Really great hotel, the receptionists were all great and helpful, the food was superb, very nice garden and outdoor pool. Also had nice indoor pool and gym room. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the beachfront, very quiet area. One of the best hotels I've stayed at recently, would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again in future.

-The rooms in main building are quite compact, I expect the suites are much larger if more space is required. -Can hear TV and music in other rooms so probably walls are thin, hopefully will have quiet neighbours! -The doors to room shut with a loud bang so was woken up in night by people returning late to their rooms, maybe some soft closure or sound reduction could be fitted to doors as that would help. -Room had balcony but there's no screening between next door balcony so unfortunately I had two smokers on either side which was not good, but the garden and pool area is perfect to relax in so don't need balcony!

Perfect location, 5mins walk to beach & 5mins walk to get bus into Palma. Friendly staff & loads to choose from at breakfast. Rooms large with mini fridge & loads of wardrobe space.

The facilities were fantastic. The food and drink choices were endless and majority of the staff were very helpful.

The hotel rooms are very small which is fine except it means your neighbours either side can be heard just talking.

Cheap room and very soft bed. Two nice pools and only two blocks from the beach.

Amazing place. Exceeded our expectations. The hotel's facilities are great, the staff is really helpful and the food is outstanding. Don't skip breakfast there (nor dinner...). Can't wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool.

The bedrooms and the gym are a bit small, but still spacious enough.

The location was really good: we chose it for our last night on the island to be near the airport . Bonus that it was a 5 mins walk to the beach. Our room was large, comfortable, pleasantly decorated with a good bathroom. The hotel had good facilities like an outside and inside pool and different restaurants and bars. Felt a bit like a cruise ship. The breakfast was excellent! Thoroughly recommend.

I found the WiFi very intermittent, although my husband's phone was OK. Process of signing in with an email was tedious- especially as it didn't connect properly.

Nice facilities with great breakfast close to the beach. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. As we travelled in low season, we had no problem parking for free near the hotel. The service we received was also excellent. Did not test the outdoor pool but it is open all year round!

The two saunas (one traditional and another Turkish), although free to use, were not very enjoyable. Both were small for such a large hotel and the temperature was not hot enough.

We visited in December, so hotel was not too busy. On arrival, beautiful large reception area, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check in was very quick and easy, staff very very helpful and polite. We booked all inclusive, in double room which was spotlessly clean, lovely toiletries included, room was perfect with good cupboard space and mini fridge, very useful. Restruant was also spotless, serving very appetising and well varied delicious food. Have to say restruants staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, as was reception staff, and of course our friendly professional bar staff. This is a beautiful hotel, but more importantly it's the staff who make the difference!!!! We needed help with my phone for example, to log on Internet, and nothing was too much trouble, Internet was available through out the hotel. Can't recommend this Hotel enough, best I've ever stayed in and we have visited Playa de Palma numerous times. Hope to return next year. Thank you all staff for a great stay!!

Only one minor thing, would have liked brighter lighting in room.

Upgraded to junior suite. Cleaned every day. Entertainment in evenings. Good size swimming pool. Not many children. Good breakfast and dinner. Great attentive staff.

It’s really value for every penny spent. Breakfast and dinner options are really good. Although room sizes are bit small.

Hotel staffs are not adequately trained on speaking English. In a four star hotel it is quite expected. Beds are bit uncomfortable. Double bed is basically made by joining two small light-weight beds.

Great hotel. We went there just out of the season, got free upgrade. Room was amazing. Not the best view - on the ground floor, but the facilities were alright. We book the HB (breakfast and dinner), the service was good.

Only thing that bothered us was the shower, the shower door could keep all the water out of bathroom, so we always ended with wet floor in bathroom.

We liked the location and the hotel was very nice and no loud noise the entertainment was good

Great breakfast selection; has several options made to order. Location is good; 2 blocks from the main promenade, but far enough away to not here the all-night party. Ample parking on the street in/around the hotel.

Air conditioning. there was a unit in the room, but either did not work or severely undersized to adequately cool the space. A portable fan in each room would be a great addition.

We stayed 9 nights with a 3 year old child. Nice place to relax, very good food and a friendly staff (especially the lady who arranged activities for kids).

I did like everything. The hotel has a lovely staff. I travelled alone, had a half board. The breakfast and the dinner were amazing. Couldn't taste everything... :) I really recommend it to singles, couples and families as well. I hope I'll come back soon

AIR CONDITIONED!!!! In the rooms the AC doesn’t go very well. It’s just not powerful enough to a place where the temperatures can reach over 35 degrees. No AC in some common areas as bathrooms, corridors, dress room....

