Minusy: Big delay uncomfortable plane

Plusy: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!

Minusy: Everything.

Plusy: I liked that the flight was short.

Minusy: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Plusy: Boarding was efficient as was disembarking, crew were good

Minusy: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Minusy: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Minusy: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plusy: I was traveling with a handicap, the staff was very polite, patient and helpful

Minusy: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Minusy: Food should be much better than this. Otherwise everything is ok.

Plusy: Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available.

Minusy: Poor selection of european films! There is a far bigger choice in e.g. Singapore airlines or Cathay Pacific. Rest was fine.

Minusy: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Plusy: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Minusy: for RyanAir to be more human and humane and caring ...

Plusy: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Minusy: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Minusy: Better food choices. Better communication and better boarding procedures by rows or groups.

Plusy: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minusy: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Minusy: USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible

Plusy: Nada me gusto del viaje. Desde la espera para abordar hasta el avión y el servicio que ofrecen. Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.

Minusy: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Plusy: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Minusy: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Plusy: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Minusy: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...
