The location is perfect. The pool area is nice and the pool is very clean. All the staff are very friendly.

I didn't like the wall to wall carpet in the room. It's extremely outdated and make the room look dirty. The Madresses are very soft.

Breakfast was excellent, as well as personnel. Location of hotel is favorable for attending beach. Clean and comfortable.

Wardrobe was too small to put my suits into it.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful (Mr Valentym from the front desk, as well as the gentleman from the night shift). Good breakfast.

Wi-fi on 16th floor was weak. There was a bad selection of drinks for the breakfast. We could have asked for a fresh juice/good coffee for example, but sometimes it was included in the price, the other day we were supposed to pay additionally. Hence, sometimes a lack of service uniformity.

The location was perfect!! I was close to the beach, to dizengoff center, and multiple buses so that I could get around easily. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was clean and there even chocolates on the bed, such a nice touch!

I didn't realize that the bar closed earlier than 10:30pm (which was the closing time listed on the paper from the hotel). I couldn't use my drink ticket that they gave me. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay there.

Breakfast was great ! The location is right next the Beach. We had booked a junior suite, the room size for was perfect for family of three. Overall enjoyable stay throughout!

Better food options (esp. Veg) could be great! Atleast I found them to be limited

Breakfast is always very good indeed. The restaurant manager is watchful at all times to maintain a very high standard of appearance and efficiency

I have stayed here many times and sometimes with family and have yet to find a real criticism

The place is quite near the beach and many restaurants. It's very convenient to go to other places.

It’s very comfortable, conveniently located and very close to the sea. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was very helpful. I had two reservations: one - direct, and another one - via booking (smaller room). They organized it all, and I did not have to change the room, nor to pay extra. Many thanks.

Why do all hotels, close facilities on the Sabbath, if others don't want a decent cup of coffee (they close the machines among other things), because of religious sensibilities, I don't force it on them, why force it on me? Is respect only one way?,

I missed a cappuccino option at breakfast. Otherwise, considering the breakfast was kosher, it was okay. The bathroom in our room felt a bit small for tall people.

I travelled with my two teenage daughters and we were given a two-room apartment which was very convenient. The pool closing time was a bit early for our preference but this was only a minor inconvenience. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, although crowded when large groups were present.

Upon arrival and inquiring about the possibility to leave the car until later our last day, a very nice gentleman at the front desk indicated there would be no problem and even joked about the famed Israeli flexibility. Upon check-out a substantially less kind gentleman refused to honour this arrangement and it took an unnecessary stand-off until I could impose our previous agreement.

I liked the cleanliness and the boutique feeling of the Muse hotel; I liked the quiet; the staff was extremely helpful; there was a VEGAN breakfast; it was just great!

We found a last minute deal and were not sure about this hotel. We were astunished by the home made food, great service and best of all was their service manager named KFIR - super kind and just a type of giver with a smile - thanks a lot KFIR - we are definitely coming back because of you

We liked everything

Great location near the beach, nice rooms, wonderful sea view, great very rich breakfast, good Wi-Fi, good parking, pool, fitness center, very clean and the most important very friendly staff, very professional and helpful with any request. We get bottles with water, Belgian chocolate and Louise clean daily and very well our room. Ronit and Valentin - concierge staff - did for us everything to have nice room and great stay. Mister Valentin knows English, Romanian, French, Spanish... He is really very professional and very kind person. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we stayed at Metropolitan. The location is perfect. A block from the beach, a few minute walk from Nahalat Binyamin and Shuk hakarmel, a fun walk towards the Namal on the Tayelet, and more. We really like the breakfast also. Always lots of salads, shakshuka, and an espresso machine, just to name a few. Ahmed, at the front desk, probably the night manger, took really good care of us. We got to the hotel really late at night with the kids. He had the room ready with a speedy check in. We had a car for a few days and were able to park below for 50 shekels (if I remember correctly). Pool was fun for little kids, but we preferred boogie boarding in the beach.

Excellent service, clean, great location! Perfect for couples/ family that wants to visit TLV and wants a plesant place to come back to after a long day.
