Pre breakfast coffee only from 6:00 a.m. t 6:30 a.m. Also, other than an upgrade given, because it was booked with your website, not other Starwood Credit was given, even though the money was taken off at the time of booking.

The area where the hotel is located can be quite dangerous at night (specially for women walking alone). Even if they say that it is safe, do not take money with you and do not accept to help people asking for information (it is a trap). I have to say that because I had problems with thief and I think that I must warn people.

The beds really ARE "Heavenly Beds," as they say. With only one exception, all staff were on their toes, sharp, well spoken, helpful, cordial and enthusiastic. The weekend rate was superb! The lounge had lots of light, comfortable chairs, and excellent "bar food," including fine delicate soups from the restaurant – and some evenings, instruction in making vodka drinks; I returned there to eat one evening, even after checking out.

Insufficient lobby seating. Breakfast overpriced when not included.
