: Trochę na uboczu, dojazd kosztuje 250P, ale to tez zaleta bo nikogo dookola

Minusy: hidden fees added upon check in and no reimbursement for room on early checkout. recommend Astoria which is much nicer for the cost. location resembles a swamp due to mangrooves and oceanview side not really a beach

Minusy: Only complaint was road access to the resort and the staff were not overly friendly or helpful

Minusy: Bathroom and room looked old and dingy. I didn't like the fact that they have the body soap/hair soap in the dispenser. Body soap and shampoo are two different things. That completely messed up my hair texture on the first night. Had to spend money to buy body wash and shampoo.

Plusy: Pool and pool area. Shuttle van to closer to town point.

Minusy: Breakfast bufet, poor selection for foreign people. We had to ask stuff to refill platers.

Minusy: Odradzam wszystkim ten obiekt ze względu na brak możliwości kąpania się w morzu. Od rana do popołudnia jest odpływ wody, dobrych parę set metrów brak wody, nie ma możliwości dojścia do niej żeby korzystając z kąpieli morskich. Kolejną sprawą jest to że po tym odpływie śmierdzi mułem. Klimatyzacja w pokoju chodzi bardzo głośno nie można zasnąć. Nie można tez spać przy otwartych oknach bo wieczorem jest przypływ i tak głośno wieje wiatr i uderzają fale że nie można również spać. Na śniadaniu już o godzinie 8.30 brakuje wszystkiego, ciagle trzeba się prosić o dołożenie brakujących produktów. Busik owszem za darmo wozi do miasta ale trzeba wcześniej rezerwować miejsca gdyż przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu brakuje miejsc.

Plusy: Hotel piękny, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji, czysty basen, piękna okolica, darmowy transfer z hotelu do galerii Robinson.

Minusy: Internet dostępny tylko w lobby hotelowym.
