Minusy: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Plusy: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Minusy: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Plusy: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Minusy: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Minusy: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Minusy: lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase.

Plusy: The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you.

Minusy: The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process.

Minusy: Boarding tool a long time and late take off

Minusy: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.

Plusy: Free food, relatively spacious

Plusy: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Minusy: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Plusy: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Minusy: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Plusy: The service and food were good.

Minusy: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Minusy: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Plusy: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minusy: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Minusy: Too many school groups and screaming children

Plusy: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Minusy: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Minusy: Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!

Minusy: WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay.

Plusy: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Minusy: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Minusy: The flight was delayed for 40 min

Plusy: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Minusy: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Plusy: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Minusy: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Minusy: Lot był opóźniony o ponad dwie godziny i nawet jak już wszyscy byli w samolocie, czekaliśmy już z włączonymi silnikami pół godziny. Po wylądowaniu również czekaliśmy 20 min na autobus. Łącznie lot opóźniony o 3 godziny i żadnej rekompensaty ze strony linii lotniczych.

Plusy: Crew wasn’t on the top of their game, food was ok, entertainment was bad, old movies, poor selection.

Minusy: I expected more from airlines lake Austrian.

Minusy: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Minusy: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Minusy: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Minusy: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Plusy: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic
