Very good
Location
Everything ok except minibar
Very good
Very clean Nice stuff Good breakfast Great view
No parking available near the hotel
Disappointing
On the beach.
Very bed cheap breakfast. Extremely expensive for the little you get. Value for money, it doesn’t worth it.
Good
Good location
The room without any coffee or tea , even not a small bottle of water. Minibar completely empty. Safe box not working at all. In my opinion, needs a different approach to the customers. Even breakfast pretty simple.
Location. Cleanliness. Sea view.
For five star, painted trim was sloppy. Paint drips on towel rack. Not precise finish work. Paint dried on tile.
Great location and excellent attentive service Newly remodeled comfortable rooms with nice amenities
The hotel was undergoing some renovations and during the day it was a bit noisy.. However it was not to uncomfortable as the view from the room balcony made up for the temporary inconvenience

Expected more for the price but to be fair price is in line with regional norms- no curtains on windows, just a light net covering which doesn’t keep our morning light. Not ideal for light sleepers either. Buffet breakfast was very good. Buffet dinner overpriced - a la carte menu limited. Staff all very friendly!! Location is best thing about this hotel - just steps away from fabulous beach promenade where even at night whilst walking alone I felt very safe!!
Perfect Loaction, Staff was very nice, kids loved the swiming pool.
Rooms looked quite old.
The hotel dates from the 60s and it shows.
Friendly staff. Check in was done smoothly. The parking valet brought out bags all the way up to the room. Breakfast was excellent. There was no feeling of crowding in any of the facilities we used.
Would have liked slightly lower cost. But this hotel was not out of line with others in the area.
I liked having a Fitness centre and pool
Bathroom too small, place a bit run down - built in 60s
Location was EXCELLENT valet parking staff were very friendly Hotel rooms were cleaned & checked throughout the day. BTW the hearing impaired staff member who cleaned our room was very, very sweet and always had a very big smile. Shabbat dinner (grand buffet) & breakfast buffet were both incredible and a lot of variety
I strongly disliked each time we entered the restaurant and ordered a soda (Coke Zero, sprite etc) it took 2 waitresses and then a manager to authorize the soda purchase simply because there was an additional fee (I guess they wanted to be sure I was going to pay for the soda). I stayed 8 nights and EVERY TIME I ordered a simple soda, it was a very lengthy process that required 3 staff including a manager! Such a stupid process. Shabbat dinner is very expensive ($61 per person), Although the buffet was quite extensive, I felt it was extremely overpriced.
I liked the fact that my 2 year old daughter was allowed to swim in the pool (apparently not something that is obvious in Tel Aviv) The view (both ways) is also very nice
Some levels are renovated others are still from the 80'ties - I stayed on the 11th floor which is not renovated and this is clearly notable. It is a shame they put people in rooms on these floors and still charge the normal standard rate. Staying on these levels should come with a discount as they do not live up to a reasonable 4-5 star hotel expectation. I mentioned to the reception that I didn't like my room and the outdated level I was staying on. I also mentioned that I knew that there were plenty of rooms free on the renovated floors (source booking) and that I didn't understand why they would not ask the guests if they wanted to be upgraded? Anyway both times I mentioned my irritation at the front desk, the reaction was very defensive as in; Yes, but these rooms are normally fully booked... Just a tip from my side: just listen to the customer and acknowledge the issue. Anyway, I didn't make a big deal out of it as I didn't feel like arguing that much however I did send an email and received a reply with the same defensive explanation but with the comment that next time I could contact the sender and would be booked in the renovated rooms. "Mustard after the meal"
Breakfast