Short distance from the sea! Short distance to the public transport station. Swimming pools were nice and clean! Large variety of food! All inclusive is great if you don't want to bother moving around to find restaurants! Location is great, 2 min from Mega Park for people that are keen to that sort of thing and 3 min from the main street with all the restaurant that runs by the sea shore.

The meat you could get from the chef was good! The one that was in the dishes not so good! Generally, in the "covered" pool there would be people playing with a ball from one corner to the other of the pool making it not very friendly for the rest of the people!

So much choice for breakfast. Comfy beds. Shower and air- con left a bit to be desired!! Beautiful pool area and reception area. Entertainment area and Bar very lovely spaces. Professional entertainment very good.

This is a nice, Spanish-style hotel with friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. All inclusive offers a great choice of drinks throughout the day.

The only thing what I did not like was that during dinner, sometimes had to wait long time to get some drink from the waiters / waitresses. Although it happened only 2 times during the week.

Excellent food and customer service. Beautiful hotel with 2 lovely pools 5 minutes walk from beach. Well connected by bus to Palma and other attractions. My family and I had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, ok for kids but not adults.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even recieved a anniversary gift which was amazing.

I had noisy neighbours playing music on the balcony and then in their room so clearly the walls are not sound proof. I rang Reception to complain and they handled my request well and telephoned the neighbours to ask them to turn down their music which they did. Thank you Reception.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and Pedro at the bar were the highlights of the stay.

The beds for a twin were actually together and had to be separated. The room was an ok size for a couple, but a bit small for a twin configuration. The shower head had some limescale, which prevented water to come out properly.

Our stay in this hotel was great! The hotel was beautiful, food - delicious, staff - so kind and helpful. There is a nice swimming pool and a gym. Location is also so cool, only 5 min from the bus stop (you can take a bus to Palma for 1,5 euros) and 10 min walking from the beach. For sure I will visit this hotel again! Highly recommend this place!

Very nice lobby and restaurant decor. Very festive at Christmas. Bed comfortable, nice pools and exercise room. We actually picked it because of the indoor (winter) pool.

Pool could have been open later. Would have been really nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

I love the garden, atmosphere, and staffs. Restaurants in hotel were very good value for money. Clear water in swimming fool.

Parking lot is very limited. Buffet was fine, but need some progress. The food was nade a lot at the same time, so it became cold too fast.

We want to express our deep gratitude to all the staff of this wonderful hotel for the warm welcome, excellent service and amazing rest! We were met very heartily, although our arrival was very late, we've arrived almost at midnight, but the staff waited for us and gave us a delicious dinner, and even offered champagne! The room was above all our expectations -it was upgraded to suite due to our birthday, they gave us a magnificent room, it was a wonderful surprise as a gift from the hotel. Two balconies, magic views from the windows. The beautiful landscape interier in the hotel, everything around spreaded out relaxation, so we rested very well. The whole staff is very friendly, the atmosphere in the hotel is warm-hearting and, despite the fact that the hotel was full, everything was very calm and nice. Breakfast is very rich and varied, with champagne and fresh juice, dinners are also delicious. We are very, very satisfied with cleanliness and order throughout the hotel, the sea is very close, the bus stop to Palma-city and the airport is close too. Beautiful room with a lovely balcony. Vey neat and clean. Great locaton. right near the beach and also a number of restaurancts. Access to regular pubic transport and very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be back and would certainly recommend it!

Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra.

Dwa bary kolo basenu do dyspozycji wypoczywających, ale wybór przekąsek bardzo mały, zwłaszcza dla wegetarian. Tylko pizza i kartofle. Jedna z wind miała turbulencje przy zatrzymywaniu, zgłosiliśmy w recepcji....bez efektu. Mini bar - lodówka nie w pełni sprawna.

Doskonałe, smaczne, obfite i urozmaicone posiłki. Miła i pomocna obsługa, dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobra realcja jakości do ceny. Warto się tam zatrzymać!

Bardzo ładny i zadbany kompleks hotelowy w stylu lokalnym (nie betonowy blok jakich wiele dookoła). Bardzo czysty, z kwitnącymi kwiatami. Wiele pokojów znajduje się w pawilonach dookoła dziedzińca wewnętrznego, między nimi małe urocze uliczki. Dziedziniec wewnętrzny z basenem i leżakami - dobre miejsce na relaks. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, dobre śniadania i kawa. Kolacje urozmaicone - codziennie coś nowego. Kolacja świąteczna - znakomita. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Na kolację wszystkie napoje były płatne osobno- przynajmniej woda mogłaby być w cenie. Pokoje są dosyć ciemne, mają mało lamp i słabe żarówki. Ale to drobiazgi, które nie zmieniają bardzo dobrej opinii o obiekcie.
