We stayed in one of the private pool villas and was amazing. Very comfortable and private. The staff was amazing, very kind and professional. It was my wife’s birthday and I ask them to prepare a romantic dinner by the pool and they made everything special . The location is also great, just walking distance from the monkey forest and also easy to get to other destinations by car . I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and I will also return in the future. Many thanks to the staff for making everything so perfect. :)

Excellent service. Good breakfast even though I was expecting a buffet. But after 3 hotels they all propos a la carte breakfast
Old TV (even if flat screen) for a 5 start hotel. You would expect these smart LED TV that are cheap here in Asia

The hotel is beautiful and from our room, the restaurant, was close enough to be comfortable. The ambiance was relaxing an the closeness to the pool was great! All amenities on the room were exceptional and when we missed breakfast they gave us sandwiches to go :D Also, our room was far enough to keep you away from Ubud noise.
The hotel lay out is a little difficult, involves a "long" walk to the rooms on the back. They have a golf car to help, we didn't ask for that and it wasn't offered to us, but I saw some other guests using it to come and go from reception.