The hotel is very old and rooms which are not renovated are just awful. One step on the carpet in white socks makes them black. Bathroom is also very dirty and through windows of the room you can’t see anything - so dirty. Pool and sauna impossible to use - so dirty.
Good staff, great breakfast
Nothing. We really had a great time there.
All the people who work in that hotel are soooo nice , always smiling and ready to help . We were not lucky with weather but the view and location is great .
It needs to be renovated . There are too many things aged and it needs to be replaced doors , windows some furniture ....
Superb breakfast. Very accommodating and efficient staff Beautiful beach
Location and Dry fruit Dates in breakfast
I was worried about our stay as I read some negative comments, but our stay was great. The location is amazing, we got a free room upgrade, breakfast was ok and the staff was super helpful. My friend arrived first, 6am, and the receptionist helped her to organise a day trip to Jerusalem. Thank you!
The water in the pool could be a bit warmer. The girls at the executive lounge made us laugh, we turned up a bit late one evening and wanted to get some of the food, which was still on the counter. They just said that the dinner was until 8pm and took the food away from us, like literally as we tried to scoop some humus she just snatched it away from us. Ok, we were late but come on, let the guests to finish serving themselves before cleaning it! :)
Clean and nice location
Service and workers where super nice!
Marriott member and respect the company. This property is a sham. Location is ok, management staff were rude. I didn’t see the value. Bathroom like that for $400 a night? I’d be embarrassed
Bathroom was the size of a broom closet. Rude staff. Location wasn’t great. Rip off
Great staff. Great location
The gym facilities closed at 6pm the first day and 5 the next. Not enough time to relax with a swim and some jacuzzi.
On the Tel Aviv seafront, its a central place to stay. Many hotels in the vicinity, this is one of the better ones
Although I had a superior room with a fantastic sea view, the room furniture was a little "tired"
Room was excellent, beautiful sea view, breakfast was fine, in short: a very good hotel
In fact nothing, everything was ok. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't always reply to emails
Handy location for the beach and promenade
Room rate ! Probably the highest I have paid in the world for a comparative hotel
good location on the beach
no parking old hotel, old rooms... expensive!!
The staff. And the location and the breakfast
Swimming pool
Location perfect
Too few lifts for so many rooms, takes forever to get downstairs. Gym a bit dated.
Excellent location and breakfast
Lack of good outdoor swimming pool
The location
no parking
Everything
It was very expensive and hotel was 3star not 5 and we have been charged for 5star hotel
Staff was very attentive. Breakfast is a winner every day. Great beach.
All the staff are excellent and many of them have been there some 40 years plus as i have been staying there annually since i was 5!
Nothing
The breakfast exceeding my expectation
None I do not like
The bed was good and clean
Macy made it home annoys all night and we couldn’t sleep because of it
Everything was great ( the staff, the bed, the clean room, beautiful flowers, chocolate and greetings on the eve of our wedding anniversary and the view ).
the way to the parking downstairs
The location of the hotel is lovely. Right on the beach and the facilities are really good. BUT the best bit is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, they make your stay stand out as something to remember and are the main reason I would book this hotel again.
Breakfast was excellent!
The bathooms need to be fixed. Water leaks from the shower and floods the floor. This is unaceptable for a high standar hotel. Also in one of our two stays, the hotel lobby was being under maintainance during the day. That should be done at late hours. Taxis were not always been found by the porters in rush hours. The hotel needs to have more options for short rides. A car to take people complimentary around the beach neighborhood up to Jaffo would make a big difference.
Breakfast was great hotel's location is superb

Bathrooms not renovated, doors are not filtering noises....
Was on the beach relaxing and clean
As above
One of the best locations on Tel Aviv beach. Very friendly staff
breakfast was excellent. location and view also excellent
bathroom trouble, wet carpet at the entrance of the bathroom. i had to change rooms
Staff very attentive and performed very well. Location on the beach excellent.
No milk in the room for tea/coffee.
Location
Property dated
Mr Engin took care of me very much . he knows his business well, staff was very helpful , easy to access to beach
wifi connection would have been better
On the beach.
Liked it all.
Breakfast was fantastic
Clean environment. Nice view of the sea from every room. Location is excellent. Beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was god
The hotel was very dirty
The team were warm, friendly, engaging and professional. It was a great customer experience
I liked everything
We liked very much the service of Sabrina in a restaurant. She is extremely polite, fast and helpful

Excellent hotel with good attentive staff. Thanks
Nothing
Breakfast most days was amazing - so much choice, eggs freshly cooked anyway, fruits, vegetables, so many choices of cheese, lots of cakes, pastries, different bread ( not always available due to holidays) you could eat a lot if you wanted to - but I enjoy a light breakfast.Coffee machine for espresso, etc is always a great addition to weak filter coffee.Staff were delightful and friendly - also amazing sea views. Hotel is a step away from the beautiful beach - surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, outdoor fitness, cross-fit gym, yoga studio, restaurants, cafes, all within a few minutes walk. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great choice for a family holiday or business trip - Israel is very expensive so take plenty ££££.
I would have preferred a South facing bedroom with balcony/sea view.
Time to refresh everything. Still like in 80's.
Perfect location, good breakfast
Comfortable room, wonderful indoor swimming pool and steam room, helpful staff, extraordinary range of foods at breakfast, excellent public areas, pleasant pianist in the evenings BUT!
The in room WiFi was terrible and on our penultimate day the WiFi in the public areas was terrible too. When we complained about the in room WiFi the management sent someone up right away but it never got fixed. This was unforgivable for a room costing £230 a night.
Breakfast Nice Enter Room was clean and new
Bathroom very old Bath dark stained gust should not be allowed to talk on the cell phone on breakfast
I liked absolutely amazing location, view was great too, the hotel has a good sized swimming pool and gym overlooking the beach, breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly
a bit torn out
We liked the cleaniless of the room and the comfortable bed. The breakfast is good Location is really excellent
Mrs Sabaj is a rude and unkind person. Her way of receiving a guest is really unpleasant. She shouldnt be attending reception of guests. Really disgusting
The hotel is beautiful and located on the beach. Perfect location. The rooms were very clean. Also, it’s not far from the Port of Jaffa. The staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the various sites to visit in Tel-Aviv. The restaurant and bar are good places to eat.
Not one thing.
Good location
There is no bathtub.
very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Perfect for a quick trip or a longer stay.
Nice hotel Great staff great position
All good
Location, swimming pool,breakfast
Small rooms , bed mattress ,
Clean and recently renovated rooms. Great service.
Everything was fine, hope to return
Location and indoor pool
Needs more sitting out areas
Good breakfast. Room looked like it was refurbished recently- very nice. Helpful staff
For some reason the rate was very high in October
Room was excelent, we were the second time in this Hotel and come back again!
Lounge is too small, not enaught place at the dinner time.
Greatest breakfast buffet ever
having to leave
Everything ok, not much more to say
Bar was ok but could be better with staff more alert. Was with guests for about 30 minutes and nobody came to ask if we wanted something.
The room was very clean The view from the 9th floor is stunning
The bed was a little not comfortable
Great location, breakfast, and staff.
While the room was fine and with a great view it seemed a little small for the cost.
we enjoyed Daniel and tali in the executive lounge...very professional and courteous!
I did not like anything about this hotel .
Was given a corner room that was pretty pathetic. Bathroom had yellow lighting and was very small. Complained to management and told us they had renovated rooms. We asked why weren't we given a new room? I guess the new girl at the front desk needed more training. Manager tried his best and although new room was better it was still small and a negative impression of the hotel was already made. Management initially said they would charge 1 night for our 2 rooms but after expressing our displeasure of the property, they agreed to refund .
The breakfast is great. The beaches are great. The hotel staff is very friendly.
Best beach access & view , great spread of food very polite staff .
none
Great location, luxurious hotel

Disappointment ..I had booked a one night stay at the hotel, when I arrived naturally I went to make a check-in,first they wanted to charge me 500$ instead of the original price for the night which is 370$.. just in case I used any of the paid services during my stay..as the person at the counter said..what kind of hotel does that? Then they actually tried to charge me and there was a problem in their system so it declined my credit card which I use all the time and works just fine. I ended up going to a different hotel but was really disappointed and would never go back or recommend the hotel to anybody .
The staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Everything I asked for was met with help and a genuine sense of hospitality. They allowed me a check out an hour after the limit. They held ...
All Staff very curtiouse. Superb breakfast. Nice lobby.
Room not spaciouse enough for 2 + suitcases. Saturday breakfast room was much too noisy.
Staff were very helpful and location perfect. We really enjoyed our three day stay
Easy exit to beach and great location in genral.
Rooms could be more modern in appearance. Carpet replaced . Remove bath and replace with walk in shower. Parking could be included in price.
It was on the beach, The rooms were clean, The breakfast buffet was good
Good food, great location, good service, nice room.conveniet location, we loved the balcony overlooking the beach and the sound of the water.
A little pricey.

WE LOVE EVERYTHING!!
Location, location, location!!! Perfect! The room was a bit small but we loved the balcony! The view was terrific. We enjoyed watching the beach games like vollyball from our room! The staff was nice and helped us with anything we asked.
For size and amenities it seemed a bit high but it is truly the best on the boardwalk when you factor in location.
Location is fabulous. You can walk straight onto the beach. The hotel is modern and stylish. The food was good. Especially liked the beachfront bar in the evening.
Bar staff suggested upgrades on food and drink not making it clear the difference in cost.
The food was of very poor quality
The hotel location on the beach is great

I loved the fact that I could get 1% milk in the restaraunt and after asking once I automatically got it each day. Thank you. The hotel caters for a diverse amount of tastes and diets Kol Kavod.
The window cleaner walking into my room without knocking first. Security were very efficient though.

To duży atut.
